水循环泵安装说明书设计标准长沙中大水泵实业有限公司r型热水循环泵,是根据ap1610和vdma24297(轻/中型)规范设计的,其系列化、标准化、通用化程度高。
泵性能先进,运行平稳,安全可靠。
在设计生产中采用新结构、新材料。
应用范围:该泵专供冶金、电站、橡胶、化工、采暖及余热利用等行业输送温度小于280℃不含颗粒的高压热水之用,(热交换介质不高于400℃)。
主要用途:炼油厂、石油化学工业、煤加工工业和低温工程。
化学工业、造纸、纸浆业、制糖厂和普通流程工业。
供水厂、海水淡化厂、冶金。
供暖和空气调节系统、发电厂、环境保护工程、船舶及海上工业等。
使用参数:口径:25-400mm流量(q):1.6-2600m3/h 扬程:(h):5-300m 转速:1450/2900r/min 工作压力(p):可达5mpa 1)、准备必要的工具2)、检查悬架体储油室之油位,应控制在油位计中心线2毫米左右的位置上。
3)、检查电动机的转动方向是否与泵的转向相符,严禁反转。
4)、用手转动联轴器,应感觉轻松且轻重均匀,并注意辨别泵内有无磨擦声和异物滚动等杂音,如有应设法排除。
5)、关闭吐出管道闸阀及出口压力表、排净泵内空气,使泵内和吸入管内充满液体。
6)、输送液体温度高于80℃时,泵要均匀预热,即用输送的高温液体注入泵体,打开各处的冷水管和密封室泄漏量控制旋塞,检查其流动情况及温度。
7)、启动电机(最好先点动,确认泵转动方向正确后才正式运行),打开进出口压力表,再慢慢打开出口管路闸阀到所需位置,将密封室泄漏量控制旋塞跳到适当位置。
2、运转1)、要经常检查泵和电机的温升情况,轴承的温升不应大于35℃,极限温度不应大于75℃。
2)、注意悬架体储油室油位的变化,经常控制在规定的范围内,为了保持油的清洁和良好的润滑,应根据现场使用的实际情况,定期更换新油。
3)、注意填料压盖处的泄漏,以点滴为宜。

The override control is set at a specified heightabove the upper turn-on control.4. The alarm control is set about 6" to 12" above theoverride control.5. Junction Boxes:If a junction box is used in a hazardous location, it must be a hazardous location approved type with hazardous location cord connectors. DO NOT lift pump in a manner where any failure could result in loss of life.Air Venting:Air tends to trap in the pump volute when water raises in the sump or when the pump is lowered into water after service. To vent off this air, a small hole is drilled into the pump volute. Be sure this vent hole is clean after any service work on pump.USAGE – The TPL15 grinder pumps are for pumping domestic sewage. These pumps are not to be used for pumping commercial or industrial sewage from motels, schools, apartments, factories, etc.PUMP MODELS – The TPL15 pumps are equipped with 230 volt single phase motors with seal leak detector.CAUTION – PUMP IS ONLY TO BE DISASSEMBLED AT MYERS FACTORY OR AN AUTHORIZED MYERS SERVICE FACILITY.DESCRIPTION OF PUMP – This pump is intended to grind and pump all normal sewage for home use.Pump is of heavy duty construction, and submersible type for long life when pumping ground sewage. If lower seal leaks for any reason, waterenters the seal chamber. If motor has the seal leakdetector, the electrode will contact the water and close the circuit to the red seal light in the control panelindicating motor must be serviced before upper