Aladdin and the Enchanted Lamp L4
故事原⽂Aladdin and the Enchanted Lamp L4阿拉丁和神灯 L4Aladdin put the ring on the little finger of his left hand and began to go down the stairs. It was dark and he was afraid, but he was more afraid of Abanazar.
And Aladdin was right to be afraid, because Abanazar was not his uncle. He was a magician from Morocco, and he wanted this lamp very much. It was a magic lamp, and only a poor boy from the city could get it for him—a boy called Aladdin.
Aladdin went down a hundred stairs and into the first room. Down here, it was not dark and he went quickly through the rooms to the door into the garden. There were trees in the garden, with beautiful fruit of different colours—white, red, green and yellow.

Aladdin and the Magic Lamp - My ReflectionsI recently had the pleasure of reading the popular story, "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp." The tale captivated my imagination and left a lasting impression on me. In this English reading, I would like to share my thoughts and reflections upon completing this enchanting story.First and foremost, the story introduced me to the fascinating character of Aladdin, a young and poor boy who finds himself on a magical adventure. Aladdin's personality resonated with me as he demonstrated qualities such as determination, resilience, and kindness throughout the story. His journey from a humble background to becoming a true hero inspired me to believe that anything is possible with the right mindset and a little bit of magic. The theme of the story, which revolves around the power of a magic lamp, intrigued me from the beginning. The lamp, housing a genie capable of granting wishes, held great allure and created suspense in the narrative. It made me ponder the nature of human desires and the consequences one might face when given unlimited power. Aladdin's temptation and eventual triumph over the misuse of the lamp served as a valuable lesson on the importance of remaining humble and grateful for what we already possess.I was particularly drawn to the character of the genie, the magical being bound by the lamp's command. The genie's ability to bring forth material wealth and fulfill Aladdin's wishes was impressive, yet it highlighted the limitations of material possessions in bringing true happiness. Despite his immense power, the genie was trapped within the confines of the lamp, symbolizing the notion that freedom and contentment cannot be attained through external objects alone.Throughout the story, the author skillfully weaved elements of adventure, romance, and fantasy. The vivid descriptions of Aladdin's encounters with the villainous Jafar, his love interest Princess Jasmine, and the mystic landscapes of Agrabah transported me into a world of imagination. The author's storytelling prowess kept me engaged and eager to discover what would unfold in the next chapter.Beyond the captivating storyline, "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp" taught me valuable life lessons. It emphasized the importance of honesty, trust, and staying true to oneself. Aladdin's unwavering integrity, even in the face of adversity, served as a reminder that one's character should never waver, regardless of circumstance.Furthermore, the story showcased the significance of family ties and the strength derived from relationships built on love and loyalty. Aladdin's relationship with his mother, the support he received from his friends, and his eventual reunion with Princess Jasmine highlighted the importance of human connections in overcoming life's challenges. In conclusion, reading "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp" has been a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. The story's engaging narrative, memorable characters, and thought-provoking themes left a deep impact on me. It reminded me of the power of imagination, the triumph of good over evil, and the importance of remaining true to oneself. As I closed the final page, I couldn't help but feel inspired by Aladdin's journey and the magic of this timeless tale.。

After reading "Aladdin and His Magic Lamp," I was transported into a world filled with wonder, adventure, and the power of wishes. The story, originally from the collection of Middle Eastern folk tales known as "One Thousand and One Nights," has captivated readers for centuries. In this essay, I would like to delve into the various themes and characters that stood out to me in this timeless tale.
First and foremost, the character of Aladdin himself is one that resonated with me. As a young, impoverished boy, he embodies the hope and dreams that many of us have in our lives. Aladdin's transformation from a lowly street urchin to a wealthy prince is a testament to the power of determination and grit. His journey teaches us that no matter where we come from, with hard work and a little bit of luck, we can achieve great things.

At this time, another pair of eyes stared at the princess. She was the sister of the bad magician. When she knew that Aladdin had killed her brother, she made up her mind to avenge him. After Aladdin left, the princess was helpless. Fortunately, she met a girl who made a living by performing arts. She saw that the princess was very poor, so she took her in and performed together. After Aladdin took the fakeprincess away, he found that there was something wrong with her, and she was not as kind and gentle as before. She became vicious like a different person. Just when Aladdin was wondering, he heard the voice of the fake princess. Listen carefully. She was going to rebel. After hearing this, Aladdin immediately wiped the magic lamp and ordered the magic lamp to take the fake princess to the desert and find the real princess back.

Yes, I come from a land. From a faraway place. A place where there are camels, intense heat and more sand than water. But it is home. Well actually this is home. (Shows lamp) Yes, I am a magical Genie, and most of my life is spent in this tiny little lamp. But… this is no ordinary lamp! It once changed a young man's life. His name was Aladdin, and I helped him find true love. He found my magical lamp and it changed his life. (He sets the lamp down and exits. Aladdin enters. He is whistling a tune.)SCENE 2Aladdin: (Notices the lamp) Hey what’s this? (He picks it up) Whew…it’s so dirty… probably just garbage. (He rubs the lamp clean)Genie: (Genie appears. Aladdin is astonished.) Who are you that calls me from my lamp?Aladdin: What?Genie: Who are you? And why have you called me?Aladdin: I didn’t call. I mean I don’t think I did. Ah… I am sorry to disturb, (Genie interrupts)Genie: What’s your name?Aladdin: A…A… Aladdin. Please don’t hurt me.Genie: (Bows to Aladdin) I am the genie of the lamp I will obey you.I will do anything you ask. What is your command?Aladdin: You mean that you live in this lamp and when I rub it you will come out and do any thing I say?Genie: (Nods) That is correct!Aladdin: As-sahGenie: As- sah…? I’m sorry. I don’t understand.Aladdin: Never mind. OK. First I want to wish for some different clothes, some new shoes… no wait… first I wish that I could leave this place to see the rest of the world… no I wish… Wow, who is that? She is beautiful! (Just then Jasmine enters. She is crying. She sits down.
