出口美国市场冰箱的能耗要求及测试方法
一、美国家用冰箱和家用冷冻箱标准中的相关定义1、全冷藏箱：箱内温度高于0℃，也可以包含一个容积小于14.2L的制冰或储冰室。
（例如我公司的BC-108、BC-121C等。
）2、标准冷藏箱：箱内温度高于0℃，并且包含一个制冰、储冰和短期储存冷冻食品的间室，其温度在0℃和-13.3℃之间。
用蒸发器围成一个低温间室，通过移动或者调整托盘来控制冷藏室温度。
（例如我公司的BC-122、BC-110等。
）根据低温间室温度的不同，把标准冷藏箱分为I类(≤-9.4℃)和II类(>-9.4℃)。
3、冷藏冷冻箱：具有两个或两个以上间室，至少一个间室的温度高于0 ℃，至少一个间室设计温度≤-13.3℃，并且通过调节，可以达到-17.8℃以下。
4、冷冻箱：用来长期储存冷冻食品，其平均温度≤-17.8℃，并且具有一定的冷冻能力。
根据结构不同，把冷冻箱分为卧式(顶部开门)和立式(前部开门)两类。
二、性能测试方法及性能指标1、拉低温测试：冷藏室和冷冻室均空载。
在开始测试前，需要让压缩机至少运转24h，进行磨合，然后再放入恒温室内至少平衡8h。
共测试3次。
(a)环温43.3℃，冰箱连续运行，直到达到稳定状态或者出现保护器动作。
记录：冷藏室温度达到5℃的时间，如果冷藏室达不到5℃，则记录达到稳定的时间或者保护器动作的时间。
标准冷藏箱冷冻室温度达到0℃和冷藏冷冻箱冷冻室或冷冻箱达到-15℃的时间，如果冷冻室达不到上述温度，则记录达到稳定的时间或者保护器动作的时间。
稳定后的温度保护器动作次数。
(b)环温32.2℃，电压降为额定电压的90%，冰箱连续运行4h或者到出现保护器动作为止。
记录：4h后冷藏室和冷冻室的平均温度。
保护器动作次数。
(c) 环温32.2℃，电压降为额定电压的110%，冰箱连续运行4h或者到出现保护器动作为止。
记录： 4h后冷藏室和冷冻室的平均温度。
保护器动作次数 2、模拟负载测试(冷藏箱和冷藏冷冻箱) 测试方法：环温分别为12.8℃、21.1℃、32.2℃、43.3℃，温控器分别设为中档、最热档和最冷档。

二、实习背景转眼之间，近三个月的假期过去了，这已是自己在大学的第二个暑假。
蓦然回首，不得不感慨光阴似箭般穿梭中的那份无奈。
为了使这个漫长的暑假过得充实，为了给自己的能力作一个检验，所以作为一名高等院校的学生的我，就决心好好利用这个暑假，想想步入社会该作何打算，同时也为完成学校要求的暑期社会认知实习，所以今年暑假便提前体验一下作为一个社会人的感受。
在这种心境下激起了我要在暑假通过社会工作实践检验自我的决心。
检验自己在社会日趋激烈的竞争环境中是否有能力依靠自己的实际能力来谋求更好的生活，同时，也想通过亲身体验社会实践让自己更进一步了解社会，在实践中增长见识，锻炼自己的才干，培养自己的韧性，更为重要的是检验一下自己所学的东西能否被社会所用，自己的能力能否被社会所承认。

美的制冷家电集团冰箱事业部企业标准QMB-J02.201－200Xb产品型号命名规则修订页1范围为规范产品型号的命名，以便于识别、归类和管理，特制定本规则。
本规则适用于内销产品和海外基准产品型号的分类和命名，对于定单产品及海外特殊要求的产品，则可按顾客要求或其他相关规定另行处理。
对于原工厂已生产的产品，如原型号命名规则与本规则有冲突的，为保持产品的延续性，可以仍按原产品型号组织生产销售，但重新设计、改型的产品必须按此规则命名。
2术语和定义以下术语和定义适用于本标准，事业部其他企业标准可参考执行。
有效容积从任一间室的毛容积中减去各部件所占据的容积和那些认定不能用于储藏食品的空间后所余的容积为该间室的有效容积。
3产品型号命名规则3.1基本原则产品型号命名必须具有唯一性，同一型号不得使用在两种产品上。
产品型号的命名或命名变更必须由产品企划部门提出，经事业部研发中心产品开发部会签和标准化室登记备案后才能正式使用。
3.2产品型号命名方式内销产品的型号命名方式：改型代号：用1位大写英文字母表示，见3.2.3外销产品的型号命名方式：3.2.1 气候类型代号T 表示满足T 型气候要求，不满足T 型气候要求该项省略。
3.2.2 能耗类型代号用一位大写英文字母，其意义见表1（能耗类型代号）。
表1：能耗类型代号气候类型代号：用1位大写英文字母表示，见3.2.1能耗类型代号：用1位大写英文字母表示，3.2.2注：欧洲B级以下能耗要求，不用体现。
3.2.3改型代号内销产品用一位大写英文字母表示，可根据产品开发情况从A→Y顺延使用；外销产品用一位阿拉伯数字表示，可根据产品开发情况从1→9顺延使用；3.2.4品牌代号用一位大写英文字母分别表示不同的品牌，其意义见表2（品牌代号）。

? CE: 是从法语“Communate Europpene” 缩写而成，是欧洲共同体 的意思 ，又叫欧洲统一。原来用英语词组EUROPEAN COMMUNITY 缩写为EC
? CE认证标志的意义在于：用 CE认证缩略词为符号表示加贴CE认证标 志的产品符合有关欧洲指令规定的主要要求（ Essential Requirements ），并用以证实该产品已通过了相应的合格评定程序 和/或制造商的合格声明，真正成为产品被允许进入欧共体市场销 售的通行证。有关指令要求加贴 CE认证标志的工业产品，没有 CE认 证标志的，不得上市销售，已加贴 CE认证标志进入市场的产品，发 现不符合安全要求的，要责令从市场收回，持续违反指令有关 CE认 证标志规定的，将被限制或禁止进入欧盟市场或被迫退出市场。

就是由第三方经授权的独立的权威机构根据相关的国际或国家法规标准，对厂家的产品或管理 体系进行检测与监督，并就通过与否签发检测报告与证书的过程，取得认证也就说明产品或体 系符合了国际或国家标准。
? CE认证标志是安全合格标志而非质量合格标志 ? CE认证标志是为官方的市场销售产品安全控制而设计的，不是为消
费者制作的，也不是推销工具，因此不适合作为广告。 但是，在 制作您的产品目录时，别忘了在目录中印上合法取得的 CE认证标志。
二、欧洲市场 CE