sealfails.MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION – The motor isprovided with an on-winding overload switch. If motor overloads or overheats for any reason, the switchopens stopping motor. As soon as the motor cools to normal temperature the switch closes and restarts the motor.MOTOR POWER CORDS – Pump models with sealleak detector use a 5 conductor cord. The three power conductors are BLACK, WHITE, RED, the BROWNconductor connects to the seal leak probe and GREEN conductor connects to the ground screw inside thecord cap.CORD SEAL – The lines from the motor chamber are sealed with a rubber sealing grommet that preventsoil from leaking into the cord cap compartment. Ifnecessary to replace power cord, the sealing grommet must not be loosened. This wire seal is removed only for complete motor repair that must be done at anauthorized motor repair shop.IMPORTANT – Ground wires must be connected in the control box to grounding bar, which is connected to a good outside ground. MOTOR IS NOT SAFE UNLESS GROUNDED.SINGLE PHASE CONTROL BOX – Single phasepumps must use the Myers control box. Warranty isvoid if other than Myers single phase control box isused.THREE PHASE CONTROL BOX – Any suitable three phase control equipment can be used for simplexor duplex operation. These control boxes are alsoavailable from Myers. If other than Myers box is used, overload heaters must be selected in accordance with full load amp ratings.If any amp readings are higher than listed, it indicates voltage may be higher or lower than normal, or thatpump grinder may be clogged with trash causing extra load on motor.23833A179 11/12/123TROUBLE CHECK LISTTroubles listed are generally caused by the pump. Other trouble can occur from faulty control box operation. These will be listed with the control box instructions.CONDITION PROBABLE CAUSEPump runs but does not pump liquid from basinRed light comes on at control box.Overload trips at control box and alarm buzzer or flashing red light comes on due to high water level in basin. 