装卸时间的计算装卸时间的计算一、装卸事实记录或装卸时间表装卸事实记录(1aytime statement of fact)，有的使用装卸时间表(1aytime sheet)，是用以记载船舶从到达港口引航站时起，到装卸货物完毕时止的这段期间内船舶所进行的装卸作业的起止时间和待时的起止时间和其待时原因等事项的记录。
装卸事实记录的内容主要包括：船舶抵港时间，NOR的递交时间及接受时间、引航员登船引领时间、靠泊时间、海关检疫完成时间，每天装卸作业起止时间、星期日、节假日、不良天气、装卸设备故障、等待货物和等待接运工具等中断或除外事项的起止时间，以及装卸完毕时间和装卸货物数量等。
装卸事实记录是计算装卸时间的事实依据。
它通常由船舶代理人根据船长或港口的作业记录编制而成。
装卸作业完毕时，船长、货主或其代理人须对记录的事实逐一核对，认为没有异议后，船长、发货人、收货人或其代理人在该文件上签字。
签字后的事实记录船长保留一份，船舶代理人转交出租人、货方各一份。
有了上述三份文件，出租人便可以制作滞期费／速遣费计算单(demurrage／despatch money calculation sheet)，然后将此表连同前面提到的三份文件交给承租人索要滞期费。
当然，在存在速遣费时，这些文件通常由承租人作出，向出租人索要速遣费。
在租约对索要滞期费／速遣费有时间限制时，应在规定的时间内作出并送达对方，否则，视为索赔方放弃索赔要求。
在无索赔时间规定时，索赔时效应按租约适用的法律规定执行。
一般地，租约中都规定滞期费／速遣费在装卸完毕后一个月内结算。
二、滞期时间的计算通常滞期时间是按“滞期连续计算”原则计算的(demurrage runs continuously)，也称作“一旦滞期，永远滞期”(once on demurrage，always on demurrage)。
其含义是在开始进入滞期后，所有的中断、除外时间都算作滞期时间，如遇星期天、节假日、坏天气等都不再作扣除。
