通过分析机械臂的设计依据,利用UG 设计了七自由度机械臂的三维结构,完成了对机械臂主要动力部件的设计与选型,并通过对处于盾构机三维模型内部极限换刀位姿下的机械臂进行空间装配验证,确定了机械臂的工作范 围。

利用ADAMS 软件创建了机械臂的虚拟样机模型,对机械臂于刀箱中抽取滚刀的动作过程进 行运动学仿真,得到机械臂的运动特性参数,验证了机械臂结构设计的可行性和合理性$关键词:盾构机;重载机械臂;自动化换刀;运动学仿真中图分类号:TH112文献标识码:A文章编号:2095 -509X (2020)12 -0016 -05近年来,在城市地下铁道的建设中,盾构施工 法以其良好的防渗漏水性能、施工安全快速、对周围环境影响小等优点,已经成为地铁施工的主要方法之一,并给实际工程带来极大的便利[1](盾构 机作为一种地下掘进施工的专用工程机械,在掘进过程中安装在刀盘上的刀具不可避免地会发生磨损,而换刀作业是一项费时费力且风险系数极高的系统工程。

目前,盾构机换刀作业仍以人工换刀方式为主。

人工换刀时,土仓内封闭、高温、高压的恶劣环境会对施工人员造成极大的影响,并且地下工 作空间狭小会增加工作人员逃生难度、增大换刀危险性,无法保障换刀人员的生命安全[2](设计一套盾构机智能换刀系统是当前相关研究的重点,由 于盾构机内部舱室结构复杂且空间紧凑,各类自动化换刀方案都对盾构机本体或刀盘进行了二次设 计改造,使得自动换刀系统的研究成本过高[3-4](而以重载机械臂作为换刀系统核心装备的方案能有效避免上述问题,因此对重载机械臂换刀作业的 研究有重要意义与价值(1重载机械臂设计依据及性能要求本文以开挖直径为6.28 m 的土压平衡式盾构机的17英寸单刃滚刀为换刀作业对象,其换刀作业流程主要包括刀盘清洗、刀具磨损检测、刀具拆卸和刀具搬运吊装等。

【摘要】摆动液压缸,顾名思义,是只执行摆动运动的液压缸,用户可以按照不同的功能和联接方式选择不同的摆动缸。

HKS摆动液压缸在外观上并不给人以深刻印象。

因为不能窥其内部结构,所以没有人能够想象最强劲的型号可以将20辆大众高尔夫汽车从一个位置移到另一个位置。

HSK内部除了传统的摆动缸以外,还有液压马达,它一方面满足摆动的需求,另一方面也执行连续旋转的运动。

摆动液压缸旋转运动速度较快,所带动 的部件质量又很大,这样当叶片运动至 设计位置时惯量很大。为此在缸座的进 出油口必须设置节流机构,借此产生制 动力,使叶片缓缓运动至设计位置。一般采取缝隙节流式和小孔节流式的节流缓 冲装置,而上述机构中采取了变截面节流槽式的缓冲机构,叶片在旋转运动临近 终止位时,随着终止位的逼近而通油孔逐渐变小,从而造成背压,迫使叶片降速 制动,实现缓冲。

液压螺旋摆动缸引是一个装配紧密的配件,它在很小 的空间里运用液压集合了非常高的扭矩。它内部采用组 合螺旋齿结构,整个摆动缸在较小的空间内可作出较大 的扭矩。尽管动力很高但是他们仍然可以精确容易地控 制,HKS摆动缸已经成功地应用在了几乎所有要求有限 旋转运动且要大扭矩的领域。
叶片密封
摆动液压缸的叶片密封是设计 摆动液压缸的关键要素。缸盖和缸 座的密封一般较好处理,一般采用0 型密封圈即可解决问题。固定叶片 与缸盖、缸座销轴联接,缸盖、 缸座与缸体螺钉紧固,固定叶片、 缸盖和缸座作为一体组件围绕转动 叶片作旋转运动,显然转动叶片和固定叶片的密封较为困难,事实也是如此。转动 叶片和固定叶片的密封采用了叶片外缘镶嵌框形密封件的密封方法,在其结构细节 上费了很多心思,总体来说基本上满足机构设计要求,但密封尖点、交接等处的密 封还是存在一定的泄漏现象,不可忽视,是摆动液压缸设计人员值得关注的细节。

So what!Whoever thinks that such high precision is sensi-tive, is in for a pleasant surprise: exactly the op-posite is true for the HKS rotary actuators. With working pressures of up to 350 bar, they require a strong, well-sealed housing. This also provides excellent protection to the interior. Our rotary actuators are therefore completely immune to dust, dirt, and moisture. It is therefore no won-der that one can rely completely on them evenunder the most difficult conditions, whether deepunderground in mines or 2,300 meters under sealevel. HKS rotary actuators again proved theirreliability in the raising operations on the Rus-sian atomic submarine Kursk.Our rotary actuators have also acquired an ex-cellent reputation where the highest levels ofcleanliness and hygiene are necessary. For ex-ample, their reliability is highly valued in the phar-maceutical industry and in food production be-cause of their cleanliness in operation.Precision at the limits of the possible The linear movement of the hydraulic piston is converted into rotary movement by means of multiple helical gears. This is the same principle a drill uses.The helical gears thus convert hydraulic pressure into very high torque levels. For rotary-lift combinations a linear movement is added to the rotary one.The principle is quite simple, however a great deal of precision is necessary to give our rotary actuators their function and well-known reliability. This precision lies at the limits of what is currently possible. We are therefore rather proud that we are able to reduce the tolerance in the angle of rotation in our actuators to less than 10 angular minutes.
