所以我们应该做一个懂法守法的建筑人。
接下来具体结合课本比较感兴趣的几个知识点谈谈个人心得和体会，如有错误的地方希望能得到老师的指正：第一章：工程建设法律的结构和作用“工程建设法律指的是规范工程建设行为的法律，它不仅包括直接规范工程建设行为的法律，也包括与工程建设行为密切相关的法律。
”第一章开头的首句话就提醒我们，建设工程法规涵括的范围之广。
它规范贯穿了建设的全部领域与全过程，它很详尽、细化到了基本操作层面。
如果想学好，一定要勤翻相关法律，思考相关案例。
