1. warmer:
T: Class begins, good morning, class?
S: Good morning , Miss Xu.
T: Today, we are going to learn some new words, they are all about
birthday, now ,first , I would like you to think some words about it as
many as you can, work in your group.
S: Work in their groups and talk about birthday.
T: Ok, class, who can say something about birthday?
S: cake/ candle/ hat/ ….
T: You did a very good job. Now ,I have other words for you .
2. Presentation:
T: Please look at the cards and read after me.
T: in---- v—i---t—a---tion, together, invitation. This line, please, read
one by one.
S: read it one by one…
T: Good, let’s spell it, each student just spell one letter. Who want to
have a try?
S: Try one by one.
T: This time , try to do it in your groups.

3. Practise:
T: Today, you learn so many new words, let’s play a game with them,
ok? Each one in your group stands for a word, if I call the word , you
should quickly stand up and say it then spell it ,I will see who is the best.

课后反思：
本节课练习一般将来时be going to的用法，通过课文的讲解，学生对be going to 句型掌握更加扎实。并对这个句型的不同问句如一般疑问句及肯定否定回答、特殊疑问句等有了更进一步的了解。我应该给孩子更多的发挥的空间，让孩子想象一下，还可以干什么，并且用正确的句子表达出来。

step1：情景交际（5分钟）
课前唱英语歌曲并组织教学，然后组织学生用It isn’t yours, it’s mine/ his/ hers/ yours.来进行自我物品的介绍。组织2－3个小组，2-3人到讲台进行表演，其他学生在座位上介绍，时间大约需要5分钟，这既是对前面所学知识的复习巩固同时又培养了学生运用英语进行交际的能力。
在交际中，如果学生出现发音错误，教师不应立即纠正，应鼓励学生大胆说，不要怕出错，培养学生用英语进行交际的信心。在活动过程中教师要对学生活动进行有效的评价。

met, visited, saw 的意思，并适当讲解。再播放书中第一部分的图片，引出主人公玲玲也去了伦敦这个话题，从而引出chant的内容：
Lingling went to London Town.
She met John, a little boy.
They visited the London Eye and saw the city from above the ground.
2. 教师边放录音，边做动作，同时让学生理解课文插图的意思。
3. 学生跟着录音边听边唱，最后再说唱。

（一）热身导入
1. 师生互致问候。教师询问并引导学生运用四年级所学的一般过去时说一说自己的暑假活动。然后呈现四年级学过的歌曲和韵句，请学生唱歌曲、说韵句，引导学生关注歌曲和韵句中的一般过去时。
2. 展示SB Unit 1活动1的挂图，请学生看图理解语境。教师问学生：“Whose house
was this two years age? Whose house is this now? Where is the mouse?”引导学生回答: “This was the pig s house two years ago. This is the cat’s house now. The cat ate
the mouse.”
3. 播放动画或录音，先请学生完整地看一遍或听一遍。再次播放录音，组织学生看图跟读，可以全班跟读、小组跟读、个人跟读、直到学生基本能够正确地说出韵句。

3. 再次播放录音，请学生完整地听一遍课文，进一步理解语句。播放第三遍录音，请学生逐句跟读。对学生朗读有困难的语句，教师可以首先带读较难的单词，然后按照意群、节奏带读完整语句。
