Visually check the quality of the components. If something of the delivery is not as expected please immediately contact VAT.Notice:Please do not throw away the original packaging. It might be useful in a case of service to return the components to VAT2.2 Installation into the systemThe valve seat side is indicated by the symbol "" on the connection flange.1. Clean the sealing surface and the O-ring seal of the mating flange.2. Move the pendulum valve in the correct mounting position with the crane. ATTENTION: Do not hit the sealingsurfaces during manipulation!3. Set 2 screws in one line4. Set two additional two screws 90° to the line which is build by the first two screws.5. Fasten the 4 screws crosswise until the O-ring seal gets in contact with the valve sealing surface.6. Apply all remaining screws7. Fasten all screws gradually in crosswise order.2.3 Admissible forcesForces from evacuating the system, from the weight of other components, and from baking can lead to deformation of the valve body and to malfunction of the valve. The stress has to be relieved by suitable means, e.g. bellows sections. The following forces are admissible:lbf ft2.4 Mounting with centering ring and O-ringThe screws of the flanges must be tightened uniformly and in crosswise order. The tightening torques must be appropriate for the property classes of the screws and their screw-in depths.2.5 Electrical connectionDo not touch electrical parts under voltage!Connect electrical power only if- valve has been installed into the vacuum system- moving parts cannot be touchedVerify that mains voltage matches voltage stated on the solenoid! Sockets for position indicator andsolenoid are supplied with the valve.Wire position indicator (option) according to the following diagrams:3 Operation3.1 Normal operationValve is opened and closed by the manual actuator.3.2 Admissible temperatureThe maximum temperatures indicated in the technical data are only valid as long as the valves is in one of the end positions. Cycling the valve at these temperatures may reduce the cycle life of the mechanism. See “1.1 Technical data”.4 Trouble shootingIf you need any further information, please contact one of our service centers. You can find the addresses on our website: http://www.vat.ch5 Maintenance & repairsUnder clean operating conditions, the valve does not require any maintenance during the specified cycle life. Contamination from the process may influence the function and requires more frequent maintenance.Before carrying out any maintenance or repairs, please contact VAT. It has to be individually decided whether the maintenance/repair can be performed by the customer or has to be carried out by VAT. The fabrication number on the valvehas always to be specified.All supplies (e. g. compressed air, electrical power) must be disconnected for removal/installation of the valve from/into the system and for maintenance work.Even with disconnected supply, loaded springs and/or air cushions in cylinders can be potential hazards.Keep fingers and objects away from the valve opening!Products returned to VAT must be free of harmful substances such as e.g. toxical, caustic or microbiological ones. If products are radioactively contaminated, fill