People in every workplace talk about building the team, working as a team, and my team, but few understand how to create the experience of teamwork or how to develop an effective team.

On the part of the employees, they get encouraged for their hard work and are given chances to correct mistakes made on the job.

BEC高级商务英语考试建议 BEC商务英语高级到底难不难考?应该如何备考?下面是搜集的BEC 高级商务英语考试建议,欢迎阅读。 剑桥商务英语学生用书(经济科学出版社)+ 沪江网课(讲解这本书及考试题型分析策略,注意事项,评分标准等),商务英语口试必备手册中高级(陈小慰编),商务英语写作应试指南(简新亚编),真题集2到4。 上网课,做笔记。总共80多课时,大概用了100h看完,记完重点,然后反复看了4遍。上网课的好处是不用自己查知识点,都有详细归纳总结。写作手册熟读了前4个单元,准备了思路,句型等,20h估计。考前一个月,每天中午有时间就去食堂读,但是时间不够,只读完了三分之一,囧~临考前写了4篇大作和4篇小作,找找手感,6h。真题集做完12套阅读和听力,统计了下平均分,阅读是对35个(共50个),听力是18个(共30个),原则上单项考试过一半就能及格,用时36h,准备约180h。考前过了一遍口试手册,用时13h(主要是总结答题方法,思路,词汇);口试练习3h(和不考试的室友磨了2h,临考时和临时指定的小伙伴练了一个小时)。口试备考都是在最后3天完成的。

part1-匹配题。找选项中关键词。读段落时,找出有几个意思,标记提示词。关键是要读懂,不然什么方法都没用,然后一一对应,用时10-20分钟不等。 part2-填句。通读全文,把标示段落大意或层意的词挑出来做记号。再读选项,根据语义匹配和呼应词匹配选择。不选到最后,一定不要舍弃某个选项,说不准它就是对的,10-15分钟不等。 part3-单选。通常一段对应一道题,可以看一段选完一题。看懂大意,理解了,就能做出来,没有其他窍门,10分钟。 part4-完型,有选项。考词语搭配,词语辨析。在于平时的总结、积累以及语感,5分钟。 part5-完型,无选项。主要是填虚词和词组中缺的词,实词考察很少。靠平时做题的总结,形感,5分钟。 part6-改错。做题,总结,形成语感,归纳好语病的出处,5分钟。做题顺序:推荐3456按顺序做,1、2放在最后,因为1、2的难度不定,非常影响发挥。

[英语学习]BEC考试经验

BEC中级主要是阅读,写作,听力,口语。 阅读只要多做真题,应该没问题。一共五个阅读,考试时的顺序最好按45312 进行,这样会觉得很快。 写作分为两个,一个是大作文,一个是小作文。考试时候最好先写大作文再写小作文,小作文一定要小,简单明了。只要把该表达的信息都表达了就行,千万别写太多,废话太多的不会得高分的。字数最好在题目要求范围内。 听力比较难,必须多听多练,考试的时候,听力是听两遍的。 口语是两个人搭档考试的,分数单算,平时可以找人搭档练习,如果没有搭档也没有关系,自己把真题里所有的口语部分都自己练。口语考试有三部分,首先是老师问你几个问题,都是很简单的,平时不用练也能应付的。然后是就一个商务话题作小演讲,两个人轮流讲,然后互相提问,也就是说搭档讲的时候一定要认真听,并思考问他什么问题。最后是两个人就一个商务话题进行讨论。总之口语部分不用太紧张,平时练了,考试就没问题,问题都是大同小异的,就那么几个话题,都是书上的内容,可以把真题上的口语练习都练练。 至于参考书。首先是看教材,新编剑桥商务英语(中级),是全英文的,如果看不懂可以买本同步辅导。真题是必不可少的,真题一般从第2辑开始做就可以,因为第1辑年份太早了。真题一定要重视,你会发现每年都有很多相似处,真题做熟练了就可以,里面听说读写都有,要都看,写作要自己写完再看答案,不要直接看答案,答案一般有两篇,有分高的有分低的,都是考生写的,看答案时最好看看评语,知道答案好在哪里,不好在哪里。听力一定多听多练,刚听真题肯定会抓狂,但是必须坚持听,你会发现越听越容易。口语可以练练真题里的,但是好像没有答案,可以买本经济科学出版社的PASS BEC(中高级)新编剑桥商务英语口试必备手册。里面话题很全的,答案不用背,自己想好了思路试着说说,然后再对照书上的,看看表达方式和思路就行。这样对每个话题都知道怎么应对。只要按以上方法复习,肯定会拿高分的。还有,BEC中级是取平均分的,不需要每个部分都及格。 最后,祝你好运~ (我可是一个字一个字的打出来的) 首先 BEC的侧重点和考核内容和大学英语四六级是不同的 楼主不用为自己四六级的得分而纠结 四六级的分数决定不了你过BEC的几率 其次 BEC里最难的部分是听力和口语对话 而且这两部分在今年还做出了一定的调整。 但是阅读和作文并不是太难,阅读只要掌握一定的专业单词 作文是非常简单的,只要不犯语法错误格式正确就行。 所以 可以看看自己是哪方面比较薄弱

