西门子电机样本SIMOTICS GP 1LE0系列电动机简介SIMOTICS GP 1LE0 系列电动机是铸铁机壳通用型全封闭自扇冷却式三相异步电动机,其防护等级为IP55,该系列电动机设计生产符合ISO、IEC、GB 等相关标准的要求。
1LE0 系列电动机适用于连续工作制(S1)、恒转速或一定速度范围内的变频调速应用。
1LE0001系列电机为高效电机,满足GB18613-2012 标准能效等级3 级和IEC 60034-30 标准IE2能效等级。
1LE0003系列电机为超高效电机,满足GB18613-2012 标准能效等级2 级和IEC 60034-30 标准IE3 能效等级。
1.1负载特性根据电机应用场合所对应的负载特性,选择电机需要的冷却方式。
1.平方转矩负载在各种风机、水泵、油泵中,随着叶轮的转动,空气或液体在一定的速度范围内所产生的阻力大致与转速n的二次方成正比。
随着转速的减小,转矩按转速的二次方减小,即随着转速的降低,平方转矩负载所需的转矩以平方的比例减小,所以低频时的负载电流很小,电动机也不会发生过热现象。
2.恒转矩负载恒转矩负载的静负载转矩在任何转速下总保持恒定或基本恒定,如:•传送带、搅拌机、挤压机等摩擦类负载•起重机、提升机等重力负载。
•气压缩机、罗茨鼓风机、球磨机、注塑机、往复式注塞泵等。
3.1LE0电动机负载特性曲线1LE0电动机机带有特定的负载时能够使用变频器驱动,其特定的负载扭矩如以下图所示:图1-1 1LE0电动机机负载特性曲线•当负载转矩在允许的转矩范围内时,电动机可以使用自扇冷却;•当负载转矩超过所允许的转矩时,电动机需要使用强迫冷却, 用户可通过选件F70选配独立驱动风扇实现;独立驱动风扇的参数见样本的第9页说明。
•变频运行当频率超过60 Hz 时,需要按照特定的限值进行动平衡。
