1.工作模式
按Menu 键选择工作模式，选择“计步分装”按“Enter”键确认。
2，控制方式
按Menu 键，在“设置”选项中选择“控制方式”，按“Enter”键进入控制方式选项，选择“自动”，按“Enter”调节计步分装间隔时间。
一般间隔时间设定10s。
3，目标量及运行角度设定
在“计步分装”选项中，调节“目标量”及“运行角度”确认每盘加液量。
目标量一般设定3500ml，目标量在一定范围内，设定的值越大，“用时”时间越短。
运行角度根据实际加菌泥量调节，一般在45000左右。
在“计步分装”界面，通过上下箭头键选择目标量或则运行角度，按“Enter”键进入调节阶段，通过“><∨∧”四键调节数值大小。
调节完毕后，按“RTN”键进入运行启动界面，按“ ”键进行加液测试或加液。
按住“Max”键不松，蠕动泵测处于工作状态，用于加液前排出硅胶管内的空气。
同时按“Shfit”和“<”或“Shfit”和“>”方向键，用于改变蠕动泵的转动方向。
同时按“Shfit”和“∧”，或“Shfit”和“∨”方向键，用于锁定和解锁界面。

泵管选择-泵管采用的壁厚为 1mm 的进口 PharMed®BPT(B)和硅胶管(S)，可适
用于不同的传输液体要求，另外泵管大小可选，以满足不同的流量要求。
安装方式-安装方式为穿板固定和底板平面固定两种（详见附图）。 流量精度-KCS plus 蠕动泵的转子数可调，可根据需求选择 4 转子或 8 转子。

注：所用管型测试数据是用 KCS plus 4 转子泵头在转速为 450 转/分连续运行，室温为 20℃纯水
无压力条件下直至泵管出现裂口为止测得。泵头转速不同泵管寿命亦不相同，总的来说，泵头转 速越慢泵管寿命越长，实际使用寿命受介质，工况，电压等因素影响，测试数据以作参考。
转子数越多，精度越高，脉动越小，流量也越小。
主要材质-扣壳、同步盘采用合成工程塑料，钣金及机加工件为 SUS304 不锈钢。 其他优势-可通过对地检测，EMC 要求。

KCS plus 系列蠕动泵简介 电机选择-KCS plus 蠕动泵是一种步进电机驱动的蠕动泵，步进电机可提供
24V/12V 不同的电压输入选择。
注 2：步进电机区别于电流，相同电流情况下：低电压、高转子数、粗泵管不能获得 更高的转速，会有电机失步堵转的可能，反之则毫无问题。例 1：12V 电压，8 转子， 3*5BPT 管只能在 400 转以下使用，速度过高则会失步。例 2：24V 电压，4 转子，1*3BPT 则可把速度调高到 500 以上亦可工作。
