热管空气处理盘管对中央空调能耗的影响摘要本文调查研究了中央空调系统中热管空气处理盘管对能源的消耗的影响。
以一座办公楼为例,研究表明,与传统的回风式中央空调相比,热管空调系统能节省冷却和加热能源。
研究表明，对于在通常的22℃-26o C范围内的室内设计温度和50%相对湿度内，这座办公大楼节约了23.5-25.7%的制冷能量，38.1–40.9%的总能量消耗。
热管空调系统的能量节约率随室内设计温度的提高及室内的相对湿度的减少而提高，相对湿度对能量节约率的影响远比室内设计温度的影响要大。
研究表明，当热管盘管空气处理应用到中央空调系统中，可以大大降低能耗，并且能提升室内热舒适度及空气质量。
关键词：热管空气处理盘管能源节约率回风式中央空调余热回收1.简介随着中国经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的显著提高，最近几年空调的使用数目迅速增多。
空调需求量的增多，使得能源消耗快速提升。
文献[1]中调查显示，在中国上海建筑总能量消耗中，空调系统能量消耗在餐厅中占46.1%，商业建筑中占40.5%，办公楼占中49.7%，医院中占30.3%。
由于中国能源资源匮乏，日益增加的能量需求将对经济的进一步发展造成严重的负担。
当今，如何利用新的能源节约技术和设备来降低能源消耗成为一项重要的课题。
为了降低建筑中空调的能耗，露点空气供给设备经常应用于空调系统中。
但是当潮湿空气离开制冷盘管，往往相对湿度太高（约95%RH）且温度过低，不能直接用于应用空间，否则会使人们感觉不舒适。
除此之外，如果应用空间、低速管道及空气室中的相对湿度超过70%，将会出现真菌，霉菌等，从而对公众健康造成威胁。
因此,为了保持良好的室内热舒适度和空气质量,并降低发病率(如军团杆菌疾病),必须保持送风的相对湿度低于70%，这就意味着相对湿度控制是空气供给中的一个重要方面。
但是如果将传统的制冷盘管用于提升室内热舒适度和空气质量，则需要外置能量用于重新加热气流，来使其从设备露点达到所要求的送风状态。
为了解决这个问题，可将热管空气处理盘管用于回收外部热空气的热量来加热露点状态的空气，从而节约再热能量。
文献[2]中研究表明，进风温度在24.5℃到28℃范围内，回收能量能够满足大多数工业和商业空调设备的再热要求。
此外，热管处理盘管的蒸发器能作为一个预冷器，在室外热空气在到达冷却盘管前对其进行预冷，从而增强冷却盘管的除湿能力，降低冷负荷峰值。
相对于其他热回收设备，人们对热管极为感兴趣。
因为它是一个被动的高导热率热转换装置，并且不需要能量或者机械部件，以温差为动力，能够减少维修和耗能费用。
这篇文章将讨论，当热管空气处理盘管应用于空气处理过程时，回风式中央空调系统在不同室内设计温度和相对湿度下的能量消耗。
在这项研究中，通过在冷却盘管前后的巡回热管，在空气处理单元中加入一个回路热管，如图1所示。
热管由一个封闭容器，包含有双向工作流体，如冷却剂。
当温暖的空气流过蒸发段,热量被冷却剂所吸收的同时,液态制冷剂沸腾变成蒸汽，以较高的速度进入热管冷却段。
预冷空气经过制冷盘管，待进一步冷却和除湿之后，以更低的温度和湿度经过热管的冷凝段，在这里利用蒸发段热空气的预热将其再度加热到供气状态。
同时，气态的冷凝剂释放热量凝结成液态，并在重力及毛细管现象的双重作用下又回到蒸发段。
依靠热管的作用，冷却盘管所需要的制冷能量减少，使冷却管具有更强的除湿能力，从而降低空气的相对湿度，这样一来就可提高室内空气质量和热舒适度。

2. 空调运行过程中的能耗分析空调运行过程中的温湿图如图二所示，其中W表示夏季室外空气设计条件的状况，N是室内空气设计条件状况，C表示室内和室外空气的混合点，L代表装置露点，O是空气的供给状态，e是状态线。
在图二中，回风式中央空调系统的工作过程有两种情况，一种是实线描述的传统回风式中央空调系统的工作过程，另一种是虚线所描述的利用热管空气处理盘管的回风式中央空调系统（如图一示）。
从表2可知，传统的回风式中央空调系统的工作过程为：在此空气处理过程中所受的冷负荷为：Q0=G(iC-iL) (1) 其中Q0即为冷负荷(KW)，G是所提供的空气每秒流过的质量(kg/s)，iC是器械露点L时潮湿空气的热函(kj/kg(干空气))。
再次加热的能量需求为：Q1=G(iO-iL) (2) 其中Q1是再次加热的速率(KW)，iO是O处提供的空气状况下潮湿空气的热函(kj/kg(d干空气))传统的回风式中央空调系统会有部分制冷能量的浪费，这是因为这种空气处理方法需要对器械露点L的空气进行再加热以达到O点的空气状况，在此过程中外部热量被用来抵消部分制冷热量，而这些热量原本可用在提供空气过程中的制冷。
不过这种情况可通过如图1所示的在空调的制冷圈旁边加上一个循环热气管得以提高。
根据图1,知，利用热气管空气处理盘管的空调运作过程就成为：据推断，如果围绕着热气管周围的热量能够满足再热空气的需求，那么空气处理过程中所需消耗的能量仅仅是空气制冷和除湿所需的能量。
例如：Q01=G(i C’-i L)(3)其中Q01是热气管空调系统在空气处理过程中的冷负荷(KW)，iC’是指潮湿空气在混合状态C下的热函(KJ/Kg(干燥空气))。
在这种途径下节省下的制冷能量为：=Q0-Q01=G(i C-i C1)=G W(i W-i W’) (4)其中GW是在空调系统中室内空气质量对室外空气的需求(Kg/s)。
这种途径中再热时的能量节省与热气管加热后的热量消耗是相等的，正如公式(2)示。
3.室内设计温度对能量消耗的影响众所周知，空调系统中的冷负荷取决于室内设计的温度值。
为了得出在固定的室内设计温度下热气管空气处理盘管对能耗的影响，我们选择了中国广州的一座占地2673平米的三层办公大楼作为数据调查对象。
这幢大楼有188名工作人员，每人可吸入外部空气30立方米，所计算出的带热气管的空气处理盘管和不带热气管的空气处理盘管的室内制冷负荷和能量消耗分别列于表1和表2。
.计算的条件是：提供的空气温度差为6摄氏度，室内设计相对湿度为50%。

