(applause)I am very glad that President Xu has given me such a high honor to talk about my experience at Beijing university. (applause)It can be said that Beijing University is a place that changed my whole life. It was a place for me to improve myself and make me go from a rural child to the world at last. It is no exaggeration to say that without Peking University, there would be no me today. Peking University left me a series of good memories, probably leaving a series of pain. (applause)I remember I had a lot of depression when I was in Beijing university. First, Mandarin is not good, second English level is a mess. I never thought that Beijing University was the place where I could go to school. She was a sacred place in my heart. I felt I couldnever reach it. I know a lot of people will score higher than me. I don't think I will be accepted. Unexpectedly, Beijing University Admissions teacher is very rich eyes, I expected thirty years later today. When our class was divided into classes, fifty students were divided into three classes. Because my English test scores were good, I was assigned to the A class. Many students may later easily graduate from Beijing University, after entering Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Cambridge and other famous universities to further their studies. When I was in Beijing University, including today, I always thought I was a snail.But I've been climbing, maybe I haven't climbed to the top of Pyramid yet. (applause)I often say to my classmates, if our life doesn't leave some tears for ourselves, your life will be white. Many of our classmates have entered the Peking University with excellent results, but Peking University is not the end of your study, but the starting point of your life. Between the age of one and eighteen, you listen to your teacher and listen to your parents, and now you really start your own independent life. We must create some moving days for ourselves, so that you can move others. 没想到同济大学的同学们把我如此“高大”的形象放在大屏幕上，这确实是理想与现实的差距。