教材: 1.学生用书(经济科学出版社)(基础) 2.4本真题(人民邮电出版社)(重中之重) 3.报名发的红本(重中之重是里面有一套题,很多人都忽略了) 4.中高级口语必备(蓝色封面,陈小慰主编)(很经典,想过口语得靠它) 5.同步辅导(里面有学生用书答案和解析,所以要和课本一起买) 6.教师用书(鸡肋,但里面有作文范文) 7.新东方·剑桥商务英语高级词汇精选(鸡肋,因为买了肯定刚开始坚持,慢慢就不背了,我至今背这本词汇还停留在C,不过如果有强人的话,背完了肯定对你做题有很大帮助) 考试规则: 1. 阅读60分钟,共45道题目。错的个数要控制在18题或18题以下(错的题目个数是我以前在论坛上看到的拿C以上的标准)。 2. 作文45分钟 3. 听力40分钟(30分钟的听力+10分钟的填答题卡),共三十道题目,错的个数要控制在12题或12题以下(错的题目个数是我以前在论坛上看到的拿C以上的标准)。 教材准备:剑桥BEC真题集中级第2,3和4辑; 新编剑桥商务英语中级同步辅导(第三版);新编剑桥商务英语中级第三版学生用书;新编剑桥商务英语中级第三版学生用书练习册;剑桥商务英语中级词汇精选(新东方,黄色封面书);《新编剑桥商务口试必备手册PASS BEC》(陈小慰主编);新东方BEC主讲谢姣岳的中级口语教材;新编剑桥商务英语教师用书中级(第三版); 考试准备用品: 1. 文具用品:铅笔两只(一只怕不够,以防万一),橡皮,直尺,黑色水笔或者钢笔

2. 必备品:耳机(音质不错的,自己平时就在用的耳机,考场可能提供耳机,但是质量就。。。) 准考证,身份证,水杯,吃的食物(例如巧克力,因为阅读、作文和听力三个部分之间休息十分钟,从上午九点考到十二点二十分左右,需要及时补充营养哦) 注意事项: 1. 一般提前三十分钟进场。本人在南师大老校区考的,准考证上明明写的八点半开考,但是居然八点半才让我们进场,就是九点开考的。以前也有考过BEC中级的学姐和我说九点开考。没想到,真的被蒙了啊~ 2. 准考证大约提前三天去拿。可以带领,得出示本人身份证和背带领人的身份证。最好早点去拿,发放准考证的人有工作时间。记得我们星期六考BEC,星期四去拿准考证时,那个人多的啊…… 阅读:(注意!!!这部分的答案均用铅笔填!!!) 1. 第一部分: ⑴这部分总共八个答案,一般来说2A、2B、2C和2D。我和我的partner曾经把真题辑的第二、三和四辑的阅读第一部分答案统计过一遍,发现基本上是2A、2B、2C和2D。也有例外,貌似每一辑的Test4就不是这样的,或是2,2,1,3,即有一个或有三个答案是它。但是掌握了这样的规律,就可以有时候蒙答案了,相当有效。 ⑵答题诀窍:近义词转化。一般一段有两层中心意思,这两层中心意思会用however,but,on the other hand之类的转折词或者Meantime之类的并列词语,一般看得出来的。因为有两层中心意思,所以才会有2A、2B、2C和2D。 ⑶先看问题,再看文章。看问题的句子时,把重要、醒目、不太一样的词语划出来,这很有可能就是文章中需要近义词转化的词语!!!然后看完问题的句子后,有个大概印象后,再去看文章。 ⑷千万不能一看到题目,就直接看题目。同时也要注意前几行字的第一行,通常是look at the statesment below and the …/about…接下来的几个英文词语要好好看了啊,还有文章的标题。这两个方面会给你一个商务背景,有个很粗的印象,是讲的关于商务哪部分内容。 2. 第二部分:
