焊接指导
1. 手工焊接 推荐使用功率低于 20W 的烙铁,焊接时烙铁的温度必须保持在 350℃以下,且每个电极只能进行一次焊接,
每次焊接的持续时间不得超过 3 秒。人手焊接过程中的不慎操作易引起 LED 产品的损坏,应当小心谨慎。
2. 回流焊接 推荐使用以下无铅回流焊接温度图进行。

LED 的封装胶部分相当脆弱,请勿用坚硬、尖锐的物体刮、擦封装胶部分。直接用手拿取产品不但会污染封 装树脂表面,也可能由于静电等因素导致产品性能的改变。在用镊子夹取的时候也应当小心注意,过度的压力也 可能直接影响封装内部的管芯和金线,因此请勿对产品施加过度压力,特别当产品处于高温状态下,例如在回流 焊接过程中。

3.为了保证产品的寿命,建议在使用的过程中不要用力拉扯电源线,禁止碰撞和用力挤压灯珠表面。

4.如发现有破损的地方可以剪去一个单元,以免引起危险。

5.当灯带还是整卷、堆成团或者还没有拆开包装时,请勿通电。

6.安装时先将灯带两端主电线的毛刺用剪切工具剪干净,以免造成短路。

7.请勿在安装的过程中接通电源,只有在接驳、安装以及固定好之后方可接通电源。

8.在安装过程中,不能用铁丝金属材料扎灯带,以免造成扎进灯带内造成短路、漏电、破损灯带等。

9.LED有正负极之分,接反会不亮,在安装接驳时要认真区分正负极,以免接错损坏产品。

Over-current-proofCustomer must apply resistors for protection; otherwise slight voltage shift will cause bigcurrent change (Burn out will happen).2. Storage2.1 Do not open moisture proof bag before the products are ready to use.2.2 Before opening the package: The LEDs should be kept at 30 or less and 90%RH or less. 2.3 After opening the package: The LED's floor life are 168 hours under 30 or less and 60%RH or less. If unused LEDs remain, it should be stored in moisture proof packages.2.4 If the moisture absorbent material (silica gel) has faded away or the LEDs have exceeded thestorage time, baking treatment should be performed using the following conditions.Baking treatment: 60±5 for 24 hours.3. Soldering IronEach terminal is to go to the tip of soldering iron temperature less than 350 for 3 seconds within once in less than the soldering iron capacity 25W. Leave two seconds and more intervals, and do soldering of each terminal. Be careful because the damage of the product is often started at the time of the hand solder.5. RepairingRepair should not be done after the LEDs have been soldered. When repairing is unavoidable, a double-head soldering iron should be used (as below figure). It should be confirmed beforehand。
