要提高45分钟课堂教学效率、全面提高教学质量，就要优化课堂结构，通过教学方法的变革和现代化教学手段的合理应用，提高作业的针对性、有效性，来提高课堂教学效率。
下面，我浅谈几点教学经验：一、精心准备教学教案。
对教案内容进行规范化，能够提高备课的针对性。
我认为，在原教案的基础上应该增加两项内容：教师在教案的开头要写“教材分析”，在当课课后要写“课后小记”。
真正吃透教材，抓住教学重点，弄清教材重点与教学重点之间的联系；课后小记包括本课成功与不足之处，学生的反映、学习中出现的差错，教具的使用情况以及改进意见，课时的分配、教学的效果、本课的心得及经验体会等。
教师备课应分为学期备课、单元备课、课时备课、课前备课和课后备课五步，其关键是课前备课。
备课不仅包括单纯意义上的备课，还需要备教案，备语言、备教具、备感情、备教态、备学生。
二、加强师生心理的沟通。
当前，教师与学生之间的关系不够和谐的现象比较普遍，已成为影响教学质量提高的重要因素。
加强师生间的心理沟通就要加强教师与学生之间的思想、情绪、情感等多方面的沟通。
在思想沟通中，教师要利用感染力、说服力、激发力、推动力等强有力的示范作用，使学生更加自觉地调整自己，更深刻地领会教师的教学意图，达到更好的学习效果；在情绪沟通中，教师应该喜学生之所喜，乐学生之所乐。
只有这样才能激发学生积极向上的情感，促使他们奋发学习的热情；在感情沟通中，教师对学生应该给予春天般的温暖，使彼此之间的感情交融，这样，学生对教师的严格要求、尖锐而善意的批评就会形成良好的接受格局，对教师下达的教学任务能欣然接受。

英语的朗读就是运用轻重音，节奏，语调等语音手段把语言材料中的思想表达出来。
流畅地朗读有助于培养阅读的基本技能。
同时由于眼、口、耳、脑同时并用，就会增强理解与记忆。
但是小学英语教学中的朗读，切记不要过于强调模仿，形式单调，枯枯燥乏味。
而应该采用灵活多样的形式，吸引学生的注意力。
如齐读，小组读，分角色读，运用有节奏感的语调读；或者是利用多媒体教学手段，通过观看多媒体光盘，课件，影碟等现代化视听材料，模仿录音惟妙惟肖地跟读，甚至采用人机对话，互动跟读等等形式。
多读不仅能培养学生的语感，同时还能帮助学生更好地在句子中记忆单词，理解单词。
也为让学生克服心理困难，大胆开口说英语创造了条件。
英语阅读，主要是借助视觉进行默读。
阅读时应考虑小学生的思维和心理发展的特点的需要。
