根穿杠与8个螺母及垫片分别打上“1、2、3……8”留下四根互相垂直的穿杠,将其它穿杠完全松开,再用搬手(不加套管)穿杠重新拧紧,力矩为40公斤·米左右,再将没有松开的四根穿杠完全松开,同样再将这四根穿杠拧紧,在出水段拧紧螺母的平面及螺母φ图六在低压端,伸手入水泵入口测量第一级密封环间隙,借助于这间隙把检查平衡套端面跳动允差0.06mm(见图七)图七把高压端尾盖和轴承体及下瓦先装上,定位胎不动,用千分表检查主轴使0.02mm,然后把高压端尾盖,连同轴承体一齐拆下,取出定位胎。

组装转子部件,使紧固螺母达到小装位置。

复装高压端尾盖及轴承下瓦。

然后复查抬轴及第一级密封环间隙,盘车应图八、泵与电机找中心把楔铁,垫铁全部焊在框架上,楔铁不超过三块。

泵、电机座两次灌浆,注意把地脚螺栓的螺帽留出。

My pump only pumps for a few minutes and then stops. What is happening?Generally "short cycling" indicates the motor is drawing too much current from the power source for some reason, and the thermal relay is opening to protect the insulation from the resulting heat build up. If this is what is happening, the thermal relay will reset after 10 to 20 minutes and the motor will again operate. The causes of high current are many. The pump is designed for low viscosity fluid, like diesel or gasoline, and will overheat if used to pump oil or other higher viscosity fluids. The inlet filter screen could be clogged.Bearings could be defective resulting in a drag on the motor shaft.See the Troubleshooting Guide in your Owner's Manual shipped with your unit or the copy available in the eLibrary.2. There is fluid leaking out of the small hole in the side of the pump body. How do I stop it?This small hole is described as the "weep hole" and is positioned to drain fluid that has leaked past the dynamic seal between the pump and the motor. It is important that the leak be corrected as soon aspossible to avoid damage to the motor. A new shaft seal will need to be installed.See the Troubleshooting Guide in your Owner's Manual shipped with your unit or the copy available in the eLibrary.3. What can I do to avoid my pump from losing prime when it sits for a time?Maintaining "prime" or keeping fluid in the inlet piping of your pumping system requires that no air leak into that piping. Do not open the nozzle while pump is off. If your pump is consistently losing prime, check all joints and fittings paying particular attention to the suction tube to pump connection, and the variouscovers and caps in the pump itself. Teflon® type sealing tape or a sealing compound noted as resistant to fuels is recommended at all threaded pipe connections.4. When it gets hot outside my pump will not pump gasoline but my diesel pump works great,whais going on?A suction pump works by developing a vacuum above the fluid being pumped and depending onatmospheric pressure to force the fluid into that vacuum. The higher the fluid is being raised, the more vacuum is required. If the fluid turns to a gas at a lower vacuum than that required to raise the fluid out of the container, the system is said to be vapor locked. In other words, rather than enough vacuum being developed by the pump to raise the fluid, the pump is instead vaporizing the gasoline and only gas vapor i being pumped. Diesel has a very low vapor pressure at even relatively high temperatures so there is no danger of vapor locking at practical temperatures. Gasoline is blended to have different vapor pressures to aid in winter starting (high vapor pressure) or avoid vapor locking in the summer (lower vapor pressure).The unit of measure used in the industry for this characteristic is Reid Vapor Pressure. Having winter gas (high Reid Vapor Pressure), still available in your tank in a warm spring, is a common cause of vaporlocking pumps.Once the situation exists, there are a limited number of options. Decrease the "lift" needed to raise the gasoline by filling the tank to the top is the easiest and quickest. This has the added benefit of mixing in a new blend of gasoline with a lower vapor pressure which will average the blended Reid Vapor Pressure down. Another option is to decrease the temperature by shading and/or cooling the piping and pump in some fashion. In an emergency spraying water on the piping could drop the system temperaturesufficiently to allow gasoline to be pumped. Use extreme caution when spraying water around。

The outlets of L.P oil supply unit not only supply lubricating oil to the gears, but also supply oil to the inlet of H.P pumps. 2 sets of HP pumps offer H.P oil give 1 set of compensate set, Offer 16 HP oil supplying outlets forming whole HP oil system that directly pumps the H.P oil to oil reservoirs.3.2油站在正常工作时,低压泵一台工作,一台备用,齿轮泵出油口压力经安全阀调定约0.7MPa,流经过滤器,过滤精度≤80μm,再流经油冷却器,由电磁水阀的自动启停控制出口油温为38~42℃范围。

At normal operation ,one low pressure pumb will work and another will be spare. The oil outlet pressure of gear wheel pump is set to 0.7Mpa by safety valve. The oil flows through a oil filter whose filtering accuracy ≤80μm, a oil cooler. The oil temperature at the automatic start /halt outlet of electromagnetic water valve is controlled between 38~42℃.3.3冷却器后低压油出口,一部份通向齿轮箱提供润滑,一部份向高压泵吸口供油,在高压泵进口安装有过滤器,过滤精度≤40μm,保证提供给高压泵工作的润滑油为高清洁度的润滑油,以提高高压泵的工作寿命。

两台高压泵同时工作,两台高压泵与两台补偿装置的十六路出口与静压油膜轴承各油腔连接。

高压系统工作压力由压力变送器通过数显控制仪控制,低压系统工作压力由压力变送器通过数显控制仪进行控制,保证高低压系统的正常工作。

Low pressure oil after cooling unit partly goes to the gear box as lubrication oil , the other part of it goes to the oil inlet of high pressure pump as inlet oil. At the oil inlet pipe of H.P pump a filter with filtering accuracy ≤40μm is mounted to guarantee the oil supplying to the HP pump as high cleanliness quality lubricating oil. By this way the working life of the HP pump is improved. 24 sets of HP pump work together, 2 sets of HP pump and 2 sets compensate set so 16 sets of HP oil outlet pipes connect to the oil reservoirs of static pressure oil membrane bearings. The unit operating pressure of the H.P system is controlled by the electro connecting pressure gauges. A digital control gauge through a pressure transducer controls the unit operatingpressure of the L.P system in order to guarantee the normal operation of HP unit.4、工作原理Working principle:4.1低压供油系统工作压力0.4Mpa,高压系统公称压力为31.5Mpa,高压系统可根据工作需要调整高压系统的工作压力,高低压系统工作压力由溢流阀调节,在运行中由电接点压力表和压力继电器(或压力开关、或压力变送器和数显表)控制,保证高低压系统的正常工作。

The working pressure of the Low pressure oil system is 0.4 Mpa, The Nominal pressure of the high pressure oil system is 31.5MPa, The operating pressure of high pressure system may be adjusted according to operation requirements.The work pressure of high pressure oil system which is adjusted by overflow valve , During operation, it is controlled by a electro-connecting pressure gauge and a pressure relayr( or pressurecontrolle 、orpressure transducer). The normal operation of whole unit can be guaranteed by this way.4.2低压系统工作时,最高压力0.4Mpa,最低压力0.12Mpa,压力低于0.12Mpa 时,备用泵自动投入工作,当供油压力达到0.3MPa时,原工作泵自动停车,当备用泵起动1分钟后压力仍低于0.12MPa时,主机停车报警。