从这些数据中可以看出，在固定温度下，利用热气管空气处理盘管的空调系统比起不用热气管处理盘管的空调系统所消耗的能量要少，在总能耗中节省下来的能量比制冷过程中节省下来的能量要多。
这是因为在热气管空调系统中，来自外部的暖空气被用来空气处理过程中的再加热。
为了弄清楚带热管空气处理盘管和未带热管空气处理盘管的空调系统在固体温度下的节能效率，通常用节能率a (RES 的缩写)来表示此类研究中的能量节省。
节能率可定义为：a=(Q 0-Q 01)/Q 0*100%其中Q0表示传统的回风式中央空调系统在特定的室内设计温度下的冷负荷或是总能耗；Q01表示带热气管空气处理盘管的回风式中央空调系统在特定的室内设计温度下的冷负荷或是总能耗(KW)。
图5是已计算出来的节能率。
从中我们可以看出室内设计温度在22℃到26℃摄氏度范围内时，这幢办公楼在制冷负荷的节能率为23.5%到25.7%间，总能耗的的节能率为38.1%到40.9%，其间的每一室内设计温度对应的节能率都是很高的，而且随着室内设计温度的升高而增加。
结果表明，在中央空调系统中加入热气管空气处理盘管对于减少能耗来说是一种非常有用的装置。

4.室内设计相对湿度对能耗的影响众所周知，空调系统的能耗不仅与室内温度有关,也和室内相对湿度有关联。
要了解室内设计相对湿度对在回风的中央空调系统中通过采用热管空气处理盘管产生的能耗的影响，在相对湿度为40，50 和60%的情况下计算出冷负荷和总能耗（包括两个冷却过程和加热过程中使用的能源）。
图 6 是保存在室内设计温度不同、室内相对湿度为40%、50%、60%的热管中央空调系统的冷却能量。
图7 是保存在不同室内设计温度为室内相对湿度为40%、50%、60%的热管中央空调系统的总能量。
从这些结果我们可以看到，(1) 在一个固定的室内设计温度中，随着室内相对湿度的降低，保存在冷负荷和总能耗中的能量增加。
由于加热是由热管空调系统的复原热量提供的，保存在总能量中的能量大于保存的冷却能量中的能量。
(2)室内相对湿度对能耗的影响大于室内设计温度对能耗的影响。
室内相对湿度越低，保存的能量越多；(3) 节能的热管空气空调系统随着室内设计温度的升高而降低。
图8 是当室内设计温度不同、室内相对湿度为40，50和60%时，保存在热管中央空调系统中冷却能量的节能率。
图9是当室内设计温度不同、室内相对湿度为40，50和60%时，保存在热管中央空调系统总能量的节能率。

果我们可以看到（1）在一个固定的温度中，随着室内相对湿度的降低，冷负荷和总能耗中的节能率增加。
总能量中的节能率大于保存的冷却能量中的节能率；（2）室内相对湿度对节能率的影响大于室内设计温度对节能率的影响。
(3) 节能率随着室内设计温度的升高缓慢增加。
可以从冷负荷节能率定义中知道，节能率也表示峰值冷负荷的百分比减少。
在一个固定的温度下，峰值冷负荷随着室内相对湿度的减小而增大。
通常室内设计温度是22-26℃，峰值冷负荷的减少率是35-35.6%、相对湿度为 40 %；减少率是23.5-25.7%、相对湿度为50%；减少率是12.5-13.2%、相对湿度为 60%。
这意味着如冷水机组、 冷冻水泵等设备的大小在热管空调系统中能够减小，这也能够导致设备最初和经营成本的减少。
5. 结论本文是通过调查热管空气处理盘管在回风式中央空调系统中对能耗的影响展开研究的。
根据研究，可得出如下结论：(1) 在相同室内设计温度条件下，带有热管空气处理盘管的回风式中央空调系统的能耗要比传统的中央空调系统的能耗要少得多。
室内设计温度在22o C 到26o C 的范围内，相对湿度固定在一个值，比如说50%，则经计算，办公楼用于制冷的能耗节约23.5-25.7%，总能耗节约38.1-40.9%，充分表现了其能源节约能力。
