Our house is pretty big and has a nice backyard where me and Emily like to play sometimes. I really like living there!In school, my favorite subjects are math and science. I'm really good at math - I can do multiplication, long division, fractions, you name it! Science is awesome too because we get to do experiments and learn about how things work. My least favorite subject is writing because coming up with ideas and getting all the words down can be hard. But I'm working on getting better at it.When I'm not at school, I love playing sports! My favorite sport is definitely soccer. I play midfielder on a rec league team called the Red Hawks. We practice twice a week and have games on Saturdays. I've been playing soccer since I was 6 and I'm pretty good if I do say so myself. I can dribble the ball really well and I've scored lots of goals. I also like basketball, baseball, and swimming, but soccer is number one for me.Another thing I really like to do is read books. When I was younger I was super into the Captain Underpants series too. Reading is awesome because it lets you go on adventures without even leaving your house.My family is really important to me. We do a lot of fun stuff together like going to the movies, playing games, going hiking or to the beach, that kind of thing. Every summer we go on a big vacation somewhere too. A couple years ago we went to Disney World in Florida which was probably the best trip ever! I loved going on all the rides and seeing all the characters. This past summer we drove up to Seattle and went to the Space Needle, the aquarium, some museums, and other cool places around there.Even though I'm only 11, I do have to help out with some chores around the house too. Every week I have to take out the trash and recycling bins to the curb, vacuum the downstairs rooms, clean my bathroom, and feed Buddy in the mornings before school.
