复旦大学关于授予具有研究生毕业同等学力人员 硕士、博士学位的实施办法 （2016年10月制订） 一、总则 第一条为多渠道促进我国高层次专门人才的成长，适应社会主义现代化建设的需要，根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》、《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》以及《国务院学位委员会关于授予具有研究生毕业同等学力人员硕士、博士学位的规定》，结合我校同等学力学位授予管理工作的实际情况，特制定本办法。 第二条凡是拥护《中华人民共和国宪法》，遵守法律、法规，品行端正，在教学、科研、专门技术、管理等方面做出成绩，具有研究生毕业同等学力，其学术水平或专门技术水平已达到我校硕士或博士毕业研究生同等水平者，可根据本办法，向我校申请硕士、博士学位。 第三条凡我校已授予过毕业研究生学术学位的学科、专业，均可开展授予同等学力人员硕士、博士学位工作。授予同等学力人员专业学位的办法，依据国家和学校关于专业学位的有关规定执行。 第四条授予具有研究生毕业同等学力人员硕士、博士学位工作必须遵循公开、公正和公平的原则，依照学位授予标准、条件和程序认真做好资格审查、同等学力水平认定和学位授予等工作。 二、资格审查 第五条申请硕士学位的资格审查 （一）申请人应已获得学士学位，并在获得学士学位后工作三年以上，或虽无学士学位但已获得硕士或博士学位；近三年在申请学位的专业或相近专业做出成绩，已取得可资证明其业务水平和科研能力的成果。
