安装(一)机台之定位:当机器入厂后,请安置于平坦之地面;将随机台所附之脚垫,安装在机台下方。

机台周围最好保持有1M以上的空间,以方便调整及维修使用。

(二)气压源:请接妥随台所附之气压管;将附有快速接头的一端接入机台本身,另一端连接气源。

(气源请保持4bar以上。

)(三)电源接线:请按机器上铭牌所标示的电压来接电,一般为三相380V共五线零线与地线,单相220V共三线零线与地线,请务必确实接妥电源。

地线要求:直径25*长1.5米以上的螺纹钢筋对地下,钢筋周围埋下1KG的海盐。

注意事项:1. 当机器起动时,请勿打开机身右侧门,以避免衣物等物件卷入皮带内。

2. 勿将手伸入已起动的机器中。

3. 勿将工具或刷柄等其他物品掉入已运转的机器内,以避免遭到植毛头或勾毛刀撞击导致零件损坏。

4. 零件若有磨损时请尽早更换,以避免造成其他部分的零件共同损坏或产生品质不良的成品。

5. 注意机器的清洁、保养及润滑。

Filter bags should be often washed to ensure effect.2. QL-ZDB型大功率植绒机使用说明书一.植绒机面板键钮示意图:271:高压指示2:电流指示3:电源指示4:电源开关5:电压调节6:保险座7:电源8:脚踏开关9:高压输出1 10:高压输出2 11:接地线12:门把锁二.操作前的准备工作:1、把植绒机放置在通风良好,周围无易燃易爆物品,地面洁净、无粉尘,较干燥的地方;2、严禁使植绒机受到雨水、雪、水蒸气的侵害;3、植绒机与操作施工点应保持在2米以上的距离;4、植绒机上不得覆盖任何物品,保持通风散热良好;5、准备好施工用的绝缘手套和绝缘电工胶靴。

三.操作程序:1、首先做一专用地线,使其接地良好,把植绒机后面板地线柱与地线完全连接;2、将绒毛放到植绒喷头内,扣好丝网盖。

注意:开机前植绒喷头应放在绝缘物体或非金属支架上,并远离周围其它物体,不能直接放在地面或金属物体上,以免造成短路;使用过程中植绒喷头更不要朝向人体,手握喷杆中后部分;3、将电源插头插入交流220伏频率50赫兹的电源插座上,并把脚踏开关插头插入脚踏开关插座上,连接要牢固。

注意:该机不能使用380伏的二相交流电源;4、首先打开总电源开关,并观察电源指示灯是否灯亮,如一切正常,方可进行下步操作;5、踏下脚踏开关,如能听到高压放电的‘滋滋’声,说明机器一切正常,带上绝缘手套,穿上绝缘胶靴就可进行植绒工作了;6、停止植绒后,应先松开脚踏开关,然后再关掉电源开关,断掉电源即可;7、植绒时,调节电压调节可改变高压输出的高低,工作时应视实际需要调节电压。

四.注意事项:1、操作过程中,应时刻注意安全,尤其是注意手和人体不能靠近高压喷头,否则有触电危险;2、在移动操作过程中,应注意保护好高压线,切勿扭转,硬性拖拽,尖锐物体刺划,砸伤高压线,防止高压漏电造成事故;3、操作过程中,添加和更换绒毛时,必须先松开脚踏开关,关掉电源开关,然后使喷头内的高压触头(铜螺钉)与地线夹接触,以放掉残余静电(注意不要用手直接接触裸露的金属部分);4、更换或添加绒毛时,不要用手去抓放,可采用非金属器皿去倒放最好;5、停止操作时一定要及时松开脚踏开关。

