No. 2.4 TITLE : RESCUE BOAT AND DAVIT

1.0目的AIM

1.1 确认救助艇吊安装的正确性。

To ensure the proper installation of the rescue boat davit.

1.2 验证救助艇吊功能的正确性。

To demonstrate the operational capabilities of the rescue boat davit.

2.0仪器APPARATUS

万用表、试验压铁Multimeter、Test weights

3.0参考REFERENCES

3.1 图纸：MW619A-F3821-M-01 ——救助艇和艇吊安装图

4.0试验前检查项目PRE-OPERATION CHECK

4.1 检查救助艇吊是否满足3.1~3.2项

The rescue boat davit shall be inspected for compliance with ref.

#3.1 to #3.2.

4.2 检查油位是否达到额定要求

Check oil level is on specified condition

4.3 检查各操作手柄及控制杆是否位于中位

Check operation handle/control levers are in neutral

4.4 检查钢丝绳是否位于正确位置

Check wire ropes are in the right position

4.5 检查系统压力和安全阀压力

Check pressure of system and safety valve

4.6 测量绞车电机冷态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧

Measure the cold insulation resistance of winch motor, which should

be not less than 1 M

4.7 试验前船舶需处于轻载状态且尽可能处于水平状态。

Vessel shall be at the lightest seagoing condition and on even keel

as far as possible prior to start of operational tests.

4.8 检查设备铭牌参数

Check equipment nameplate data

5.0试验OPERATIONAL TEST

TABLE 3 – DYNAMIC LOAD TEST (SWL: 13.5 kN)

TABLE 4 - OVERLOAD TEST (110% of SWL: 14.85 kN)

TABLE 5 – STATIC TEST (150% of SWL: 20.25 kN)

TABLE 6 – RESCUE BOAT LOWERING AND HOISTING SPEED TEST

说明NOTES :

1.试验负荷是指包括吊钩、吊索及操作试验压铁所用其它配置在内的总负荷。

Test load shown is the total load including block, slings and all other equiptment used to handle test weight.

2.试验必须在船舶纵倾和横倾分别不超过2︒和5︒的状态下执行。

All test shall be performed with a trim & heel not exceeding 2︒& 5︒respectively.
