先来看看教学内容，这节课是Unit6 Meet myfamily!A 部分的Let’s talk.本节课是一节对话课，重点学习How many people are there in your family?等句型，让学生学会询问同伴的家庭成员组成情况及数量，并介绍自己家庭的相应情况。
Let's talk 部分中的其他句型（My family has six people./But that's only 6.等）是孩子第一次接触，教学时有一定的难度，应当注意在情境中引导孩子理解句子的含义，并指导孩子初步的模仿，运用。
接着说说学生特点：经过一年多的英语学习，学生们储备了一定数量的词汇，有较好的模仿能力和浓厚的学习兴趣，在老师的引导下，能运用所学基本句型进行语言操练，在课堂教学中能积极参与，互动交流。
学生们在上个学期已经掌握了不少本话题的语言知识，为本节课的教学打下基础。
接下来看看本课的教学目标，我把这堂课的总目标定为：激发兴趣、学会句型、掌握对话、实践应用。
知识目标方面：学生能够全面参与学习people，little,but，puppy,parents等本课新单词的活动，能达到自如运用；让学生学会询问同伴的家庭成员组成情况及数量，并介绍自己家庭的相应情况。
能力目标：学生能灵活运用所学对话句型进行回答，并完成调查统计任务。
情感态度文化意识方面：学生通过学习活动进一步升华对家庭、对父母热爱之情。

2.教师出示句子，学生分成几个小组，小组成员逐个朗读一个单词，最后一名学生完整地朗读出句子。比一比，看哪一组读得最快最准确。如：
The cat is angry with them. My father is a police officer. They’re afraid of him.