1. Pump impeller may be air locked, this occasionally occurs on a newinstallation. Start and stop pump several times to purge air.2. Run additional water into basin so that pump will be submerged deeper toclear air.3. If air does not clear, it may be necessary to lift pump out of sealing elbowand start motor to allow pump to pump for a few seconds. If discharge is piped in with union, slightly break union and start pump to clear air. Air vent hole is provided in pump case, so some water will flow from this hole when pump is operating. If vent hole gets clogged, clean out.4. If pump has been installed for some time and does not pump, it may beclogged at grinder inlet.5. Discharge gate valve may be closed.6. Discharge check valve may be clogged or have a broken clapper.7. Discharge head may be too high. Check elevation. Maximum pump headat zero flow is 70 feet.8. If above check do not locate trouble, motor rotor may be loose on shaftwhich allows motor to run but will not turn impeller or only at low RPM. 1. This indicates some water has leaked past the lower seal and has enteredthe seal chamber and made contract with the electrode probe. Pump must be removed immediately from basin for replacement of lower seal. This preventative repair will save an expensive motor.1. Push in on red reset button to reset overload. If overload trips again aftershort run, pump has some damage and must be removed from basin for checking.2. Trouble may be from clogged grinder causing motor to overload or couldbe from failed motor.3. Trouble may be from faulty component in control box. Always checkcontrol box before removing pump.Checking For Moisture in Motor: Disconnect line leads from terminal strip. Use ohmmeter and set on highest scale. Readings on the large power cord between any of the conductors red, black, whiteto green, or motor housing should be more than 500,000 ohms.Resistance of Windings: Every motor winding has a fixed resistance. The windings must check close to the specification values. This winding resistance also shows if motor is connected for voltage being used. Grinder assembly may be partially clogged with some foreign objects causing noise and overload on the motor.2. Grinder assembly may be rubbing on grinder ring due to bent shaftor misalignment.1. Pump “ON” switch may be set too high.2. Run pump on hand operation for several minutes with small amount of water running into basin to clean out solids and grease. Connect other half of 1¼" discharge pipe with 1¼"slip coupling. Firmly