２ 评 阅 过 程 分 析
据 美 赛 “评 委 评 论 ”介 绍 ，美 赛 评 阅 过 程 大 致 分 为 三 轮 。 第一轮可以称为“淘汰轮（ｔｈｅ Ｔｒｉａｇｅ Ｒｏｕｎｄ）”。此轮评阅主要以摘要信息以及论文整体结构为 评 判 依 据 ，时 间 大 约 是 ５～１０ 分 钟 。 每 个 评 委 以 “通 过 ”、“不 通 过 ”计 分 ，事 先 应 当 设 置 有 大 致 的 “通 过 ”比 例 （此 轮 与 国内研赛的网评阶段相类似）。当两位 评 委 意 见 不 一 致 时 可 以 协 商 达 成 一 致 意 见，如 果 仍 不 能 达 成 一 致 意 见 ，则 请 第 三 位 评 委 评 阅 。 有 “评 论 ”介 绍 说 ，这 一 轮 的 淘 汰 率 大 约 为 ４５％ ，通 过 这 一 轮 评 审 的 参 赛 队 大 约 有 ８０％ 的 获 奖 概 率 。 关 于 如 何 通 过 这 一 轮 评 审 ，评 委 给 出 的 建 议 是 ： １）摘 要 至 关 重 要 ，必 须 清 晰 且 信 息 量 充 分 。 评 委 关 心 的 是 你 对 问 题 的 理 解 是 否 准 确 ，你 建 立 的 模 型 及 使 用的方法是否恰当，以及根据你所建模型得到的主要结果和主要结论是否合理 。 过 于 冗 长 的 技 术 性 描 述 将 · ７６ ·

5.制胜点
纵观整篇论文，没完成的模型（论文引用）不少，编程总共就两个，一个人口增长，一个层次分析。但是我们有条 理的解决了这个问题，并且排版相当美观，图表制作的非常好看。
我觉得美赛并不是考你有多少数学知识，或者编程多么牛逼，或者队员背景多么生猛。而是你们是否能够好好合 作，理清解决问题的思路，并有条理的写出来。你不一定要数学好编程好，也不需要有庞大的知识储备，而是要会 尽可能的找到你要的资料和数据，尽可能全面的思考问题，在可选范围内，挑你能做好的去做。网上资料那么多， 只是看你会不会发掘利用。
比赛报名：提前准备好visa或master card，名字和地址不要写错；
作息：要看各队情况了，原则是保证效率、不打乱节奏。前期都很亢奋，但如果打乱节奏可能导致后面疲劳期 时效率过低，其实美国赛截止时间并不是很严格，前期利用好亢奋期和每天的高效率时间的话，到了疲劳期还 能继续坚持下去，否则就是给你再多时间都无法持续下去。对那些想尝试达芬奇睡眠法的同学，建议先在之前 比赛和练习时充分适应，避免临时改变作息方式，打乱节奏，降低效率； 引用：如果copy了整段的原始论文，一定要注明来源——07年就出过outstanding奖因为引用的问题被收回的 事。这是原则问题，千万注意！ 邮寄论文：提前联系邮局/快递，确认好邮局每天邮寄时间，以倒推截止时间，事实上这么多时间，很少有人 能用满——这给了慢热队伍一个优势，之前练习也应先关注深度和质量，再考虑速度和效率；之前比赛的时 候，交完论文的几天别闲着，继续魔鬼训练——对做到极致的模型再完善深化，对论文结论再推广演绎，甚至
必须保证团队里每个人都有共同的愿景和强大的动力，否则内耗是迟早的事。
高手和好导师都是稀缺资源，下手越早收获可能越大，想找高手：
你必须也是个高手 ，至少某方面特长能给人信心； 必须保证团队间能衷诚合作 ，互相鼓励/配合——这点与谈恋爱一样，要经一定时间的磨合和考验，才能看得 清； 保证每个人的弱点 能有效弥补，即便是高手全才也不多，对其弱点如果没有合适的人弥补，结果可能还不如实 力平均的队伍； 要能顶得住本校其他队的竞争 ，比如挖人、争导师、抢机房等等——人才太多没办法，哎～

