【摘要】Along with the increased occurrence of cardiovascular disease and its complications,more attention is paid to its prevention and treatment .Aspirin and clopidogrel are thus more and more widely used in clinica practices,but this can lead to the significantly increased occurrence of gastrointestinal injury,especially gastroinestinal bleeding .The knowledge on how aspirin and clopidogrel induce gastrointestinal injury ,as well as the prevention and treatment ,has been currently a hot issue.%随着心脑血管疾病及其并发症发生率的增加以及对其预防和治疗的重视,阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的临床应用越来越广泛,随之而来的胃肠道损伤尤其是消化道出血的发生率明显增加.如何认识阿司匹林和氯吡格雷所致胃肠道损伤,并对其进行预防和治疗,是目前的热点问题.