tighten.4. Place pump cover over pipes and tightenflanges to hold in place.5. For simplex package only: Plug extra hole withsolid rubber plug and insert “OFF”, “ON” and“ALARM” controls through rubber grommets.Adjust cords to proper length. Insert floats through holes provided in cover. Push rubber grommetsinto holes.6. Place gasket on steel basin cover. Use permatexon bottom side only to hold in place.7. Lift pump and cover and lower into basin. Securewith bolts.8. Power cords are taken to control box forconnecting. The motor cords can be installed inflexible conduit if desired or can be left open andtaped together. STARTING PUMP1. With circuit breaker at control box in “OFF”position, turn hand-off-auto switch to “AUTO”position.2. Turn circuit breaker to “ON” and run waterinto basin.3. When level tilts upper float, pump should start andshould run until lower float is deactivated, causing pump to stop.4. Repeat cycle several times. Yellow run light shouldcome on each time pump runs.5. Turn hand-off-auto switch to “OFF” (both forduplex) and run water into basin until alarm switch activates.ALWAYS TURN THE ALARM SWITCH TO “ON”POSITION AFTER TESTING.6. Turn hand-off-auto switch to “AUTO” (both forduplex) position and pump is ready for automatic operation.7. 潜水泵说明书微型潜水泵主要用于假山流水、盆景喷泉、鱼缸抽水等,在使用前请确认电压、扬程、流量等是否适合。
■完全潜水、省电耐用、安全超静。

■可有效吸取水中油污,保持水面清洁。

一、安装1.在安装前请确认电压、功率等是否适合使用.电源线等是否有破损。
若不符请勿使有。
2.将泵冲洗后安放在合适的位置,用力按下直至潜水泵吸盘吸窂,装好水管或配套的装置插上电源即可。
二、重要事项1、潜水泵在工作时,不要露出水面,否则会对潜水泵造成永久性的损害。
2、潜水泵在工作时,应按照潜水泵所示的电压和频率范围工作,请不要使用规定以外的电压和频率。
3、不要把潜水泵放在易燃液体中工作。
4、潜水泵最好不要在50摄氏度以上或者冰点以下的水中工作,否则会对潜水泵造成损害。
5、如潜水泵的电源线损坏,为确保安全,请不要继续使用此水泵。
6、不能让泵长时间空转,以免伤害泵体。
安装或拆除及清洗泵时,必须先拔掉电源插头切断电源,以确保安全。
三、注意事项1、发现泵动力不足或不转应及时切断电源拆卸清洗潜水泵转子吸转轴。
2、不要让潜水泵空转或离开水面工作5分钟以上。
3、在潜水泵只能在淡水中或海水中使用,不能在腐蚀性的液体中使用。
4、不要用电源线直接把潜水泵提起,否则可能把电源线拉断。
5、潜水泵工作时,应当完全浸在水中,以确保潜水泵有一定的冷却度。
四.关于产品保质期和配件的保修期说明1.水泵在正常使用情况下保质期为6个月。
2.若非正常使用造成产品破损及配件损坏,工厂不承担任何责任。
若客户不能自行修复可退回厂家维修,相关费用由客户承担。
3.水泵保修时间为6个月。
请按使用说明正确使用,因使用不当造成损坏,由客户自行承担相关费用(维修费和来回运费)。

潜水排污泵为潜水式的污水泵,因能将污水中长纤维、袋、带、草、布条等物质撕裂、切断,然后顺利排放,因此,现不仅可用于市政工程、工业建筑、宾馆、医院、人防、矿山等行业, 同时,还可用于排送带固体粒及各种长纤维的污水、废水、雨水和城市生活用水。
一、使用条件1、介质温度不应超过60℃, 介质密度h1200Kg/m,P 值在5-9 范围内。
2、运行时水泵液面不得低于水泵最高点。
3、额定电压为380V,额定频率50HZ,测定额定频率偏差不大于5% 时,水泵才能正常运转。
4、通过泵体过流部件最大颗粒物不得大于水泵出水口直径的5%。
二、旋转方向从泵吸入口看,叶轮为逆时针方向旋转。