因此我相信同学们看到我的第一眼一定感到专门的败兴。
实际上，每一个人差不多上专门一般的，我们专门多时候会发觉生命中专门重要的东西跟我们以后的幸福和成功事实上没有太多的联系。
例如，有人认为，相貌跟以后的成功会有专门多的联系；有人认为，自己的家庭背景会跟成功有必定的联；有人认为，上名牌大学的人会成功，在大学里成绩好的人比学习成绩差的人更加容易取得成功……所有这些因素可能有部分是对的，但大部分差不多无效，例如讲相貌。
如果讲一个人的相貌和成功有关，那就可不能有马云和阿里巴巴，因为如果在座的同学认为马云长得好看，那一定是审美出了咨询题。
所以，这并不意味着相貌好看的人就做不成情况，例如讲，另外一位大伙儿比较熟悉的公司老总百度老总李彦宏。
李彦宏专门英俊潇洒，他所有的照片看上去都像电影明星一样，然而他也取得了成功。
因此不管相貌如何，都能取得成功，只只是李彦宏和马云坐在一起吃饭的时候，他们通常不太情愿坐在相邻的椅子上，因为两个人的对比到了惨不忍睹的地步，解决的方法确实是把我放到他们两个中间，起到一个过渡的作用。
像我如此，相貌没有什么特点的人也能取得成功。
因此不管是男是女，最重要的是自己内心世界的丰富，自己风度和气质的培养，自己胸怀的扩展以及对理想目标坚决不移的追求。
随着年龄的增加，这些会慢慢变成你的聪慧，所有这一切才是构成你成功的真正的本质。
那么成功和家庭背景有没有关系呢？我们常能够看到一些权贵富贾出身的人，他们一出生就含着金钥匙。
例如，我们可能会看到，自己左边的一些同学穿着名牌服装，右边的拎着名牌的皮包，前面坐着市委书记的女儿，后面坐着中央领导的亲小孩，而你可能就一个来自一般工人家庭的大学生。

但是我也非常欣喜地发现这样的取笑已经进入了不同的层次。
在北大的时候他们是因为鄙视我而取笑我，但是现在他们是因为尊敬我而取笑我，这表明我的成长速度比他们要快。
徐小平参与了电影《中国合伙人》的制作，希望通过电影来展示我们这些人更加完美的形象。
电影拍完了以后，陈可辛和徐小平给我发短信，说这部电影你看了之后，一定会为你在电影中的形象感动得热泪盈眶，当场晕倒。
我想，徐小平这哥们真够义气，居然在电影中把我的形象描写得这么高大，这部电影我一定要去看。
于是我们就一起到了清华大学首映式的现场，看完以后我就发现徐小平在那儿热泪盈眶。
他为自己在电影中的形象而热泪盈眶。
我看完以后觉得很不爽，心想电影怎么把我描写得这么窝囊：找了个女朋友，结果女朋友跟老外跑了;给学生们上课，学生们全部跑了;好不容易跟领导打交道，被领导开除了;做生意自己做不起来，还是一大帮朋友跟着做，结果才做起来;然后合伙人们想要上市，还坚决不同意上市假定这个电影中的成东青就是我，孟晓骏这个角色是徐小平，你看孟晓骏聪明果断，还为朋友两肋插刀，演孟晓骏的邓超又是那么英俊。

大家好！今天，我站在这里，非常荣幸能够与大家分享我的成长故事，希望通过我的经历，能够给大家带来一些启示和力量。
我叫俞敏洪，是新东方教育科技集团的创始人之一。
今天，我想和大家谈谈我的成长历程，以及我是如何从一个普通的大学生，一步步走到今天的。
一、我的成长历程1. 童年时光我出生在江苏省一个普通的小村庄，家境贫寒。
在我很小的时候，父母就教会了我自立自强。
他们告诉我，只有通过自己的努力，才能改变命运。
这段童年时光，虽然艰苦，但却让我养成了坚韧不拔的品质。
2. 大学时光1980年，我考入了北京大学。
在北大，我接触到了丰富的知识和思想，这让我受益匪浅。
然而，那时的我并没有意识到自己未来的发展方向。
在大学期间，我热衷于参加各种社团活动，结交了很多志同道合的朋友。
3. 毕业后的迷茫毕业后，我进入了一家国有企业工作。
然而，我发现自己的兴趣并不在国企，于是决定辞职。
那时的我，对未来充满了迷茫，不知道自己该做什么。
在一次偶然的机会，我接触到了教育培训行业，这让我找到了新的方向。
4. 创业之路1993年，我创办了新东方学校。
当时，我国的教育培训行业还处于起步阶段，市场竞争激烈。
然而，我坚信教育培训事业的前景广阔，于是毅然决然地走上了创业之路。
在创业过程中，我遇到了无数的困难和挫折，但我从未放弃。
5. 成功的背后经过20多年的努力，新东方已经成为我国教育培训行业的领军企业。
我深知，这一切都离不开团队的努力和自己的坚持。
在成功背后，我付出了大量的心血和汗水。