1.0目的
为安全起见,保障车间生产安全有序进行和员工人身的安全,使员工有章可依,有章可循,为员工创造一个安全、舒适的工作环境。

2.0范围
此指导书适用于从事植毛作业有关的任何部门的任何从业人员。

4.1 植毛车间:负责督导和检查工作
4.2 相关人员:自觉遵守本操作指导书
5.0程序
5.1 经培训合格人员方可上岗工作。

5.2 开机方法:首先开总电源,再开电脑电源和吸尘器电源。

5.3 装产品到夹具上,装好毛,按“生产”键,再按控制盒上的“启动”键开始生产。

5.4 在生产过程中,如果机器发生塞毛、毛箱没毛、没铁片等情况,应及时按控制盒上的“停
止”键。

5.5 机位物料要摆放整齐,不可碰撞机身和电脑线。

5.6 明确产品的质量标准,掉毛和不合格产品要分开摆放。

5.7 合格产品要摆放整齐,要盖好防尘纸,并放于指定的摆放区域。

5.8 机器运作中,严禁离开工作岗位;如要临时离开,应在电脑上按“停止”键。

5.9 下班前必须打扫机位清洁工作,关好电源才可以离开。

5.10 配合管理人员的工作安排,爱护公司财物,保护自身安全。

Punch needle installed on the head shall be in the highest position (belt wheel shall be moved with hands to keep punch needle in the highest position).2. After main power is on, power of host machine is on and then computer power is on.3. After each work station automatically resets, it shall be properly used.II. Application (See the prompt on the screen)1. Place the products on fixture and press (Cycling Switch) key to select the function of (cycling) or (no cycling when a product is placed on fixture). When more than 2 products are placed on fixture, (cycling) function is available).2. Press (Automatic Start-stop) key, the machine shall automatically complete the products placed on fixture. When (cycling) function is used, products processed shall be changed immediately.3. During operation, press (Automatic Start-stop) key to stop machine. Press it again, machine starts operating.III.Failures1. The machine shall automatically stop when failures occur (when head is required to repair, power of host machine shall be off).2. Input hole site (1) via the keyboard and input is repeated after (hole site is cleared by pressing keyboard (00000). If the original hole site is (1), it is not required to input. That indicates it is the first hole).4. Press (XY. AB) key and select the axle required to move.5. Move (hand wheel) to align the fist hole site with punch needle (punch needle moves toward to products by moving belt wheel with hands).6. If products are with more than two colors, press (Color Mark) key to select (color) (No pressing with single color).7. Pitches on products are far enough more than 12MM approximately and the distance is not identical. Press (Shorthand Markup) key to select (high speed, low speed). If pitches are nearby, select high speed and if pitches are far, select low speed (see the programming skills in Part V and frequency converter setting in Part VI for details).8. Press (Memory) key and the next hole site (00002) shall be displayed on the screen which indicates the first hole has been memorized (each hole memorized only for a time) repeat the procedures in Point 4, 5, 6 and 7of Part IV until the last hole.)9. Only a product is placed on the fixture. When the last hole shall be waved, repeat the procedures in Point 4, 5, 6 and 7of Part IV. Press (End Mark) key to select (End). Then press Memory Key (indicate programming is over) and then press (Set) Key to exit from programming and enter standby status. (00001) shall appear on the screen (which represents it is the first hole to punch)10. If two products are placed on fixture, repeat the procedures in Point 4, 5, 6 and 7of Part IV until the last hole of the fist product is completed. Press (End Mark) key to select (Needle Lifting) (which indicates punch needle shall lift and move to the next product after theproduct is completed). The programming for the next product is the same as above. Repeat the procedure in Point 9 of Part IV until the last hole of the last product is completed.11. When assemble and disassemble products, if it is required to move the fixture into another position to assemble and disassemble. As for the last hole on fixture, (Needle Lifting) shall be selected (instead of (end)). Then move the fixture to proper position easy for assembly and disassembly of products. Press (End Mark) Key to select (Feeding) and then press (Memory) key.12. Search-read: Press (Set) Key and input hole (such as, 000010) required to search and read via keyboard. Press (Search-Read) key and the data and set status shall appear on the screen.13. Modification: Seeing Point 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Part IV, move the punch needle to the hole required to modify and align with it. Input the hole site (such as, 1) via keyboard. From the setting of all functions of the hole (such as, color) to the press of (Memory) key, (press (←.→> key for a time, punch needle shall move to the next hole site or the last hole site. When press (←.→> key, cares shall be taken to prevent the punch needle from touching the products and fixture).14. Offset Modification: When the fixture is installed for the second time or all holes are in offset for some reason, modify the first hole site in setting status and then press (Offset Modification) key to modify hole site.15. Set the motor speed of Axis X, Y , A, B. Press Set Key and input 1, 2 or 3 via the keyboard. Then press Memory Key. (Set Axis X to the same status with other axes. Set Motor Speed 00001=180 r/min, 00002=210 r/min, 00003=240 r/min. The other speed is 210r/min in default. This function is stored in computer system).16. Press (Set) Key to exit from the programming. Set the frequency converter (see frequency converter setting in Point 6)V. Programming skills1. When each hole is