现全自动咖啡主要的产地是意大利和瑞士(如 德龙SAECO、 JURA),他们有着接近二十年的历史,产品比较成熟但成本 较高,而我国只有大约五、六年的历史,目前还很不成熟, 虽然成本方面面对外国压力不太,但要成为普及型便宜的全 自动咖啡机也还有一段距离,现我们不能与意大利和瑞士产 的全自动咖啡机竞争的主要的问题是: (1)研发周期长。 (2)外型不够高端。 (3)质量不稳定、可靠性低、故障率高。 (4)制造工艺落后,不能适应全自动咖啡机的生产。 (5)目前普通小家电产品开发的组织模式下不太适应全 自动咖啡机。

滴落式咖啡壶
电加热,快速、操作简单只需取下漏斗放咖啡粉和做完咖啡 后清洗漏斗,加了咖啡粉后就可等咖啡喝,中间过程不用人 工操作,但只能做黑咖啡,同时温度的控制比蒸馏渗滤式咖 啡壶要好但仍不够精确。另外,价钱比较便宜,20-100 美 元左右。这一类冲泡器具在美国现在仍是市场的主流。但在 欧洲已经逐渐被半自动压力式咖啡机淘汰。半自动压力式咖 啡机已经成为对咖啡质量很注重的欧洲市场的主流,半自动 压力式咖啡机也叫意式咖啡机