二、成长感悟1. 自立自强在我成长的过程中，自立自强是我始终坚守的信念。
面对困难和挫折，我从未退缩，而是勇敢地迎接挑战。
这种精神让我在创业道路上越走越远。
2. 勤奋刻苦成功离不开勤奋刻苦。
在创业过程中，我每天都要工作十几个小时，甚至通宵达旦。
正是这种勤奋刻苦的精神，让我在教育培训行业取得了辉煌的成就。

而你，還隻是一個旁觀者，這裏面的核心元素，不是你能不能演講，不是你有沒有演講才能，而是你敢不敢站在這個舞台上來。
我們一生有多少事情是因爲我們不敢所以沒有去做的。
曾經有這麽一個男孩，在大學整整四年沒有談過一次戀愛，沒有參加過一次學生會班級的幹部競選活動。
這個男孩是誰呢？他就是我。
在大學的時候，難道我不想談戀愛嗎？那爲什麽沒有呢？因爲我首先就把自己看扁了。
我在想，如果我要去追一個女生，這個女生可能會說，你這頭豬，居然敢追我，真是癞蛤蟆想吃天鵝肉。
要真出現這種情況，我除了上吊和挖個地洞跳進去，我還能幹什麽呢？所以這種害怕阻擋了我所有本來應該在大學發生的各種感情上的美好。
其實現在想來，這是一件多麽可笑的事情，你怎麽知道就沒有喜歡豬的女生呢？就算你被女生拒絕了，那又怎麽樣呢？這個世界會因爲這件事情就改變了嗎？那種把自己看得太高的人我們說他狂妄，但是一個自卑的人，一定比一個狂妄的人還要更加糟糕。
因爲狂妄的人也許還能抓到他生活中本來不是他的機會，但是自卑的人永遠會失去本來就屬于他的機會。
因爲自卑，所以你就會害怕，你害怕失敗，你害怕别人的眼光，你會覺得周圍的人全是抱着諷刺打擊侮辱你的眼神在看你，因此你不敢去做。

《点燃激情，释放能量——俞敏洪励志演讲稿》：大家好！今天我来分享的是俞敏洪先生的励志演讲《点燃激情，释放能量》。
俞敏洪先生，是新东方教育集团的创始人和首席执行官。
他创立的新东方教育集团，至今已成为中国最大的英语培训机构之一，也是中国教育服务业的领军企业之一，受到了全社会的广泛认可。
而俞敏洪先生也因此成为了众多年轻人心中的榜样和励志偶像。
接下来，我将通过他的演讲，为大家分享俞敏洪先生是如何做到“点燃激情，释放能量”的。
1.热情俞敏洪先生非常强调热情这个词，他认为学习和工作之中最重要的是发挥热情，让自己的热情推动自己的行动。
他说：“你的热情会给你带来人生的成功和快乐。
热情让你变得积极主动，让你拥有好的心态。
”二十多年前，俞敏洪先生和他的几个合作伙伴创办了新东方教育。
因当时中国的英语教育市场还很不成熟，他们遇到了很多困难和挑战。
但他们在遇到困难和挫折的时候，总能够放低姿态，保持心态，发挥热情，这一点为他们后来的成功奠定了坚实的基础。
在他们的努力下，新东方教育迅速地成为中国英语教育市场的领军企业，改变了中国人的学习方式和观念，也为众多学习英语的人提供了更好的学习机会。
2.自信俞敏洪认为，自信是一个成功人士必不可少的品质。
只有相信自己，才能让别人相信你，才能做出好的成绩。
他说：“平凡的人和成功的人区别就在于自信。
你自己相信你可以，别人才会相信你可以。
”在创办新东方教育之初，俞敏洪和他的伙伴几乎是从零开始，他们没有太多的资金，没有太多的资源，面对的困难也不少。
但他们在自己的理念和行动上非常自信，一步一步地向前走，最终实现了他们的目标。
如今的新东方，不仅成了中国教育服务业的龙头，而且为国际教育做出了很多贡献。
3.奋斗奋斗是成就自己的根本，俞敏洪认为，只有在不断的奋斗中，才能让自己更加强大，让自己走得更远。
他说：“你们现在的起点是不同的，但我相信只要你们接下来一直坚持奋斗，你们一定可以取得自己的成就。
”在大学毕业之后，俞敏洪先生考入了美国西北大学，开始了自己的留学生活。

俞敏洪励志演讲：要相信奋斗的力量9月11日, 青年自强圆梦中国中国大学生自强之星事迹分享会暨XX年度寻访中国大学生自强之星活动启动仪式在北京理工大学举行. 本文为俞敏洪在活动现场的发言.从XX年开始, 新东方每年捐资500万元用来资助中国大学生自强之星寻访活动中涌现的近千名优秀大学生, 同时给西部省份的近千名贫困大学生发放助学金. 每年寻访到的自强之星标兵, 自强之星, 自强之星提名奖获得者, 还有成千上万的自强之星申请者, 每一个人都有非常动人的自强故事. 举办这个活动的意义在于, 我们不仅资助这些优秀的贫困大学生, 还把这些学生中有奋斗精神、自强精神的人寻找出来, 把这些中国青年大学生中的优秀代表的事迹传播出去, 让他们来引领中国大学生的精神方向, 引领他们的奋斗, 引领他们的前途. 现在7年了, 我们一直在做这个事情. 能够资助自强之星活动, 是一个特别让我自己感到骄傲的事情.