目的
明确血小板冰冻保存后功能指标的变化,了解低温对血小板的结构、功能和性
质的影响,建立理想的冰冻保存条件和方法,优化低温冰冻保存血小板的技术,并为临
床急需应用冰冻血小板的治疗及抢救提供理论依据和实验数据。
箱保存。血小板的采集到冰冻在6小时内完成,对保存到期的血小板进行复苏,复苏温 度37-42"C,快速复苏,然后对Pit、MPV、PDW、PCT、P.LCR、PH值血小板CD62p
表达、相关功能如聚集,活化功能(用血小板聚集仪测定血小板聚集功能、用流式细胞
仪i贝|l定血小板的活化功能}旨标CD62p)进行检测,然后对冰冻前后指标进行配对资料
方法采集健康人新鲜血进行离心,制作富含血小板的血浆(PRP),采用全自动血细
