每个模块由二个单元（Unit）构成。
每个模块的第一单元是该模块的主要语言知识内容，一般包括四个活动板块。
活动—是话题情境导入，活动二是主要语言知识文本教学，活动三是重点语言知识听说练习，活动四是拓展练习。
第二单元是第一单元知识的巩固和延伸，提供若干任务型活动，包括游戏、歌曲、歌谣或韵句。
复习模块是对前十个模块的知识进行综合、融合的复习，设计了形式多样，生动活泼的游戏来复习日常交际用语，并提供各项任务型练习。
三、教学重、难点：1.语言知识与技能重点:本教材中出现的四会单词，短语，动词原形和过去式的转变，一般过去时态肯定句式、否定句式，一般疑问句，特殊疑问句的用法。

学生虽然已经一定的英语学习基础，但是不善于运用语言。
在此之前学生已经掌握了一些单词，但在使用时还是需要老师的指导、三、教学设计理念：（1）以活动为载体，采用多种活动途径，引导学生体验和参与学习。
爱玩是孩子的天性，要让孩子在愉快的教学环境中学习语言，而不是机械的学习语言；要让孩子在学中练习，活动中学，边学边运用。
激发学生身上潜在的兴趣，增强他们对英语的喜爱，同时利用活动的阶梯来推动课堂教学。
（2）将英语评价带进课堂教学。
《新课程标准》特别注重英语教学过程评价，要求实施对教学的过程和结果的有效评价。
根据这一理念，采用小组评、教师评等评价手段，对学生学习过程进行评价。
通过评价，使学生在学习过程中不断体验进步与成功，认识自我，树立自信心，而且使教师获取教学的反馈信息，及时对自己的教学行为进行反思和适当调整。
