孩子们在生活经历方面，部分学生有过住酒店的经历，但是基本上没有填写评价的经历。
三、重点难点教学重点：1.学生能读懂文段的大意，找出关键信息。
2.学生能找出文段中的动词，并写出动词原形和动词过去式。
3.了解comment 的用法，以及可以从哪些方面去写comment.教学难点：1.动词过去式的归纳。
2.学生能根据投诉的信息给出回复。
