这和学习和应用英语方面存在重大误区有关,一是长期的“填鸭式的”教育方法,使很多人认为学英语是为了考试,其英语实际水平可想而知;二是误认为英语不过是由“发音、语法、句子和词汇”组成的。

认为只要学习“发音、语法、句子和词汇”就能学好英语。

事实上,如果为达到有效交流的目的,比英语的发音、语法、句子最重要的部分,是掌握英语学习的正确方式、方法和技巧。

第一是兴趣。

对英语具有浓厚的兴趣,英语学习差不多就“成功了一半”。

而人有了兴趣,就无须外界的督促,就能够如饥似渴地学个不停,这比天天受到外界的压力,甚至“背水一战”,要具备更多的积极意义。

因此整节课以学生自主学习为主,合作探究为辅,结合PPt.电影片段和投影仪等数字手段达到直观形象,激发兴趣的教学效果,最后观看一个电影片段和西方礼仪教学的视频,引发情感教育,始终以兴趣为主线。

尽管兴趣是学习英语十分重要的因素,但并非是必要的。

很多英语学的好的人并非具有浓厚的兴趣,究其原因之一,多是个人努力和外界的压力所致,如考试压力,升学压力,工作压力,晋升压力。

这就属于第二点动力。

第二是动力。

对英语学习不感兴趣,但是具备上面所提到的外在压力,同样能够“临阵磨枪,不快也光”。

除了外在压力,内在努力也是动力的一种表现,也是学习任何一门技能所“必备”的?没有自身的努力,就很难学到任何技能。

努力学习就是指每天多花时间学习新知识;努力学习就是遇到困难以后坚持不懈;努力学习就是在别人花一分努力我花十分努力,就是在别人花十分努力我花一百分努力的表现。

第三是正确的方法。

没有一个正确的方法,英语学习时间花了不少,但效果却不理想。

而有了正确的方法,就好比汽车有了方向盘,就可以少走弯路,学习起来也就是“多快好省”,事半功倍了。

所以在授课的同时,我很注意对学生进行学法指导,有的是口头上的,有的就标注在导学案上,以让学生更快更有效的完成学习任务,达到训练能力的效果。
