第二条 工作时间2.1 乙方每周工作时间不得超过40小时，按照国家规定享受双休日。
2.2 乙方应按照甲方规定的时间到岗，如有特殊情况需提前向甲方请假。
第三条 工资待遇3.1 乙方的工资由基本工资、奖金、津贴等组成，具体金额双方协商确定。
3.2 乙方工资的支付方式为每月一次性支付，支付日期为每月最后一个工作日。
3.3 乙方如因工作需要加班，按照甲方规定享受加班费。
第四条 社会保险4.1 甲方为乙方依法缴纳社会保险，包括养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险和生育保险。
4.2 乙方应按时足额缴纳社会保险费用，如有特殊情况需提前向甲方说明。
第五条 劳动保护5.1 甲方应依法为乙方提供符合国家安全标准的劳动保护设施和用品。
5.2 乙方应正确使用劳动保护设施和用品，确保自身安全。
第六条 合同解除和终止6.1 在合同期内，如甲乙双方协商一致，可以解除或终止合同。
6.2 如乙方违反合同规定，甲方有权解除或终止合同。
6.3 合同期满，如双方无异议，自动终止。
第七条 保密条款7.1 乙方在合同期内和解除合同后，不得泄露甲方的商业秘密和技术秘密。
7.2 乙方应按照甲方要求，签订保密协议，承诺保密事项。
第八条 争议解决8.1 双方在履行合同过程中发生的争议，应首先通过友好协商解决。
8.2 如协商不成，可以向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
第九条 其他9.1 本合同自双方签字（或盖章）之日起生效，一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。

The Parties agree to apply the Fixed hours System. However, Party A reserves the right to change the working hour system for business reasons.
