一、考试方案的主要特点
(1)体现《普通高中课程标准(实验)》的理念,按八级要求命题,测试考生的综合语言运用能力。
(2)与现行高考英语试题相比,更能有效展示学生的语言运用能力,有利于高校选拔优秀新生,有利于素质教育和高中课程改革的实施。
(3)与2021年高考英语试题结构有所不同,但变化幅度不大,试题容量与现行试题持平,有利于高考的安全、公正、科学、高效和平稳过渡。
二、试题结构变化
与2021年高考英语试题相比,2021年试题结构的变化可概括为:一减、一增、三个微调。
“一减”指取消了“短文改错”一题;“一增”指增加了“阅读表达”一题;“三个微调”指:调减了“完形填空”题的分值,由30分调为20分;调减了“阅读理解”题的阅读词数,减为1000词左右;调高了写作题的要求,字数增加至120-150词,内容增加开放性。
2021年度英语试题I卷(选择题)占12021分,减少了10分;II卷(主观性试题)增至45分。
三、按八级要求命题
《普通
高中英语
课程标准(实验)》设定了两个出口级别――七级和八级,分别对应高中英语一般毕业要求和高考的普遍要求。
七级要求相当于经高中一学年零十周的英语学习后可达到的水平要求。
高考是选拔性考试,应该高于毕业水平要求;八级要求是在七级要求的基础之上增加三个模块(模块6-8)学习之后可达到的水平要求,相当于高中生学习英语两年后可达到
的水平。
课程标准规定“所有学校要保证开设模块6-8”,并对教学内容提出了具体要求,教学和评价的可操作性强,因此
高考
按八级要求命题是科学、可行的。
对全省高中师生调研访谈结果显示,普遍认为八级要求是可以接受的。
考虑到全省高
中英语教学的实际状况以及与试题难度的稳定性,考试要求不宜太高,如不宜按九级要求
命题。
四、增加主观性试题分量
适当减少试卷中选择题的分值,增加具有一定开放性和灵活性题目的比重,有利于提
高测试的有效性,减少对教学的负面影响。
但考虑到答选择题的猜测因素,题目数量不宜
太少,2021年试题结构仅进行小幅度的调整。
增加II卷试题的比重和开放性,体现学生个性发展和思维的多样性与开放性,是提
高英语测试科学性的客观要求,而且随着评卷技术的改善(如网上阅卷),测试的信度不会
因主观题的增加而受到明显影响。
五、增加“阅读表达”题
增加阅读表达题,是根据课程标准的有关要求,旨在加强对考生通过阅读获取信息、
处理信息、分析和解决问题的能力,并将理解能力和表达能力结合起来考查,以提高语言
能力测试的效度。
以往的阅读理解测试都是以选择题形式呈现,一方面降低了测试效度,同时也给教学
带来了一定的负面影响。
“阅读表达”题将以其多角度、开放性的问题呈现方式,更有效
地测试考生实际运用英语的能力,有助于克服选择题的弊端。
六、增加写作题长度并提出开放性的要求
增加写作题的长度、分值和开放性,一方面是由于现行中书面表达的字数要求(100个单词左右)限制了学生书面表达水平的发挥。
根据课程标准规定的八级要求,学生掌握的
词汇量(3300个左右,现行大纲为2000个左右)和表达能力都有了一定提高;另一方面,
增加写作题的开放性,体现学生个性发展和思维的灵活性,符合新课程的理念。
七、英语试题不设选做题
高中英语的选修课程分为顺序选修和任意选修,体现了新课程的灵活性和选择性。
但
英语课程的选择性主要体现在对不同级别目标的选择,而不体现在课程内不同内容的选择。
必修模块和顺序选修模块是为学生达到不同级别要求所设置的,课程标准并没有提供与顺
序选修课程并行的其他选修内容。
任意选修课是“供学有余力的学生选择”的,因此不适
合所有考生,而且课程标准没有对任意选修课的教学提出具体要求,因而难以命题和评价。
鉴于上述原因,2021年高考英语科将暂不命制选做题。
八、2021年高考英语复习备考应注意的问题
首先,英语复习不是简单重复、机械记忆的过程,而应是语言知识不断巩固和深化、
语言体验不断丰富深刻、语言运用能力不断提高的过程,也是考生不断成长的过程。
所以,进入高中三年级后有必要继续学习新课程(如选修模块9、10或更多),甚至有必要增加一
些精选的听读练习材料,以扩大输入,增强语感,内化知识,提高语言运用的能力。
不应
提倡把平时学习和高考复习截然分开,不应仓促结束新课程的学习而过早进入总复习。
其次,应提倡用听、说、读、写综合语言运用能力的训练带动基础知识复习巩固的积极。
在训练和复习的过程中应有意识地侧重八级目标范围内的要求。
比如,在完成了某阅
读练习后,可发现其中自己不太熟悉、不太理解的课标词汇或语法现象等,要通过查阅工
具书、与同学讨论、咨询老师等方式弄清其确切含义,并通过读、写、记等达到熟练。
也
就是说,要将基础知识的复习巩固与综合能力的训练融为一体。
对语法和词汇等知识的复习,要通过练习发现问题,然后进行有针对性的复习,而不是反过来,先系统复习语法和
词汇条目,然后进行练习。
第三,要特别注重在综合语言运用训练过程中培养用英语分析、归纳、综合、推理、
判断等逻辑思维能力,即用英语分析问题和解决问题的能力。
本届考生面临的新挑战是高
考对书面表达能力要求的提高。
“阅读表达”是全新题型,对考生英语思维的深度和广阔
性要求显著提高;“写作”的词数要求提高到120-150词,既要求表达事实信息,又要陈
述个人观点,相对以往试题而言,思维和表达空间骤然增大,需要考生花大力气进行有关
训练。
