摘要:水系是城市建设的基底和重要资源，由城水、人水关系衍生出的水文化是城市独特的文化内涵。以漳州市“水 城”规划为例，总结水文化建设对水城风貌的重要性,提出并阐释城市风貌视角下水文化景观（载体）建设的实施步骤,

即现状分析与水文化挖掘、空间重塑与水文化筛配、载体优化与水文化呈现，控制与引导更具有整体性和可行性的水

The Const^uction of Water Culthrr Landscape from the Peupectbe of Cityscape

------Taking Zhangzhou City as an Example

Abstract : Water system is the basic and significant resource of urban construction. The water culture derived from the relationship between city and water or human and water is the unigue cultuel connotation of such citiesThis paper analyzes and summarizes the impoWance of

water culture for building the cityscape of water cities. Taking the Planning of Zhangzhou Water City as an example , the paper puts forward three irnplementation steps to construct the water culture landscape from the perspective of cityscape , including situation analysis and water culture excavation , space remolding and water culture screening , carrier optimization and water culture presentation. Th supposed to start from the long - term water culture and rich water culture resources of the water city , coordinate the landscape with the layout of reaion ,

space and function , make the reasonable combination of various water culture carriers such as architecture , plants , revetments and bridges to form a harmonious and chaecteCstic cityscape. The studs airns at making the construction of water culture and water landscape more ho- listio and feasible , as welt as activating the potential of existing water areas and its cultuel carriers.

o 引言

从中国的城市建设史来看,发达的水系是城市格 局和文化发展的重要诱因,既滋养着一方水土，也带

来限制与隐患。城市扩张倒逼水系导致各种水问题 重复上演,原本特色鲜明的水城风貌也趋于同质化。

因此,打造“满足城市良性循环和水资源可持续利用、

水生态体系完整、水生态环境优美、水文化底蕴深厚

的城市”-1.，打造具有“人、水、城相依相伴、和谐共生

的独特城市风貌和聚居环境”的新时代“水城”迫在

眉睫。而在发挥本底优势，重塑城市风貌的过程中,

水文化建设将起到重要的作用。

1城市风貌中的水文化

水文化是人类社会历史发展过程中积累起来的 关于如何认识水、治理水、利用水、爱护水、欣赏水的

物质和精神财富的总和-2］。水城是水文化的宏大载 体,水文化是水城风貌塑造的灵魂所在，两者皆因水

而生，相辅相成、相得益彰。

以江南水城苏州为例,它在唐代形成水陆双棋盘

式城市格局-3］。明清时期，小桥流水人家的水巷和淡
