三维激光扫描及水下多波束一体化系统在碧流河水库地形图测量中的应用摘要:测绘技术在经过多年的技术变革后得到了长足发展,无人机测绘,三维激光,多波束声呐测绘等高新技术在测绘各个领域也开始成熟应用,随着测绘技术的大力发展水利方向的测绘应用也从传统的全站仪,RTK等数据获取手段演变为采用无人机,三维激光扫描等多种高效、高精度的三位一体高新技术手段进行测绘。

关键词:水利测绘三维激光扫描多波束水上水下一体化测量碧流河水库位于辽宁省普兰店市、庄河市和盖州市的交界处,是大连市最大的水源地。

水库最大库容为9.34亿m3,正常蓄水量7.14亿m3,死库容0.7亿m3,集水面积2085km2,占流域面积的74.1%。

本次项目的测绘内容及三维数据分析应用:⑴库区75m高程范围内1:2000数字化地形图测绘,库区测量区域面积120km2,南北直线距离45km,平均宽度3.2km。

⑵建立水上水下三维数字地面模型。

⑶进行水库库容量、清淤量计算。

⑷对水库大坝变形监测、建立数据档案。

1工程测绘难点1.1地势错综复杂,山地地形为主碧流河水库测区范围较大,库区周围以高山,丘陵为主,植被茂密,地势错综复杂,流入库区河流繁多,沟壑纵深,库区区域植被覆盖较密,通视条件差。

库区部分地区因水体冲刷形成陡崖,地势较为险峻,常规人工接触式测量,劳动强度大、风险高、效率低,无法高质量完成测量任务。

解决方案:结合库区实地情况采取人工架设固定扫描和移动船载惯导测量两种作业方式。

人工固定扫描采取vz-1000三维激光扫描仪与RTK相结合的作业方式。

其中,RTK主要测量部分困难隐蔽地区,以及房屋、道路,vz-1000三维激光扫描仪主要用于获取整个测区点云模型。

移动船载惯导激光扫描作业方式采集库区水域边缘冲刷的陡崖及水域外围人员无法到达的陡峭山地数据。

1.2建立水上、水下三维数字地面模型碧流河水库水面海拔高度52m,水域面积19.32km2,水域面积较大,形状狭长,水域平均宽度1km,平均水深18m,传统的测深锤+rtk法、水下单波束等测量方法,精度差,单次作业范围小,作业效率低,人员劳动强度大,无法精确测绘库区水下的地形地貌。

——电缆须尽可能的短,防止电缆打圈;
——尽可能的将不同电缆分开;
——尽可能的减少触点数和继电器数;
——减少故障,须注意机器与控制单元壳体的连接;
——屏蔽线仅一端接地(设备为地);
——毋利用本电源端子直接给其他设备供电;
——毋使用空闲的端子连接其他设备。

最大电压
切毋超出给定的最大电压。

若无另外说明,两个分离电路或电路与接地之间的最大电压,切毋超出其最大输入电压值或电源电压值。

报警监控
复杂系统一旦出现故障,就可能对操作人员或整个系统产生危险,但很多情况下,控制器本身的报警装臵,由于其对系统的依赖性,不能提供很好的保护。

因此建议,采用独立的报警单元。

一旦产生报警,此独立单元就会切断整个系统,实现保护功能。

防爆区域
本设备不是针对防爆区域而设计的。

排除故障前,须确认所有电源已被切断。

损伤设备的测试须在专用场所进行。

任何试图对仍安装在机器上的设备进行故障处理,都将有可能导致人员或系统的损伤。

在拆除或更换传感器时,一定要切断电源。

2.简介
2.1 特点及优点
纵向控制器G 176M和横向控制器S 276M是两个完全独立的工作单元。

它们可既单独使用,又可相互组合,形成纵、横自动控制控制系统。

MOBA 的这一系统通常用来控制摊铺机熨平板的位臵.

G 176M控制器安装简单。

它需要在机器上安装一个有曲形把手的紧固臂。

1.将控制阀开关打在“STANDBY”位臵;
2.将紧固臂的紧固螺丝打开;
3.将控制器顶部的枢轴垂直放入紧固臂内;
4.调整控制器方向(控制器上的前板须与工作方向相反);
5.拧紧紧固臂螺丝。

3.3连接电缆
将控制阀开关打在“STANDBY”状态;
将电缆的7芯插座与控制器的7芯插头相连接,将电缆另一端的10芯插座与机器的10芯插头相连接。

3.4系统组件的连接
本系统有两种不同的传感件:传感滑竿是以准绳为参考基准的传感件,传感滑靴是以路面为基准的传感件。

3.4.1传感滑竿与传感臂的连接
将传感滑竿尾部的螺母卸下;
将传感滑竿尾部伸入传感臂的紧固环中;
安上传感滑竿的螺丝。

3.4.2传感滑靴与传感臂的连接
将传感滑靴的销子卸下;
将传感滑靴的紧固销与传感臂的紧固环相连;用销子将其固定。

3.4.3传感臂与控制器的连接
转动控制器中轴,使其平面部分向前;
扭松传感臂的紧固螺丝;
将传感臂插入中轴;
扭紧紧固螺丝。

4.操作实例及启动4.1控制部件
4.2准绳检测
将面板上的选择开关打在“GRADE”状态,控制阀开关打在“STANDBY”状态。

传感滑竿须与传感臂相连。

在保证控制器的中轴平面部分与控制面板方向一致时,扭紧紧固螺丝。

调整砝码,,使控制器在“零”状态下,传感臂压迫传感滑竿,使传感滑竿总能在准绳上。

零点的是设臵通过有曲形把手的紧固臂来实现的,调节紧固臂的高度,使控制器的控制阀两指示灯熄灭,此时,零点设臵完成。

*注:如果准绳张力较低,也可以将传感滑竿臵于准绳之下。

这样,须调节砝码,使传感臂压迫传感滑竿,从而室传感滑竿总能顶在准绳上。

4.3路面检测
将面板上的选择开关打在“GRADE”状态,控制阀开关打在“STANDBY”状态。

传感滑靴须与传感臂相连。

在保证控制器的中轴平面部分与控制面板方向一致时,扭紧紧固螺丝。

调整砝码,,使控制器在“零”状态下,传感臂压迫传感滑靴,使传感滑靴总能在基准平面上。

零点的是设臵通过有曲形把手的紧固臂来实现的,调节紧固臂的高度,使控制器的控制阀两指示灯熄灭,此时,零点设臵完成。

需要对其进行微调;已处于工作状态的灵敏度,则不需要对其进行再调节。

不同的工作高度,其零点的调节是由曲形把手完成的。

5.维修
5.1总括
MOBA控制器以可靠、高效的生产为其设计思想。

因此,其维修十分简单。

为避免机械损伤,所有电子部件安装在保护壳内。

5.2定期保养
日常保养包括更换烧毁的指示灯和更换其它故障处理表中指明的备件。

电缆也应该定期检查,及时找出损伤部分,以及清除灰尘。

*注
为避免不良连接,应使连接插座、插头保持清洁,不能让灰尘、油污、沥青及混凝土等附着其上。

应及时用适当的药剂清除附着在传导臂上的沥青或混凝土。
