模具压模技术在没有做模具保护的情况下，模具被压、撞坏可能会出现下列问题:1、模具因结构较简单，压不坏。
2、模具被压，致使模具精密度下降，使注塑成形条件发生变化，给工艺参数的调试加大难度。
.3、模具被压，致使模具精密度下降，使成形产品的毛边加大、加多，加大了生产工人的工作强度与工作量，加速工人工作的疲劳，产品的产量、质量、效率往下降。
