1.工作模式
按Menu 键选择工作模式,选择“计步分装”按“Enter”键确认。

2,控制方式
按Menu 键,在“设置”选项中选择“控制方式”,按“Enter”键进入控制方式选项,选择“自动”,按“Enter”调节计步分装间隔时间。

一般间隔时间设定10s。

3,目标量及运行角度设定
在“计步分装”选项中,调节“目标量”及“运行角度”确认每盘加液量。

目标量一般设定3500ml,目标量在一定范围内,设定的值越大,“用时”时间越短。

运行角度根据实际加菌泥量调节,一般在45000左右。

在“计步分装”界面,通过上下箭头键选择目标量或则运行角度,按“Enter”键进入调节阶段,通过“><∨∧”四键调节数值大小。

调节完毕后,按“RTN”键进入运行启动界面,按“ ”键进行加液测试或加液。

按住“Max”键不松,蠕动泵测处于工作状态,用于加液前排出硅胶管内的空气。

同时按“Shfit”和“<”或“Shfit”和“>”方向键,用于改变蠕动泵的转动方向。

同时按“Shfit”和“∧”,或“Shfit”和“∨”方向键,用于锁定和解锁界面。

泵管选择-泵管采用的壁厚为 1mm 的进口 PharMed®BPT(B)和硅胶管(S),可适
用于不同的传输液体要求,另外泵管大小可选,以满足不同的流量要求。
安装方式-安装方式为穿板固定和底板平面固定两种(详见附图)。 流量精度-KCS plus 蠕动泵的转子数可调,可根据需求选择 4 转子或 8 转子。

注:所用管型测试数据是用 KCS plus 4 转子泵头在转速为 450 转/分连续运行,室温为 20℃纯水
无压力条件下直至泵管出现裂口为止测得。泵头转速不同泵管寿命亦不相同,总的来说,泵头转 速越慢泵管寿命越长,实际使用寿命受介质,工况,电压等因素影响,测试数据以作参考。
转子数越多,精度越高,脉动越小,流量也越小。
主要材质-扣壳、同步盘采用合成工程塑料,钣金及机加工件为 SUS304 不锈钢。 其他优势-可通过对地检测,EMC 要求。

KCS plus 系列蠕动泵简介 电机选择-KCS plus 蠕动泵是一种步进电机驱动的蠕动泵,步进电机可提供
24V/12V 不同的电压输入选择。
注 2:步进电机区别于电流,相同电流情况下:低电压、高转子数、粗泵管不能获得 更高的转速,会有电机失步堵转的可能,反之则毫无问题。例 1:12V 电压,8 转子, 3*5BPT 管只能在 400 转以下使用,速度过高则会失步。例 2:24V 电压,4 转子,1*3BPT 则可把速度调高到 500 以上亦可工作。