tufted, all axles shall move quicker than the punch needle, otherwise, there will be asynchronous. If the figure of frequency converter is changed at this moment, the speed of frequency converter shall be adjusted to low level so as to keep synchronous.2. There are 2 different pitches on the product, as shown in the right figure: if thehorizontal distance of 1234 or 5678 is less than 12MM and the vertical distanceof 4,5 is more than 12MM, the speed shall be set to low level.3. High Speed Set: The (High Speed) shall be selected during the programming of Hole 1234 and Hole 678 (see the procedures in Point 7 of Part IV).4. Low Speed Set: The (Low Speed) shall be selected in terms of 5 holes (see the procedures in Point 7 of Part IV)5. If the pitch of Hole 4 and Hole 5 is quite big, the (Needle Lifting) method (see the procedures in Point 10 of Part IV) can be selected.6. As for the programming, the nearby hole (as 1, 2, 3, 4 shown in the right figure) shall be weaved firstly and the far hole (as 4, 5 in the right figure) shall be weaved later.7. When the product is with more than 2 colors, if the color can not be changed quickly enough, please select (Needle Lifting) at 2 holes before the color is changed (see the procedures in Point 10 of Part IV)8. The process will be continued according to the hole site in programming, from the first hole to the completion.VI. Frequency converter setting (set before delivery) (the process shall be conducted in standby status), please see the Japanese comparison list on the back of front cover.2. Variable speed setting (MON=Set Key, ENT=Confirm Key) (see the prompt on the screen of frequency converter)(1) Press (MON) Key and then (▲▼) Key to (Cnod> (External Control). Press (ENT) Key. Press (▲▼) to 0. Then press (ENT) Key (that is, set Cnod to 0).(2) Press (▲▼) Key to (RCC) (Accelerating time. second) and press (ENT) Key. Press (▲▼) Key to 0.3 and the n (ENT) Key (that is, set RCC to 0.3).(3) See the procedures in Point 1. (2) of Part VI, set dEC (Decelerating time)=0.1, FH (maximum cycles)=45, UL (upperlimitcycles)=42, L (basic cycles, China 50Hz)=50 (please increase FH and UL if it is required that the speed of main motor is higher), Sr1 (Low Speed) =20 (please decrease Sr1 if it is required that the speed of main motor is lower).(4) Press (▲▼) Key to (F---). Press (ENT) and press (▲▼) to (F250). Then press (ENT) Key. Press (▲▼) to 5 and then press (ENT) (that is, set F250 to 5). Press (▲▼) Key to (F251). Then press (ENT) Key, press (▲▼) to 30 and then press (ENT) (that is, set F251 to 30). Press (▲▼) to set F401=50 in the same way. Set F418=150. Set F419=1.(5) Press (MON) Key to exit from the setting(6) Rotate the knob on the panel anticlockwise to the minimum, start up the machine and set it clockwise to tufting speed. If the speed is too high and the value of frequency converter is changed, the speed shall be adjusted to low level.2. Frequency converter resetting (please reset the frequency converter if the error figure is unknown): set YPL3 and set all data above after resetting.VII. Function description.1. Computer function.(1).Numeric Key<0—9>: They are used to input numbers directly. For example, press 10 if it is the tenth hole then press key, after the work station running to the tenth hole directly, the hole site displays 11 (which means the work station has stopped on the tenth hole site and is ready for running the eleventh hole, so the displayed hole site is 11, the following (10) (11) (12) have the same meaning). (2).Set Key: Press <Set> and input the password (2233) in the standby status to enter the programming interface so as to edit the parameters of every hole. Then press the <Set> Key again and enter the speed setting of the work station. The user can directly press the numeric key and input 1, 2 or 3 to select one of the three speed grades. If it is only required to modify the Axis X, press the <Memory> and the computer will modify the speed of all axles. Then press <Set> to go back to the standby interface.(3).Speed Mark: It is used to set the hair tufting speed of one hole or some holes during programming. It is usually used for the conditions when the pitch is big and the speed of work station is not able to keep pace with. There are < High Speed> and <Low Speed> two marks, the user can select one of them by pressing the <speed mark> continuously in programming interface.(4).Color Mark: It is used to set the color of one hole or some holes during the programming. There are 3 kinds of the marks in the machine: <Color 1>, <Color 2> and <Color 3>. The user can select the changed color by pressing the <Color Mark> continuously in programming interface.(5).Memory Key: to press <M emory> after finishing all the parameters’ programming of one hole, the computer wi ll ring three times which indicates the parameters have been memorized then enter the setting of next hole automatically.(6).XY Key, AB Key: they are used to select the axle by pressing <XY> and <AB> continuously. It is effective in both standby interface and programming interface.(7).Offset Modification: it is used for the modification when all the holes are offsetting. See Point 14 of Part IV.