cancer letters 投稿心得！(2008-03-20 23:14:27)ancer letters IF 3.277 (2006):虽然影响因子不高，但也确实折腾我不少！但这个杂志给我的影响却是比较好的.所以就想写点东西给以后想偷这个杂志的同志们一点经验！cancer letters 与其他一些杂志不同的是需要推荐审稿人的，一般需要推荐4个人左右！我本人觉得作为我们中国的博士生，英语肯定不如母语是英语的人写的好！所以在推荐审稿人的时候我们也应该首选母语不是英语的专家来评审，比如西班牙人，德国人等，这样他们对英语的要求不是很苛刻，对我们来说就比较有利。

当然也不要推荐日本人，日本人对中国的文章还是比较苛刻的！cancer letters 审稿一般需要一个半月！这个时间还是比较准的。

刚开始投过去后，没有消息！就每天点击邮箱，看投稿系统中的状态, 当状态变成underreview 后就很少变化了。

一个月后还没有变化，就跟让我着急了！就在网上搜寻，看有没有关于cancer letters 的投稿心得的文章，不负我所望的是还真有一篇，但里面只是提了一下cancer letters 审稿一般要一个半月！这下心里面稍微有些放松了。

心想没有消息就是好消息吧！等到距离开始审稿整一个半月的时候，就开始看状态，查邮件就是没有消息，后来一查那天刚好周末，人家老外也休息啊！果然，星期一就来消息了！没有直接拒，让修改！心里窃喜，这说明还有机会啊！紧接着的日子，就是按照审稿人的意见修改初稿了！其实审稿人提的意见还是满苛刻的！当然我们不能面面俱到的去做到他所提到，这时候回答问题时就需要迂回战术！此外，审稿人提的有些问题也不是那么到位的！辩审稿人的问题的时候，最好不要直接说人家不对！一般谦虚些会比较好，通过引用参考文献等说明这个问题就可以了。

回答问题其实花不了多长时间，但是回答问题的英语一定不要写的太差，这些一般主要是主编看了，要是英语太差，对主编的印象就会大打折扣的。

根据实地探访，发现许多店铺出现线路安全问题，需要进行维护，设备出现一些难以解决的故障，夏季又是火灾易发生的季节。

由于工作的特殊性，夏季用电量极大，维修人员数量严重不足，难以保障所有商店的设备和线路安全，因此，本团队利用暑期时间，认真学习相关知识，帮助工作人员进行线路检修，设备维护。

学习相关知识、做好前期准备能源与动力工程专业与制冷息息相关，在8月1日——8月6日，同学通过网络、课本认真学习工程热力学、传热学、制冷与压缩机等课程，并且到实地考察，发现夏季时间用电量极大，线路以及设备由于长期未得到维护，不仅在用电上有极大的隐患，并且设备出现了一些技术上的故障。

想要解决这些问题，一定需要先了解出现这些问题的原因，通过查阅课本发现，长期未插电会出现会让冰箱的冷冻油和制冷剂沉积到压缩机底部和管路底部的问题，而且制冷剂有腐蚀性，冷冻油可以起到中和作用。

一旦长时间没有使用冰箱，会因为没有冷冻油的保护让制冷剂加快腐蚀管路从而会损坏冰箱的内部功能。

另外很重要的一点，如果冰箱很长时间没有运行，那也会使压缩机内部的气缸和活塞卡死。

为了解决这些问题，同学不仅观看了网络视频上的解决步骤、查找了相应的书籍，还询问了专业人员。

由于电源线老化所以导致的根本问题就是绝缘层破损，从而会发生漏电，以及耗电现象，表面表现就是，电表转速加快，从而导致用电量增加，增加了生活成本，并且由于老化的电线藏在墙里，当初布线的时候也许偷工减料，导致的没有穿管保护之类的从而导致墙壁带电，甚至会使人触电，发生危险，这是及其严重的。

商店里顾客多，一旦发生事故后果不堪设想。

对于这方面问题的解决办法，只有更换电线。

将老化的电线在电表也或者断电器的下口切断彻底废弃，连上刚刚布好的电线。
