生命因爱而精彩人物档案:丛秀范,1964年出生,中共党员,本科学历,现任山东省XX市杏坛中学英语教师、教科室主任。

2001年被评为山东省优秀教师,2002年8月被评为XX市高中英语学科带头人,同年被破格晋升为中学高级教师,2006年9月被评为山东省特级教师,2006年12月被评为济宁市首届杏坛名师,2007年9月被评为山东省师德标兵,2008年被评为XX首批名师。

在省级以上刊物发表论文数十篇,主持参与国家级课题一项、省级课题一项、市级课题三项。

哲人曾说:“爱是什么?爱就是善待他人和自己。

”而对于教师来说,爱也许更多的是一种责任的承载和释放。

1986年,22岁的丛秀范离开了美丽的家乡威海来到了钟灵毓秀的教育圣城XX,开始绘就她至爱的画卷,谱写大爱的乐章,一干就是22年。

她无怨无悔,依旧执著地站在三尺讲台上,撒播着爱的种子,同时也徜徉在爱的世界里,如痴如醉。

用爱对待学生,生命的色彩因爱而绚烂丛秀范对学生的爱绝不仅仅是母性之爱,而是充满了人文关怀和博大恢宏之气。

她始终认为,教师对学生的爱必须跨越低层次、低水平的状态,着眼于学生整个生命状态的人格关照和提升。

把爱施与学生,把爱施与学生关键是探微学生的情感世界,将他们由低俗、消沉、痛苦的“此岸”渡到高雅、达观、幸福的“彼岸”。

多年来,不论自身教学和领导工作多么繁重,丛秀范始终坚持担任班主任工作,为的就是能多与学生相处、相交、相知,培育良好的班风和学风,实现学生自我管理和健康成长。

在实践中,她创立了“一四一”班级自主管理模式,即一个班级、四个小组,每个小组一个组(班)委会,实行组(班)委会轮换值周制。

这种管理方式力求在稳定中求变化,在动态平衡中调动各组织结构的积极性,具有监督、反馈、调控、评价、激励等功能,育人效果良好。
