如果把不良的社会现象当成是好的社会现象，那么作文写得再好，也不可能得到满意的成绩。
在审题的过程中，要看到出题人给的写作提纲，即首先对图中的内容进行描述，再进行评价。
如果不按照题目的要求进行写作，就不能得到高分。
由于考试只有30分钟，审题时就应把自己作文的写作大纲列出来，可以是在大脑内构思作文大纲，或是写出几个关键单词，在写作时再根据关键单词进行写作。
二、写作
大学英语四六级考试是一种水平考试，需要一定程度的英语积累，当英语达到一定的水平才能进行的考试。
大学英语四六级考试英语写作，首先要有一定的英文基础，才能写出合格的英文作文。
1.单句的写作。
写作就是把各个句子组成段落，再由段落组成一篇文章。
写好英文作文，首先是写好一个句子。
英文句子在写作时，既要用词准确又要符合英文的语法习惯，而不能以汉语的习惯把一个个英文单词拼成一个句子。
英语基本句型的掌握，是英文写作的基本要求，大学英语四六级考试中的英文写作，不仅要会写基本的英文句型，还要写出多样性的句子。
如要长句和短句相互交叉，既要有言简意赅的短句子，又要有逻辑复杂的长句子。
另外，写作时也要适当地使用一些合乎英文习惯的插入语，增加文章的文采。
2.开头的写作。
四六级英语写作的开头部分尤为关键，因为作文的开头部分要抓住读者的心，即评卷老师的心。
英文作文的第一段是全文的关键，它的目的是提出论点或观点，说明文章的主题是什么，作用是统领全文。
第一段是主要内容就是引语和中心思想，引语是的目的，激发读者的兴趣和好奇心，也使读者在心理上对文章的内容有所准备，而中心思想是说明文章的主题或写作目的。
所以开头段至关重要，必须认真对待。
一般来说，常用的开头语有：As far as ... is concerned；It goes without saying that ...；It can be said with certainty that ...；As the proverb says ...；It has to be noticed that ...；It’s generally recognized that ...；It’s likely that ...；It’s hardly that ...所以作文的开头部分一般在考试前都要进行准备，可以背诵一些名言警句，作为作文的开始部分。
3.正文的写作。
在四六级英文写作中，每段通常都有一个主题句、几个发展句和一个结尾句。
主题句是每一段的中心，它提出段落的中心思想，是该段内容的核心，段落中的其他句子围绕这一主题句展开。
每个段落只能有一个主题，这一主题必须紧扣整个文章的中心思想。
段落里的每一句都应围绕段落的主题，如果要讲述另一主题，那么必须另开一段，在另外一段内阐述另外的主题，而另外的主题也必须是紧扣整个文章的中心思想。
每一段之间必须连贯，使整篇文章逻辑条理，过渡自然，结构紧密，成为一体。
中间段的常用语有：However ...；Therefore ...；In general ...；In contrast to ...；On the basis of the above ...。
4.结尾的写作。
结尾部分和开头部分同样重要，因为它们分别是读者最先和最后接触的部分。
结尾部分是对开头部分及中间部分的总结，进一步说明文章的中心思想，最后得出文章的结论。
结尾部分必须认真对待，不能直接重复前面文章的内容，而应用不同的词组或语句强调文章的观点，作出评论或提出建议，提出解决问题的方法等。
结尾段的开头常用语有：I will conclude by saying ...；Therefore，we have the reason to believe that ...；All things considered ...；It may be safely said that ...；Therefore，in my opinion，it’s more advisable ...；It can be concluded from the discussion that ...；From
my point of view，it would be better if ...
三、修改
文章写完以后，并不是万事大吉了，而是要从头开始检查，检查文章中错误的单词和语法。
虽然四六级的作文题采用总体评分方法，即阅卷人员就总的印象给出奖励分，而不是按语言点的错误数目扣分，但如果文章中单词和语法出现的错误较多，即使文章写得再好，阅卷者也不会给以高分，所以在检查修改过程中必须认真把失误降到最低。
但是一般来说，此时不应对句子进行大的修改，一方面是由于时间比较紧，没有更多的时间思考作文内容，另一方面是由于如果修改太多，就可能影响整个卷面的美观，如果太乱，效果就适得其反。
所以，在最后的检查阶段，要有所侧重，争取卷面干净整洁，语言流畅得体，以期取得最好成绩。
