荧光增白剂OB-1是优良的噁唑类增白剂,不溶于水,性能稳定,具有良好的耐热、耐晒、耐氯漂和耐迁移等性能。
荧光增白剂OB-1特别耐高温,主要用于热熔轧染法增白,适用于涤纶纤维的增白及涤纶与棉和其它纤维混纺织物的增白。
该产品还可用于ABS 、PS 、HIPS 、PA 、PC 、PP 、EV A 和硬质PVC 等塑料增白,锦纶纤维、尼龙和聚酯中添加OB-1后也会明显提高白度。
在回收的聚酯纤维废料、瓶料和切片中加入OB-1后回收料会显得更白,而且不同回收料中色度会变得更加一致。
使用方法:

1荧光增白剂的增白原理该荧光增白剂不仅具有双共轭双键,而且具有特殊结构的无色染料,光洁度好。
当它能吸收太阳光中的紫外线,激活分子,回到基态的时,紫外线的能量就会部分消失,消失的部分变转化为可见光,反射光为波长420-500nm的蓝紫色光,使纸上的反射光总量增加,抵消了黄光反射过大而引起的纸张纤维的黄感,从而提高纸张的白度。
随着入射光源的变化,荧光增白剂的效果就会发生变化,如果紫外线吸收的过多,效果会更加显著,如果在没有紫外线或者紫外线含量很低,就不会有美白效果或者美白效果不明显。
