下面,我浅谈几点教学经验:一、精心准备教学教案。
对教案内容进行规范化,能够提高备课的针对性。
我认为,在原教案的基础上应该增加两项内容:教师在教案的开头要写“教材分析”,在当课课后要写“课后小记”。
真正吃透教材,抓住教学重点,弄清教材重点与教学重点之间的联系;课后小记包括本课成功与不足之处,学生的反映、学习中出现的差错,教具的使用情况以及改进意见,课时的分配、教学的效果、本课的心得及经验体会等。
教师备课应分为学期备课、单元备课、课时备课、课前备课和课后备课五步,其关键是课前备课。
备课不仅包括单纯意义上的备课,还需要备教案,备语言、备教具、备感情、备教态、备学生。
二、加强师生心理的沟通。
当前,教师与学生之间的关系不够和谐的现象比较普遍,已成为影响教学质量提高的重要因素。
加强师生间的心理沟通就要加强教师与学生之间的思想、情绪、情感等多方面的沟通。
在思想沟通中,教师要利用感染力、说服力、激发力、推动力等强有力的示范作用,使学生更加自觉地调整自己,更深刻地领会教师的教学意图,达到更好的学习效果;在情绪沟通中,教师应该喜学生之所喜,乐学生之所乐。
只有这样才能激发学生积极向上的情感,促使他们奋发学习的热情;在感情沟通中,教师对学生应该给予春天般的温暖,使彼此之间的感情交融,这样,学生对教师的严格要求、尖锐而善意的批评就会形成良好的接受格局,对教师下达的教学任务能欣然接受。

英语的朗读就是运用轻重音,节奏,语调等语音手段把语言材料中的思想表达出来。
流畅地朗读有助于培养阅读的基本技能。
同时由于眼、口、耳、脑同时并用,就会增强理解与记忆。
但是小学英语教学中的朗读,切记不要过于强调模仿,形式单调,枯枯燥乏味。
而应该采用灵活多样的形式,吸引学生的注意力。
如齐读,小组读,分角色读,运用有节奏感的语调读;或者是利用多媒体教学手段,通过观看多媒体光盘,课件,影碟等现代化视听材料,模仿录音惟妙惟肖地跟读,甚至采用人机对话,互动跟读等等形式。
多读不仅能培养学生的语感,同时还能帮助学生更好地在句子中记忆单词,理解单词。