in the VAT form «Contamination and Radiation Report» and send it with the product. The form is available at VAT. The maximum values indicated in the form must not be exceeded.5.1 Cleaning of the sealing surfacePlease wear safety glasses if you start with any maintenance work on the valve.5.2 Exchange of gate o-ring and glidersRemove the gate gliders from the valve gate with a little tool e.g.VAT recommends that whenever the gate o-ring is changed to also change5.3 Exchange of bellows feedthrough unitBefore mounting the new bellows feedthrough be aware about the flatencoding sections on the actuator shaft. This flat encoding sectionshould orientate the valve gate later on.6 Drawing7 Spare partsPlease specify the fabrication number of the valve (see yellow label on valve) when ordering spare parts. This is to ensure that the appropriate spare parts are supplied.8 WarrantyEach product sold by VAT Vakuumventile AG (VAT) is warranted to be free from the manufacturing defects that adversely affect the normal functioning thereof during the warranty period stated in VAT's «Terms of Sale» immediately following delivery thereof by VAT, provided that the same is properly operated under conditions of normal use and that regular, periodic maintenance and service is performed or replacements made, in accordance with the instructions provided by VAT. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to any product or component that has been repaired or altered by anyone other than an authorized VAT representative or that has been subject to improper in-stallation or abuse, misuse, negligence or accident. 结合本公司以往类似项目脱硫工程的实践,提出如下方案供业主选择。
本工程1台锅炉,设1套石灰石粉输送系统,系统流程参见系统图(SHSXT-00)。
具体气源配置为采用厂区的压缩空气进行输送。
系统主要参数如下:每套石灰石粉输送系统设有一套上下给料泵系统,在上给料泵进口设一个圆顶阀、手动门,下给料泵进口设一个圆顶阀,出口设给料阀,给料阀出口接混合器。

气化联锁说明
第一部分702联锁一、DCS逻辑功能I-101(石灰石输送系统停车)条件:程控程序准备开关HS-1000置程控;动作:石灰石程控停车按钮按下→Y1002停车(延时3秒)→L1001停车(延时30秒)→L1004停车(延时60秒)注:1、当L1001出现故障停时,则:Y1002同时停,延时30s再停L1004。
2、当L1004出现故障停时,则:Y1002,L1001同时停。
3、按下紧急停车按钮时,Y1002、L1001、L1004同时停车。
4、Y1002、L1001、L1002、L1003、L1004都可以在DCS手动停止。
二、磨煤机系统停车联锁I-201本联锁系统的主要功能是:防止H1201干磨或过电流运行条件:从DCS将I-201联锁投入下列报警或操作将启动磨煤联锁(I-201),使H1201停车:1、制浆水流量低低FSLL-1204 LL (19m3/h)2、磨煤机出口槽物位高高LSHH-1207 HH(90%)3、磨煤机电机故障RA-H1201 故障4、磨煤机电机电流高高JSHH-1241 HH(80A)5、磨煤机电机电流低低JSLL-1241 LL(10A)注:H1201远控停车指令发出,H1201停车。
三、联锁I-201触发H1201停车后将引发联锁I-202完成以下动作:1、煤称重给料机N1001停。
2、圆盘喂料机Y1002停,延时30s停L1001(或L1002/L1003),延时60s停L1004。
3、添加剂给料泵P1202停。
4、磨煤机给水阀FV1204延时5分钟关。
注:1、在联锁起作用时,磨煤机给水阀FV1204保持开启状态,5分钟后将关闭。
2、停车后,磨煤联锁全部置旁路,按下复位按钮才能启动N1001、L1004、L1001、L1002、L1003、Y1002、P1202、打开FV1204。
四、逻辑联锁I-203(磨煤机出口槽搅拌器A1201、低压料浆泵P1205停车)。
条件:联锁投入触发因素:磨煤机出口槽液位低低LICA1207LL(10%),则A1201、P1205停。

AL系列气锁阀
在气动执行器上装一个气锁阀,无论何时当空气压力下降到低
于操作安全点时,它们将执行器与控制装置(定位器,电气分配器
等)隔离,保证执行器的特殊安全位置。
气锁装置主要由一个带设定值校正和大约20千帕差压的气动
压力开关所组成,操作一个或多个三通同步换向器( 取决于所需要
的功能 )。
当空气压力在设定值周围摆动时,差压避免了连续的不
合适的换向。
空气压力下降到设定值,开关装置立即动作,在空气压力逐渐下
降到设定值的情况下也是如此。
原理:
气锁装置压力开关对于操作设定可在20~93千帕
以内进行调节;要增加设定压力,你可以以顺时针方
向转动调整螺钉(1)。
当先导压力超过设定值时,活塞(8)抬起,克服
弹簧负载(5)。
相同的压力通过阀门(9)的中心孔,
并通过风道(23),它立即操作开关组合件。
此时,管
道U和S联通,而管道E关闭。
当先导压力下降到低于设定值时,由弹簧(5)推
动的活塞(8)使阀门(9)的中心孔关闭;通过向下
移动阀门(9),以前流过风道(23)的压缩空气放空
到大气。
开关组合件立即复位。
开关反向使管道U连
接到E并关闭S。
连接口由字母E-S-U标记。
备注:为了避免对执行器紧急动作时间的延迟,
压力开关应安装在靠近开关组处,并与小容量的管子
( 6 毫米)相连接。
