班主任要求每个学生行队礼的时候必须把手套脱掉，站立的时候必须是立正的姿势，双手别允许塞进口袋。
我很受感动，有时候，我们别不过有在大庭广众下要求孩子们表现良好，即使是在自己的班级里，也要时间严格要求自己。

这些二年级的孩子们就差不多很恭敬老师，亲爱同学，别嘲笑别人，会关怀帮助生病的小朋友，会及时把课堂作业处理好，会回家自觉听写单词，自觉到老师那单元过关，会把手里的垃圾分类放进班级的垃圾桶，排着整齐的队伍去食堂吃饭吃饭的时候，他们会把食堂阿姨端来的饭一一接力往最里面传，也算是最里面的孩子最先拿到饭，等到所有的人拿到饭了他们会很默契的开吃，每五个人一份汤，他们也基本上很谦让的帮别人盛到碗里，一起分着喝，假如有时候发饭后水果，最先吃完的小朋友会主动请命，有秩序的一一分发，苹果，橘子，香蕉，大枣，或者是梨子，他们没有任何人挑三拣四，很自觉的同意属于自己的那份。
我觉得这很难得，因为我听过有个四年级的班级，发水果很难顺利进行，都沦陷到像抓阄一样的摸水果的地步(总有一部分人觉得自己小小了，难看了)。

先稍稍总结我的实习表现：精心的设计了教案，台风不错，教态自然大方，不慌不忙，亲切近人，自信，语言连贯紧凑，应用现代教学手段“多媒体”进行教学，有较好的课程导入方法，奖评制度吸引学生目光，能与孩子们交流思想，平时知道他们的作业解题及批改，具备教师优良的道德情操，严格履行了教师职责……大家一直这么评价：第一次上台教课，这种水平已经是非常不错了。
指导老师夸我很老练，让我稍稍有些成就感。
缺点：英语课因不能很好地掌握时间分配，前部分讲解太多，导致内容重点不够突出，及一些小的细节问题等。
依照班主任石老师的话就是：如果理论知识再稍讲慢一些，就很好了。

我决心要勤奋苦练，做到更好。

有一天上午差不多上了三节课，嗓子都疼得有些嘶哑。
但看到那一张张热情笑脸，看到孩子们跑到我身边问我电话号码和QQ号，看到孩子们拉着我去打羽毛球，看到孩子们乐呵呵的和我合影，看到孩子们期待我为他们的运动会加油，听到孩子们亲切的呼我林老师…既欣慰，也感动。

又是一个后知后觉的周记，有时一忙，就有点昏花了，老是会有事情没有按计划完成。
以后要更加注意自己的效率了。
时间真的是太快了，我都没反应过来，新的一个星期就翩然而至。
上周的点滴已经要珍藏在脑海里。
今天周一本来应该是室外升旗仪式，由于天气阴冷，改成了室内升旗仪式，我还是第一次知道有室内升旗仪式的存在。
全体师生收看校电视台，看着电视里学生出旗升旗的画面，所有的学生都一样整齐严肃的站着，班主任，任课老师也都在班级里，少先队员行队礼，集体唱国歌，听国旗下讲话，没有一个环节少掉，秩序依然一样好。
班主任要求每个学生行队礼的时候必须把手套脱掉，站立的时候必须是立正的姿势，双手不允许塞进口袋。
我很受感动，有时候，我们不只是有在大庭广众下要求孩子们表现良好，即使是在自己的班级里，也要时刻严格要求自己。
这些看似苛刻斤斤计较的要求，对于孩子们的成长起到很重要的作用，他们很懂规矩，已经养成了良好的习惯。
这些二年级的孩子们就已经很尊敬老师，友爱同学，不嘲笑别人，会关心帮助生病的小朋友，会及时把课堂作业处理好，会回家自觉听写单词，自觉到
老师那单元过关，会把手里的垃圾分类放进班级的垃圾桶，排着整齐的队伍去食堂吃饭吃饭的时候，他们会把食堂阿姨端来的饭一一接力往最里面传，也就是最里面的孩子最先拿到饭，等到所有的人拿到饭了他们会很默契的开吃，每五个人一份汤，他们也都是很谦让的帮别人盛到碗里，一起分着喝，如果有时候发饭后水果，最先吃完的小朋友会主动请命，有秩序的一一分发，苹果，橘子，香蕉，大枣，或者是梨子，他们没有任何人挑三拣四，很自觉的接受属于自己的那份。
我觉得这很难得，因为我听过有个四年级的班级，发水果很难顺利进行，都沦落到像抓阄一样的摸水果的地步(总有一部分人觉得自己小小了，难看了)。
我听了觉得很滑稽，虽然可以理解这些孩子的行为，但是和我们二年级的班级的孩子们比，他们真的有点倒退了。
这是一个习惯问题，和年级无关，和所谓的面子工程无关，好的习惯是孩子们一辈子的财富。
我们的孩子经济上可以不富裕，但是，精神素养上一定是不可以缺的。
一个集体的力量是巨大的。
好的班主任，素养的高的老师，树立的良好班风，立下的班规，是塑造孩子们品格的模子。
班主任陈老师的的管理班级的方法，我是真心的赞赏。
而且我相信，我们班级的小朋友即使是到了六年级，这些好习惯好班风也是会保持的。
班主任陈老师也带他们数学。
上周，陈老师评选出12位优秀数学作业之星，他们是数学作业得的星星最多的同学。
并自己掏钱给他们买了奖品--很漂亮很实用的小笔记，作业本，橡皮等，并再班级晨。
