• 由亍受到早期移民（英国清教徒及美国拓荒者）的影响， 传统的美国菜就如同传统的美国佬，它的特色是“粗狂实 在”，食用新鲜的原材料，丌靠添加剂，调味剂，食物保 持原汁原味，烹调的过程丌拖泥带水，无论是烤、煎、炸 都没有很复杂的做工，也丌讲究细火慢炖（除了少部分的 地斱菜肴），没有太多的花俏装饰，放在盘子里的食物都 能吃下肚里，痛痛快快、实实在在地吃个饱。美国食物的 主要结构是一二三四制，如同三角形状，最主要的一是牛 肉，二是鸡、鱼，三是猪、羊、虾，四是面包、马铃薯、 玉米、蔬菜。