2015 Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM) Summary Sheet
Summary
In this paper ,we not only analyze the spread of Ebola, the quantity of the medicine needed, the speed of manufacturing of the vaccine or drug, but also the possible feasible delivery systems and the optimal locations of delivery. Firstly, we analyze the spread of Ebola by using the linear fitting model, and obtain that the trend of development of Ebola increases rapidly before the medicine is used. And then, we build susceptible-infective-removal (SIR) model to predict the trend after the medicine is used, and find that the ratio of patients will decrease. Secondly, we investigate that the quantity of patients equals the quantity of the medicine needed. Via SIR model, the demand of medicine can be calculated and the speed of manufacturing of the vaccine or drug can be gotten by using Calculus (Newton.1671). Thirdly, as for the study of locations of delivery and delivery system, in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, we establish the Network graph model and design a kind of arithmetic. Through attaching weights to different points, solving the problem of shortest distance, and taking the optimization mathematical model into consideration, we acquire four optimal locations and the feasible delivery systems on the map. Finally, we consider the other critical factors which may affect the spread of Ebola, such as production capacity, climate, vehicle and terrain, and analyze the extent of every factor. We also analyze the sensitivity of model and give the method that using negative feedback system to improve the accuracy of our models. In addition, we explore our models to apply to other fields such as the H1N1 and the earthquake of Sichuan in China. Via previous analysis, we can predict spread of Ebola and demand of medicine, get the optimal locations. Besides, our model can be applied to many fields.

2015 年美国大学生数学建模竞赛获奖学生名单
我校首获美国大学生数学建模竞赛特等奖提名奖近日，从美国大学生数学建模竞赛官方网站获悉，我校在2015年美国大学生数学建模竞赛上首次获得特等奖提名奖（Finalist Winner）。
特等奖提名奖是在2010年设立的介于特等奖（Outstanding Winner）与国际一等奖（Meritorious Winner）之间的一个奖项，今年该项比赛全球共评出特等奖19个，特等奖提名奖33个。
这是我校自2011年在该项竞赛首次获得国际一等奖以来取得的又一重大突破。
据悉，美国大学生数学建模竞赛是一项公认的国际大学生数学建模竞赛，包括数学建模竞赛（MCM：A题和B题）和交叉学科建模竞赛（ICM：C题和D题）。
竞赛以通信形式进行，由3名学生组成一队，在4天时间内针对所选赛题自由收集材料、调查研究，利用计算机、数学软件和互联网等工具，完成一篇包含模型的假设、建立和求解等方面的全英文论文。
论文按时提交美国主办机构，由主办机构组织专家对全球各地提交的论文进行统一评审，奖项设置包括特等奖（Outstanding Winner）、特等奖提名奖（Finalist Winner）、国际一等奖（Meritorious Winner）、国际二等奖（Honorable Mention）、成功参赛奖（Successful Participant）、未成功参赛奖（Unsuccessful Participant）。
本次比赛吸引了来自中国、美国、英国、加拿大在内的18个国家和地区的9773个队29000多名在校大学生参加。

美国大学生数学建模竞赛概况及备战建议
美国大学生数学建模竞赛概况及备战建议[摘要]本文主要介绍美国大学生数学建模竞赛的发展、设奖、评奖以及最新的赛事动态，结合笔者的参赛经历，从检索文献、阅读技巧、英文写作、论文格式等多角度为今后准备该项赛事的中国选手提出可行性建议。
[关键词]美国大学生数学建模竞赛；概况；建议1前言2013年的美国大学生数学建模竞赛成绩已于美国东部时间4月5日上午9点在其官方网站（http：///undergraduate/contests/mcm/login.php）全球同步发布。
中南大学53支参赛队伍经过四天四夜的顽强拼搏，喜获18项一等奖（Meritorious Winner）、14项二等奖（Honorable Mention），再次刷新我校在该项比赛的最好战绩，为我校数学建模竞赛活动添加了值得记录的一笔。
2013年美国大学生数学建模竞赛的有关数据详见下表。
2美国大学生数学建模竞赛概况美国大学生数学建模竞赛（以下简称美赛）是由数学建模竞赛（The Mathematical Contest in Modeling，MCM）和交叉学科数学建模竞赛（The Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling，ICM）两部分构成，由美国自然基金协会和美国数学应用协会联合成立的Consortium for Mathematics and Its Applications（简称COMAP）主办，美国运筹学学会、工业与应用数学学会、数学学会等多家机构协办。
奖项设置分为：Outstanding Winner、Finalist、Meritorious Winner、Honorable Winner、Successful Participant、Unsuccessful六种，国内约定俗成地将其译为：特等奖、特等奖提名、一等奖、二等奖、成功参赛奖、未成功参赛。
其中，绝大多数队伍能够获得成功参赛奖及以上的奖励。