刚才的自强之星标兵们给我们分享了他们的自强故事与人生梦想, 每个人的故事都催人泪下, 令人振奋. 一路走过来, 我个人其实并没有一个具体的中国梦的概念. 我认为一个中国梦应该是每一个个人的梦想加起来, 最终造就国家的富裕和强大, 这就是中国梦. 我说中国梦特别简单, 首先就是让每一个中国人内心充满梦想. 其次, 这个梦想必须要有底线, 你这个梦想最终的结果是对你自己有好处, 但同时必须对社会、对国家是有好处的. 你的梦想可以是造航天飞机, 也可以开一个豆腐店, 让老百姓吃上热气腾腾、充满香味的豆腐. 梦想没有大小之分, 梦想只是你自己让自己的生活有所期待、让你日常做的事情有所爱, 同时, 让你自己的生命有所发展. 我觉得这是梦想的本质. 当我们全中国人民大大小小的梦想加在一起, 最后构成了这个国家的精神、文化、强大, 构成了这个国家的未来和繁荣的时候, 这就是真正的中国梦. 所以我觉得每一个国家的梦, 中国梦的想法不能脱离任何一个个人.说到我个人, 当初我自己什么都做不了, 后来创办了新东方, 现在我不光能养活我自己、养活我的家庭、养活我的父母, 同时, 新东方有3万多名员工, 这意味着3万多个家庭有着一份安宁和安定的生活. 新东方有一个特别骄傲的东西, 整整20年, 新东方没有一次晚发一天工资的时候.每个自强之星都有自己令人感动的故事, 刚才他们在讲的时候我自己都感动的眼泪在眼眶里打转. 从一辈子的角度来看, 我们每一天的努力, 每一天的坚韧, 每一天的不放弃, 最后就构成了我们生命中最精彩的画面.在人的一生中, 我们有时候会有机遇改变自己的命运. 改革开放30年, 我是特别感激中国有这样一个局面, 我更加希望未来的局面更加的好, 希望经济发展的更好、政治进步的更快, 文化更加的开放、人生更加的自由. 这样的话, 我们每一个人还有更好的机遇. 现在我们所有的年轻人面对的是同样的机遇. 在同样的机遇中, 你如何取得更大的成功和更好的人生精彩, 其实就涉及了个人的话题.所以在机遇之下, 我说的第二个话题非常简单, 奋斗一定决定了人的命运的走向. 我有一句话：要相信奋斗的力量. 同样都是八十年代上大学的, 我也有很多同学跟我一起起步, 为什么我后来能够做出新东方呢?肯定不是我比其他人更加聪明. 甚至事实反复证明了, 我比其他人并不聪明. 比如说我在北大5年, 平均每天我学习的时间比其他同学多出一个小时来, 但是我在大学毕业的时候, 我的成绩是排在全班后5位. 我在同一个时期跟北大那帮天才同学相比, 我学不过他们. 但是我一直没有放弃, 北大毕业以后我用了两年时间把朗文字典几万个词条背诵下来了, 因此事业上也就有了一个突破口. 现在全国大学生每年有数百万名学生在买我的各种各样的词汇书背诵和学习. 这就是从一个点上努力和学习的结果.刚才每一个同学讲的背后透露出一个共同信息：自强不息. 遇到任何生命的低谷都不放弃, 像张大奎同学, 尽管从小残疾, 但是他并未放弃, 不光奋斗了, 还奋斗到博士, 还是计算机博士, 这对于正常人来讲是难以想象的. 所以这是生命的最强大的力量. 今天没有来到现场的靖易同学, 从高中就发现了癌症, 身上的胃全部切除了, 做了6次大手术, 但是她之所以能活到今天, 还那么坚强, 还被评为自强之星标兵, 我觉得这就是生命的奇迹. 这个奇迹不是肉体的奇迹, 是精神的奇迹. 当你拥有强大的精神力量的时候, 尽管不可能活一千年, 一万年, 但是你拥有了精神奇迹的时候, 生命就已经有了无限期的延伸. 生命的延伸有可能是肉体生命的延伸. 比如说靖易得癌症, 一般的没有精神力量的, 早就坚持不下去了. 但是强大的精神力量支撑着她一直活到今天. 所以精神支持可能使一个人的肉体得以不断的延伸. 但是更重要的是, 他们已经达到了一种境界, 这个境界叫做精神不死. 正是因为有这样的精神力量, 他们才会有感人的故事. 他们的故事将会被一代又一代年轻的大学生阅读, 并且把这个精神的火种再次传递到每一个人的心中, 把那些本来没有精神的人的力量点燃. 把已经拥有了精神力量的人, 让他们拥有了更多的精神力量. 这是一种互相的鼓励.刚才大家在讲的时候, 我在想, 我一直觉得我特别苦, 到现在还要每天工作16个小时. 后来听完了这些同学讲话以后, 我觉得我一点都不苦, 如果我每天多工作1小时, 也许我就能在未来的时间, 能够多资助二三百个大学生让他们读书、让他们实现梦想. 这是你们帮助了我, 其实我是真的做着自己热爱的事情. 这个热爱背后就是你们的支持. 所以我倒过来要向同学们表示感谢!非常感谢!谢谢!。
