一、概述目前工业上所用的燃料，主要有固体燃料、液体燃料、气体燃料和电四种。
从国际发展趋势来看，气体燃料的应用越来越广泛。
1．容易和空气混合均匀，燃烧时需空燃比较小就能完全燃烧，燃烧后烟气干净，炉子排出的烟气余热预热燃烧用空气，及燃料本身，故其燃烧温度高且节能。
2．燃烧过程容易控制。
如火焰长度、炉压、炉温等均能进行调节。
3．操作简单，劳动条件好。
4．节约能源，消烟除尘、利于环保。
气体燃料一般称为“煤气”，如果按其生产方式来分，可以分为天然气和人造煤气两大类。
在天然气中，有通过钻井从地下开采出来的气井气、矿井气、石油伴生气和天然沼气等。
在人造煤气中，主要有焦炉煤气、发生炉煤气、城市煤气和液化石油气。
由于发生炉煤气设备不大复杂，使用安全方便、操作维修简单、价格低，所以更适合于中、小型工厂作为各类炉窑的热源。
二、煤气的种类气体燃料的气化属于一种热加工过程。
即用氧或氧的化合物（蒸汽、二氧化碳），通过高温的固体燃料（如焦炭、煤）层，其中的有机物质起氧化作用而生成含有氢、一氧化碳及甲烷等气体的过程。
所通入的气体称为气化剂。
气化后所得的气体统称为煤气。
按所用气化剂的不同分为下列三种：1．空气煤气：以空气为气化剂2．水煤气：以水蒸汽为气化剂3．混合煤气：以空气和水蒸汽为气化剂为了保证发生炉正常运行，应经常不断地进行气化检查得鉴定，气化正常的煤气应具有一定数量的可燃成分和高的发热值。
对于煤气炉的操作鉴定工作，主要控制下面二个因素：1．煤气出口温度：灶气出口温度是由燃料层的高度和氧化层的温度，煤气炉的负荷及燃料性质等来决定的。
煤气出口温度的高低对煤气炉的影响如下：（1）煤气出口温度愈高，煤气中热什较高的挥发成分愈易分解，从而降低了煤气的发热量。
（2）煤气出口温度影响处在空层部分的煤气的化学反应，一般煤气出口温度愈低（但不能小于400℃），一氧化碳的分解作用愈强。
（3）煤气出口温度还影响还原层反应（CO+H2O=CO2+H2）的进行，这个反应一般在煤气出口温度为650—700℃时进行的较顺利。

. 使用十字螺丝刀拆下不锈钢顶板。
小心不要在拆卸钢制顶板 时损坏电极和热电偶。
. 使用附带的钥匙拧松文丘里管的支架，如图1所示。
. 使用＃12＆＃14型固定扳手拆下铜针上的螺母和文丘里管上 的喷嘴，如图2所示。
. 从文丘里管中取出所有喷嘴，并放回正确的喷嘴。
确保风门板和减震器弹簧正确安装。
. 将螺母和喷嘴拧紧到铜管上。
. 如果使用城镇煤气，使用扳手卸下LPG 适配器， 如果使用LPG ，则使用扳手安装。
确保它足够紧。
. 进行所有接头的泄漏试验，以确保没有发现泄漏。
. 将所有部件重新放回到炉盘上。
. 更改标签以显示气体类型更改。

十、产品中有害物质的名称及含量7一、安装说明21. 打开包装， 灶具台面上开嵌装孔，该孔从台面往下应留有140cm 以上的净高度， 方便安装调试。

如果进 气接头处带G1/2螺纹接口，则须在进气接头连 接处加橡胶密封垫，确保不漏气。
5. 电池盒位于灶具底部,对于双眼灶具,用手向后按 压电池盒盖A 处并向下扳开电池盒盖,装好1节1#电 池,然后关好电池盒盖(见图2a )。

方太燃气灶的操作方法如下：

1、使用气源应与方太燃气灶上的所表示的一致。
2、避免用阻隔板掩盖火焰且方太燃气灶周围不得放置易燃品。
3、方太燃气灶应安装在通风良好的地方，但不要放置在强风直接吹入的地方。
4、如果发现漏气，应立即关闭燃气开关，打开门窗通风，切勿开关电器点火，插拔电源插头。
5、使用中或刚熄火时，不可用手触摸炉头、炉架、炉面等，以免烫伤。
6、与燃气管连接不可使用PVC管，因受热会融化，故应使用具有抗油性的胶管，如果有龟裂或接口容易松动，会导致漏气，切勿使用，应立即更换，安装时严禁胶管穿过或接触灶面。
7、当大火调整小火后，外环火孔中无明火或间隔十秒后方可小火调至大火，防止造成回火，随坏面板等部件。
8、方太燃气灶周围是否堆放易燃品。