(8). End Mark Key: It is used for programming. There are <Continue>, <Needle Lifting>, <End> and <Feeding> four marks. The user can select these marks by pressing the <End Mark> continuously in programming interface. The mark <Continue> is used for the continuous and fixed pitch; the mark <needle lifting> indicates that the work station will not work until the punch needle of the head is lifted to the highest position (when the sensor on the upside is lightened) and it is used for all the conditions which require the punch needle lifting to the highest position, then the work station can operate, such as: big pitches, color changing and the conversion from the first part to the second part. The mark <End> is used to program the last hole. When the last hole selects <End>, the computer will go back to the position of the first hole automatically. The mark <Feeding> is used for the feeding of special parts which are required to stop at the certain feeding position. In the setting of the feeding, the last hole of the part shall be set to <Needle Lifting>. (The position of the feeding hole is set in the convenient place of the installed part).(9).Reset Key: When the user presses <Reset> in the standby or programming interface (the punch needle must be in the highest position and the sensor on the upside shall be lightened), all the work stations are running towards the direction of sensor and all the axles of the computer display 00000.(10).Search-Read Key: the user can check the parameters of every hole by pressing <Search-Read> in the programming interface. Thework station will stop when it is in search-read condition.(11). Key: the work station will go forward for one step, the head will not tuft hair and the work station goes one step further in every pressing.(12). Key: The work station will go back for one step, the head will not tuft hair and the work station goes back for one step in every pressing.(13).Cycling Switch Key: If the last hole is feeding then the operation is ineffective; if the last hole is end, first presses <cycling switch> then presses <automatic start-stop> in the standby interface, the machine will tuft hair continuously to the last hole, then tuft hair automatically from the first hole and keep cycling until the user first presses <Automatic Start-Stop> then presses <cycling switch> the machine will not keep cycling.(14).Single Operation: If the user presses this key once, the machine will tuft hair in the hole, if presses again, the machine will tuft hair for the next hole automatically.(15). Automatic Start-Stop: If the user presses this key once, the machine will come into operation, if presses again, the machine will stop.(16).For F1, F2, F3 and F4, the single step copy is ineffective.(17).IC Card: It is used to memorize the parameter setting of every hole.(18).Coding Hand Wheel: it is used to set the position of every axle.2 Other description.(1).Motor direction conversion of Axis A and Axis B: The switch is located in the bottom of the internal part of electrical cabinet; the motor direction of Axis A and Axis B can be converted by converting the corresponding switch (the main power must be shut down during the conversion).(2).The installation and debugging of the sensor in the head: To install the sensor respectively (do not tighten the clamping nuts too hard). The upper sensor is used for parking positioning, adjusting the upper position and lower position of the sensor and changing the parking position of the head. The inertia of 0.3 second shall be taken into account when parking the head in the adjustment; usually the machine shall be stopped in advance. (The needle rod is moving form the bottom to the top till the sensor is lightened, then the motor of main axle starts to brake, it is about 0.3 second from braking to stop). The lower sensor is used to control the operation of the work station, when it is adjusted downward, the operating time of the work station will be increased, conversely, the operating time of the work station will be decreased, the best position is when the hair mouth is moving from the lowest position to the top, the distance between the hair mouth and part is about 5mm and the indicator of lower sensor is just turned off.(3).Color and lighting output: The color fitted electromagnetic valve (DC24V) is used to change the color. The air pressure is 0.4Mpa and the lightening output is AC36V/60W.(4).Pressure switch of the needle in the head: It is connected to the normally closed point; during the normal operation it is normally open, in the overpressure condition it is closed, the machine stops automatically and enters the standby status. During the pressure adjustment, when the spring is tightening the pressure of the punch needle will be higher; conversely the pressure of the punch needle will be lower.(5).The fuse of main power (10A) is in the socket of the main power (one of them is for spare). The fuse of the driver (15A) and lightening fuse (2A) is in the left side of the central part of the electrical cabinet.(6).Current setting of the driver: When each case of the 8 gang 1 way switch on the driver is in the ON position, the output current will increase 0.5A, conversely the output current will decrease 0.5A. The output current shall be set to be equal to or slightly less than the motor current.。