三、结构说明1、轴承:选用国内一线轴承品牌或可选配进口轴承,其合理的轴承配置能够延长泵的使用寿命和降低运行成本。
2、电机:电机绝缘等级为F 级,最高工作温度+40 度。
电机防护等级IP68。
3、机械密封:选用机械密封,两道机械密封串联相互独立工作。
4、油室:油室具有润滑和冷却机械密封的效果,并能阻止液体渗透至电机内部。
5、叶轮:经过优化设计, 以其最佳的流量和速度以最大效率输送液体使其不产生堵塞。
每一个工况点都有相适应的叶轮可供选择。
根据抽送的介质, 有单流道、双流道、三叶片叶轮可供选择。
6、泵体:采用cad / cam 技术, 使泵体具有最高的效率和最小的磨损。
7、轴:泵与电机同轴, 轴端密封装置, 使轴不与抽送介质相接触, 保护轴不受腐蚀。
四、使用、检查与维修1、使用注意事项泵不宜在易燃、易爆的介质环境中使用, 也不宜抽送可燃性液体。
严禁撞击、压延电缆, 严禁将电缆线当起吊绳使用。
泵运行时不得随意拉电缆, 以免损坏电缆发生触电事故或降低电缆密封性、降低电机接线腔绝缘性能。
当采用固定式自动耦合安装时, 用吊链栓住提手上下起吊泵, 注意轻起轻放。
泵放入水中时应垂直起吊, 不允许横放着地, 更不能陷入污泥中。
吐出管路上应装流量调节阀, 避免流量过大导致电机过载。

泵座和电机位于井口(或水池)上部,电机的动力通过与扬水管同心的传动轴传递给叶轮轴,产生流量、扬程。
长轴深井泵是一种使用范围广泛的抽水、排水设备,适用于电厂、钢铁厂、矿山、化工、消防、自来水厂、农业灌溉等行业。

在进行维护时,电机应停止转动。
在进行维护时,如果电机的总电源没有断开,水泵有可能突然起动,造成严重伤害;如果电机的总电源没有断开,还有可能会造成电击、烧伤、死亡等事故。
1.5选型须知正确选用深井泵可延长泵、电机、水井的使用寿命,必须十分注意。

部位固定叶片用的螺钉拆除) 宁波巨神制泵实业有限公司 1、 概述 1400QZB潜水轴流泵是YLQ990潜水电机与1400ZLB立式潜水轴流泵泵段配套成机泵一体同轴传动的潜水电泵。可长期潜入水下运行,具有一系列传统机组无可比拟的优点: a) 电泵省去了传统轴流泵的传动装置,并降低泵站地面建筑高度,不要建泵房。 b) 电泵安装工作仅在泵位上吊进或吊出,不用地脚螺栓,省去了常规轴流泵机组安装时的对中心工作。 c) 电泵没有油、水、气辅助设备,运行简便。 d) 维修时可用汽车吊吊出潜水电泵,在地面上进行,无需建检修阀门和设置检排水泵。 e) 安装一台电泵只需几个小时。如果需要备用泵,不必设泵位,节省泵站土建长度,一旦运行中电泵发生故障,以备用泵调换即可,几个小时后可恢复正常工作。 f) 电泵潜水运行,水面以上几乎没有运转噪声。电泵是水流冷却,不产生环境高温,值班人员在控制室值班,工作环境舒适。 1400QZB潜水电泵可供农田排灌、工矿企业、船坞、市政工程及电站给排水之用。输送介质为原水或物理化学性质类似于水的其他液体,被输送液体最高允许温度为50℃。 2、 结构说明 1400QZB潜水轴流泵由潜水电机和轴流泵段组成(见图1),一般均采用电机和水泵直连,潜水电机为YLQ990,电压等级10KV。电机轴从下端盖伸出,出轴部位设有机械密封,并配以油封增加密封效果。为阻止外部水沿着轴伸渗入电机内部,共设有多道机械密封,机械密封可承受20米扬程压力。 泵段有叶轮、叶轮外壳和导叶体组成。固定电泵的泵座、泵座支架和预埋底版被预埋在流道内。泵段不带进水喇叭,以求减轻电泵重量,降低高度,减少井筒直径。 导叶体内部有密封油室,电机侧机械密封、油室机械密封和推力轴承全部封闭在其中,并盛有一定量的润滑冷却机械油。 由于合理的设计和充分的冷却及润滑,为推力轴承的运行提供了良好的工作条件,竟多次和长期的运行试验表明,推力轴承温度不高于60℃,解决了大型化潜水电泵的一项重要关键技术。 YLQ990潜水电机的10KV级定子绕组,采用F级云母及特种硅橡胶的复合加强型防水绝缘及真空浸渍F级绝缘漆(VPI),具有良好的防潮、耐温性。设计中考虑即使密封失效,在48小时内不会导致绝缘失效。 电机设置独立的IP68密封接线盒,并设置可靠的电缆密封装置。这二项技术措施可有效防止电缆在运行过程中可能发生的磨损,以及万一电缆磨损也不致影响电机的安全运行。 电泵顶部装有导流罩,可以改善出水水流条件,减小局部损失,提高装置效率。 导流罩顶部设有防抬机装置,可防止电泵反转抬机,并且电缆不与出水水流接触,可以保护电缆不受水流冲击造成磨损。 2.1 潜水电机 2.1.1 潜水电机的型号说明 Y L Q 990 定子铁心外径(990mm) 潜水 电机为立式 三相异步电机 2.1.2 YLQ990 潜水电机有 1 根 UGF型 动力电缆 3×25+1×16, 接 于10kV 电源上。定子绕组采用 Y 接法,l 根动力电缆的四根引出线连接 。电机设有一套独立的接地电缆系统 , 接地电缆与电机上端接线盒盖 M16 接地螺钉直接连接, 人员能到的地方不会产生有害的跨步电压, 可保证人员的安全。

