本课是这一单元的第五课时Lesson 11 Lily Learns about China,是一篇阅读课文。
本课以一位加拿大学生的口吻,讲述了自己最喜欢的学校科目social studies,并对在这一学科中的学习过程和收获进行了介绍。
学生通过学习本课,掌握一些谈论最喜爱的学科的思路和方法。
