摘要

中国是茶树的原产地,然而,中国在茶业上对人类的贡献,主要在于最早发现并利用茶这种植物,并把它发展形成为我国和东方乃至整个世界的一种灿烂独特的茶文化。中国茶业,最初兴于巴蜀,其后向东部和南部逐次传播开来,以致遍及全国。到了唐代,又传至日本和朝鲜,16世纪后被西方引进。由于我国是茶叶的故乡,我国勤劳智慧的人民给世界人民创造了茶叶这一香美的饮料,这是值得我们后人引以自豪的。茶饮料按其原辅料不同分为茶汤饮料和调味茶饮料,茶汤饮料又分为浓茶型和淡茶型,调味茶饮料还可分为果味茶饮料,果汁茶饮料、碳酸茶饮料、奶味茶饮料及其它茶饮料。

因为茶饮料的重度消费者集中在29岁以下青少年人群,他们参与休闲活动的倾向性非常强。除了比较多地选择看影碟、唱卡拉O K等较大众化的休闲活动之外,他们要比居民总体更多地去咖啡厅/酒吧、健身俱乐部、电影院。即开型茶饮料完全迎合了他们生活方式的需要。

因此,广大消费者对茶饮料的需求量日益增加,在食品行业中茶饮料的生产量也加大了。

Abstract

China is the country of origin of the tea tree, however, China's contribution to the human in tea industry, mainly is the earliest discovery and use of tea to the plant, and its form and development for our country and the east and the world of a kind of unique tea culture.China's tea industry, the first rise from bashu, then gradually spread to the east and south, so that throughout the country.In the tang dynasty, and spread to Japan and Korea, after the 16th century introduced by westerners.Because our country is the home of tea, the industrious and intelligent people in China to the world people created the tea beverage of this sweet beauty, it is worth our proud.Tea according to its raw materials are divided into different flavored tea drinks and tea drinks, tea drinks is divided into strong and weak tea, flavored tea drinks can also be divided into fruit tea drink, fruit juice, tea drinks, carbonated tea drinks, milk tea drinks and tea drinks it.

Tea drink because of the heavy consumers focus on young people under the age of 29, their propensity to participate in leisure activity is very strong.In addition to more watching DVD, a popular leisure activities such as singing karaoke, they are more than the residents' overall to the coffee shop/bar, fitness club and the cinema.Instant tea beverage completely cater to their lifestyle needs.

Therefore, consumers growing demand for tea beverage, tea beverage in the food industry production is also increased.