2.2.1 潜水电泵型号的意义 : 1400 Q Z B 轴流电泵 潜水型 水泵名义出水口径 2.2.2 1400QZB 潜水泵叶片为半可调式 , 叶轮外壳内表面为圆柱形。导叶体的内腔注入 10# 机油, 其贮油量以不溢出油腔上部的注油孔为准。导叶体侧边占有两个对称的孔, 一个为注油孔, 另一个为排气孔, 注油时两孔都应打开 , 一个注油, 一个排气,油注满后拧紧两个油塞, 还应注意检查油塞部分的矩形密封圈是否破损, 如有破损必须更换。 3. 潜水电泵安装 3.1 设备到现场的验收按合同及宁波巨神制泵实业有限公司提供的设备清单并检查提交的技术文件的完整性、正确性。 3.2 现场电泵下井前的检查 :①现场气密泄漏检查 ( 在有条件时可进行 );②绝缘电阻检查; ③ 主电缆、控制电缆标识及阻值检查;④电源相序、电压检查; ⑤模拟保护动作检查。 3.3 一次预埋件 , 按设计院泵站总图及电泵安装系统总图检查标高及垂直度土1°。 3.4 二次预埋件安装、混凝土浇灌及电泵下井按设计院总图及安装系统总图, 如有矛盾 ,业主组织协调。 3.4.1混凝土井筒中Φ1900内径内壁上应布满Φ20露出20mm长度的钢筋头,分布密度不少于50只/m2,内壁应打毛并清理干净。 3.4.2 泵座支架组装与预埋管均为二期预埋件。将组装好的泵座与泵座支架吊入井筒,置于预埋底板平面上,并校正其与井筒同心,继续焊接支架底面与预埋底板。焊接后,将井筒与泵座支架间空档用高标号水泥沙浆灌实。预埋管安装时同样应校水平,并保证其与混凝土井筒同心,误差1cm 3.4.3 将电泵缓慢吊入井筒中垂直落座于泵座上,安装防抬机装置及井盖装置,引出电缆至电缆沟。 3.4.4 盖上井盖, 安装电缆密封装置 , 并保证接地电缆可靠接地。 3.5 再度复核序 2 的检查步骤②-⑤ , 3.6 安装就地接线箱。 3.7 铺设 lOKV 电缆 , 检查电缆合格证及绝缘电阻。 3.8 铺设控制电缆。 3.9 接地电缆与井盖装置上的接地螺钉连接后,检查接地极接地也阻,应小于 4Ω( 按规范 ) 。 3.10 将井筒的金属件与接地极连接地线。 3.1l 制接线箱内的 lOKV 接线头及用相序表进行相序校核 , 连接接线箱内的端子排。测量绝缘电阻及传感器阻值。 3.12 M.C.C 空动作送电。模拟保护器动作、电源相序校核。 3.15 试运行 10min 后停机,作各方面检查。 3.16 现场 72h 试验。9 次起停泵。 3.17 注意事项 : 3.17.1 用 2500V 兆欧表检查主绕组冷态绝缘电阻 , 冷态绝缘电阻应≥10OMΩ。 3.17.2 用万用表按照表 l 检查控制电缆,各正常值应符介表l 的规定。 注 : 此处仅可使用万用表进行测量。 3.17.3 动力电缆与控制电缆在安装过程中,不能作为起重绳索或用力拉拽。特别在运行过程中要对电缆进行保护,防止电缆在运行过程中与硬物磨擦而损坏,建议采用按安装系统的专门提示进行操作。 3.17.4 电泵出厂前已进行实际正弦波50Hz,电压21000V,历时1min的耐压试验。因此,如果在吊装前测量绝缘电阻正常,建议不必再进行带有破坏性的现场耐电压试验。如必须要进行耐电压试验需要的,但电压值控制在80%×21000V=16800V左右。 3.17.5 现场绝缘电阻、相间直流电阻、耐电压试验必须由业主委托当地具有资质的相关部门进行,并出具检测结果,费用由需方承担。 4. 起动、运转和停泵 4.1 起动 a) 根据提供的技术图纸,把开关柜、就地控制接线箱及潜水电泵正确连接起来。 b) 在试运转前,应先试验开关柜无负载动作(即不接潜水泵)三次,包括内部所有保护装置模拟动作正确无误。 c) 操作控制柜上进行。 d) 在排水系统中,如果有闸阀,应最大限度打开,否则启动困难,并导致超功率。闭闸起动是绝对禁止的。 e) 每小时允许启动次数冷态时为6次,热态时为2次,热态启动间隔不得少于20分钟,全电压启动时间≤4.1。为防止操作频繁,停泵后静态绝缘电阻监控仪转入监视状态,须经7分钟之后,才能重新启动。 f) 第一次启动运转10分钟后,手动停泵,检查电器及机械部件,如无异常,启动调节即告结束。 4.2 运行 电泵运转过程中,应每隔半小时记录一次电压、电流及运行时间及轴承温度,并注意运转的平稳性。 4.3 停泵 需要停泵时,在开关柜上进行,按停止按钮即停止运行,但要注意选择开关的位置。停泵时水流倒灌的水锤冲击声为正常现象。1400QZB潜水轴流泵允许在停泵后由于倒灌引起的反转,所以对断流装置(如拍门、快速闸门)的要求大大降低。 5. 维护 5.1电泵停止运行期间,每月用2500V兆欧计测量一次冷态绝缘电阻,应大于50MΩ,并运转至少0.5小时,防止锈蚀。 5.2累计运行4000小时,建议对易损件(机械密封、轴承)进行检查,更换润滑脂(3#锂基润滑脂)及油室内的润滑油(10#机油)。 6.可能出现的故障及排除方法 序 故障现象 原 因 检查与排除方法
1 启动故障
1)在就地控制箱上,按启动按钮,没有反应 a)线路连接有误; b)进、出水池水位不在正常位置 c)电泵保护装置动作或误动作 a) 从电源查起,查线路连接; b) 检查水位及浮子开关; c) 检查传感器的电阻值是否正常,在检查线路; 2)在5?s内启动电流不能回到正常工作电流 a) 闸阀没有打开(如果有闸阀); b) 叶轮擦叶轮外壳; c) 电源断相,电压过低。 a) 打开闸阀; b) 调整叶轮间隙; c) 检查电源。
2 电泵不出水
1)电流小,约为额定电流的1/2 泵旋转方向不对; 按3.c调整电机方向。
2)伴有嗡嗡声,电流不平衡 a) 电源电压不足,电压低于90%额定电压; b) 缺相或三相电压不平衡 a) 检查电源电压是否符合要求; b) 检查三相电压是否平衡并校正。
