文章一:由于我是KPMG的员工,我的回答至少在形式上就缺乏独立性。

我将尽量客观公正地回答这一问题。

但这仅是我的个人观点,不代表KPMG或任何人。

我也许会对PWC、EY以及KPMG 的一些事情提出批评,也请任何人把这些批评看作是就事论事的讨论,不要将我牵涉进任何争论或诉讼中。

首先,最重要的一点,我不认为有足够的理由选择四大中的一家而舍另一家。

四大各有优缺点,依每个人的想法不同,选择任何一家都是可能的。

PWC在全球是最大的,KPMG是四大中唯一一家在欧洲的业务超过在美国的业务的事务所。

其实这些都没有太大意义,因为这与它们在中国的业务无关。

以前,我见到不少毕业生选择AA,因为AA曾是全球最大的,但他们不知道AA在中国的管理层曾有过大的动荡,这不可避免地会影响AA在中国的业务,以及一个普通员工在AA中国的工作环境。

所以,在四大全球谁最大的问题上,除了能满足一下虚荣心外,没有别的用处。

一个毕业生应该重视的,一是宏观方面:四大在中国的业务前景;二是微观方面:具体的那一家四大的办公室的工作环境和其中的人。

然后在这对两方面进行了解后,思考一下你进去后能做什么。

毕竟,你进四大的目的是学东西和积累工作经验。

下面我将就这两方面做一下比较。

四大在中国的业务。

KPMG和PWC差不多,EY弱一些。

在大的外商投资企业方面,大家都是四大,各有千秋。

在中国国内企业方面,KPMG在大客户上领先,PWC在中小客户方面占优势。

EY在这一点上目前没有什么优势。

但它正在兼并国内所,可能会很快在这方面变强。

四大的办公环境和人员,我个人认为PWC在这点上目前最弱。

PWC太大了,它把AA 在中国的人员吸收了过去,但AA的很多全球客户却跑到其他四大那里了。

所以PWC的审计人员现在也许是四大中最闲的。

同时,PWC还要整合它的员工与AA的员工。

从公司文化、审计具体方法(原则上不会有大的出入,但具体操作会不同)、技术系统、工资体系、培训等各方面整合,这一过程一般至少要三年时间。

往届KPMG实习面经时间:2013-6-29面试类型:中文面试,小组面试面试题目:1 . 内容是15分阅读一份英文材料,讲一个公司要组织一个活动,有4种方案,有四个地点的门票,餐饮,交通的花费,还有公司员工的信息,男女性别比,结婚的员工比例,个人爱好,还有就是日历面试类型:中英文面试,群面面试题目:1 . 一分钟自我介绍(英文)2 . 要求你介绍你做的项目,还有你在项目中的角色、责任和成绩,你碰到的难题和解决方法等等3 . 为什么会选择会计行业,你的专业优势是什么4 . why KP, why elite, difference between KP and other big four firms5 . 小组讨论:案例是为一个一天的graduate starter program设计方案,还有一个组是为年夜饭设计方案,综合下来貌似都有涉及简单的计算成本之类,所以大家可以带一个计算器经验:这里我个人的建议是,希望大家不要过多关注细节,拿到案例大概翻一遍了解方案需要确定的未知量以及他们的内在联系,再进行进一步的阅读,也方便规划时间。

就拿我们的案例来说,要确定讲师的人选、酒店的地点、培训的日期,而这些未知量与成本和各个未知量本身之间都有他们的内在联系,必须要梳理出一定的逻辑顺序,否则容易造成讨论到最后突然发现有因素没考虑而被迫推翻原有方案的窘境。

至于一些细节,大家可以不必要过多记录,比如具体的成本和日期,只需要对明显有区分度的特征留有印象就行。

比如ABCDE 都是外部讲师,而F是内部员工,不要花钱。

那么这个就需要在读案例时留意。

其余的,比如A3000一小时之类的,讨论的时候对照就可以。

最关键的还是梳理逻辑啊!!不然别人说看时间你就去看时间,别人说看地点你就去看地点,不仅仅很被动,容易给人附和的感觉,而且万一别人的思路是错的,有可能最后会面临窘境。

专业:不限,审计和税务虽然是专业课程,但一般有良好能力和素质的毕业生,通过培训,也会很容易上手。但不可否认,金融、会计等相关专业的学生,会有相当的优势(一般每年相关专业的学生录取比例达50%左右)。
全球百强中30%是其客户,在发展日本客户方面有优势,但相对而在华规模较小、每年招聘人数远少于其他几家。
