附件3第五届全国高师学生英语教师职业技能竞赛命题大纲一、命题原则1. 总的理念命题要落实科学发展观,宣传政府相关法规,体现《全国高师学生英语教师职业技能竞赛简章》所规定的宗旨、目的、内容、方式以及命题要求。
2. 技能考查与素质考查的统一竞赛考查的技能含职业性的教育教学技巧与能力,以及英语语言基础知识、基本技能与包含教学语言的英语综合运用能力。
以上均为英语教师专业素质的重要组成成分,又都是进行素质教育的手段,所以教学技能是教师素质所具功能的物化,命题要着眼考查技能而落实于素质。
3. 内容要做到理论与实践、改革追求与实践操作两方面的动态平衡人的素质是以人的先天性的生理、心理的自然物质为基础,通过社会环境影响、教育、学习以及社会实践而形成的稳定的属性,所以素质的形成与稳定主要靠社会实践,包含校内外、课内外之显性的和隐性的教育与活动实践。
故以素质为必要物质基础的教学技能的形成与巩固,同样依靠社会实践,英语语言技能也不例外。
但理论对素质和技能的形成与稳定具有导向作用、有序化作用和升华作用,是必不可少的。
理论与实践相比,实践是第一位的。
因此命题的内容要侧重实践中所形成并为实践所切需的技能,用实践去印证理论,用理论去解决实践问题。
不单从书本出发,力求做到实践与理论的动态平衡。
与此相应,英语外语课改、教改的追求必然高于现实,而其实施又不能不从现实启步。
因此,命题内容既要注重改革追求,更要着眼实际操作技能的完善与创新,使两者保持动态的平衡。
4. 教育与检查相结合的难度标准竞赛系通过竞赛方式激励英语教师提高自身的教学技能,并促进其专业意识。
因此赛题既要从教师职业角度检查英语教师教学技能的现状,又要传播英语教师教学技能的基本规范;从而使参赛者在自我检查教学技能水平的同时,又接受到英语教师教学技能的继续教育。
所以赛题难度应立足于英语教师教学技能的普及教育,兼顾检查作用;不能命制偏题、怪题和过于专业化的赛题。
5. 赛题具有广泛的可接受性根据上述四原则命制的赛题,必须具有广泛的可接受性。
