All such electronic modules can be swapped out without disrupting the power and bus connections: Simply unplug the “old” and insert the “new” module.Risk of electric shock or equipment damage!► Do not touch any live parts in the cabinet.► Disconnect the power supply before you start to installthe control system. 气体探测仪说明书一、系统上电1.1、智能控制单元上电过程如下:1.1-1 合闸断路器(位于司钻房电控柜,QF5)等待 1.1-2 显示启动状态代码“SU”“F4”是故障代码的一种(故障代码表,见“故障跟踪”一章)等待 1.1-3 显示当前气体浓度,”准备/READY”灯常绿亮(注:当前气体浓度为零)显示“F4”,代表故障(由于该说明书,基于模拟实验,该实验只连接了上图红框处的两张报警卡)1.2、硫化氢和可燃性气体探测器上电如下。
注意:探测器首次上电时间不得少于15分钟,后才能正常使用。
等待 1.2-1 首次上电将测试LED指示灯,若正常则显示“88.8”等待1.2-2 完成指示灯测试后,进入等待 1.2-3 显示当前气体浓度(当前气体浓度为0)启动状态,显示“SU”代码二、系统复位/测试当报警发生2-1 按“应答”键释放应答继电器状态(A2点亮,代表当前为报警状态)2-2 按“复位”键清除报警记忆,上图A2熄灭2-3 持续按住“复位”键,测试信号卡面板上的信号灯(正常为全部灯点亮,如红框所示)三、系统设置3.1、设置气体报警控制单元(两种控制卡设置相同,以可燃性气体控制卡设置为例)A、浏览设置连续按住暗藏方式选择键Mode/Select(简称M/S键)10秒钟后,状态指示灯SETUP 开始闪亮后释放M/S键,显示屏将按下图所示的流程图自动显示仪表已设定好的各个状态参数。

洁定607全自动冲洗消毒器采用高压水流喷射清洗、热力消毒的原理,适合于医院病房内便盆、尿壶和桶等常用物品的清洗消毒。
由于其独特的顶部开盖设计,可用于手术室对手术器械的预处理。
在减轻物品处理劳动负荷的同时,最大程度的保护了工作人员的安全,保证了满足国际标准的清洗消毒的效果。
同时,将优美的设计和良好的性能结合在一起,以实现防止感染扩散的重任。

1 灵活的安装方式,高效的空间利用率
洁定607全自动冲洗消毒器占用空间小,既可不依靠支撑自由直立安装,也可挂壁安装,以便于消毒室清洁。

腔体容积的设计考虑了病房常用物品的装载容器,随机配有的通用型清洗架可以同时处理1个便盆加1个盖子,或1个便盆加2个尿壶,或5个尿壶,或1个吸引瓶加盖子,或1个碗加2个尿壶。
同时,通过采用不同的清洗架,可以满足其他不同的清洗消毒要求。
由于其独特的顶部开盖设计,可用于手术室、供应室、ICU等部门对污染器械进行就地即时预处理。
2 领先的清洗消毒技术
洁定607全自动冲洗消毒器清洗腔内布置了至少6个固定喷头和1个旋转喷头,覆盖腔内的每个角落,其中旋转喷头能精确的控制最佳的旋转速度33rpm,满足最严格的清洗要求。
清洗完成后,蒸汽通过这些喷头射出,对每一个物品的内外表面进行全面彻底的消毒。
中空容器如玻璃瓶的内部,也一并得到了处理。
可选择添加额外的清洗剂泵添加清洗剂达到更佳的清洗效果。
消毒温度和时间可以根据需要在85°C , 1 分钟到93°C , 10分钟的范围内调整。
3 符合一流的卫生级要求
洁定607全自动冲洗消毒器独特的管道系统消毒(PSD)不仅保证了对物品进行彻底的消毒,同时也对清洗腔,管道和喷嘴所有可能和污染物品接触的部件均进行了消毒,达到高水平的卫生级要求。
洁定607清洗消毒器可以对每个喷嘴进行蒸汽消毒
有些厂家的清洗消毒器只能有一个或几个喷嘴射出蒸汽,因此只能对几个中空容器进行清洗消毒,而且不能对所有的喷嘴进行自消毒。
在腔体设计上,清洗腔体采用耐酸、耐腐蚀的SS 316 L不锈钢,外部材质采用喷涂的SS304 不锈钢;清洗腔内表面光滑,转角为圆弧,可避免污物残留。
4 易于操作,安全可高
洁定607全自动冲洗消毒器符合人体工程学设计,使用起来极其方便。
控制面板显示直观、操作简便。
开关门采用脚踏式设计,使操作更加方便,同时避免交叉污染。
最常用的程序可预设到脚踏开关自动开启。
程序开启后,机盖自动盖紧,保证整个清洗消毒过程中无水或蒸汽溢出。
一旦程序开始就不能被中断,但机器在程序开始后10秒内,允许取消操作。
程序结束再次踩动脚踏开关打开机盖。
机盖同时配有“抗挤压”功能,保护操作人员。
腔体倾斜设计,使装卸载更方便,而且能够有效防止操作人员随手将物品放置在机器上的不良习惯。
可配置自动旋转装置用于自动倾倒容器内的污物。
5 处理快速、节能环保
洁定607全自动冲洗消毒器设置了三个程序,分别为经济程序、常规程序和加强程序,以方便用户根据物品污染情况进行处理。
