CONTRACT AGREEMENT
FOR HIRING OF ROLLER
THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred as the "Agreement") is entered into ____________, Pakistan made on _________ day of March 2016.
BY AND BETWEEN
M/s Sinotec Co., Ltd (Party-A) having its office at 33-A, Block-G, Gulberg-Ill, Lahore (hereinafter referred as "The Contractor") which expression shall, where the context so permits, include its successors-in-interest and assigns), of the first part.
AND
___________________________________________ (Party-B hereinafter referred as "The Lessor") which expression shall, where the context so permits, include its successors-in-interest and assigns), of the second part.
The Party-A and the Party-B are hereinafter collectively referred to as the 'Parties' and individually as the 'Party'
WHEREAS
A. The Party-A desires to roller along with Operator and the Party-B hereby agrees to provide the same as per terms and conditions hereinafter specified.
1. Monthly Rent of Equipment:
Monthly rent of each roller shall be Rs.______________________________ (Pak Rupees ___________________________________________________) per month. This amount includes rent charges of Roller and salary of the Operators.
2. Terms of Payment:
a) Party-A will pay the monthly rent charges to Party-B within five working days from
receipt of invoice from Party-B. payment calculation per day。

If machine broken,we will cut payment according to broken days。

3. Working Hours:
The working time for the Roller will be per day. In case the roller works no have over time, the additional time will be considered as over time which will be paid separately. The Roller will remain available with Party-A on full time basis for its usage at the project site.
4. Miscellaneous:
a) Party-B will provide all the Rollers in excellent working condition to Party-A at the
project site.
b) All the Rollers will be equipped with all necessary tools and spare wheels.
b) Party-B will be responsible for repair and maintenance of the Rollers and keeping them
in working condition throughout the contract period. In case of any fault to the Rollers, Party-B will be responsible for their urgent repair. If the Roller gets any problem which cannot be rectified on the same day, the Party-B will replace the Roller with the good one so that the project activities are not delayed. The period, for which the Roller is not used due to any fault, the amount thereto will be deducted from the monthly rent charges. If the equipment is not used by Party-A due to the reason that the site is not workable, then then the Party-A will be considered the nine (9) hours work per day.
c) Fuel for the Rollers will be provided by the Party-A.
5. Validity of Contract
This Agreement, after its being signed by the parties concerned, shall remain in legal force.
This contract agreement is initially signed for a period of two month, which can be extended with the mutual consent of both parties. This agreement can be terminated by either party with a prior notice of ten days.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this agreement the day and year first before written. The parties have signed two copies of this Agreement in original, one for each party.
