中小企业成本控制问题研究

----以湛江市霞山区森林木器加工厂

摘要：本人通过深入“湛江市霞山区森林木器加工厂”实地实习。首先先了解“湛江市霞山区森林木器加工厂”经营现状；

再剖析“湛江市霞山区森林木器加工厂”中小企业的成本控制成因：中小企业普遍存在问题经营中存在的不足、采购环节成本高、转变成本控制方法、工作环境差、难吸引年轻新血液、企业流通环节财务管理制度有待改进等等存在的问题；

最后找出“湛江市霞山区森林木器加工厂”成本控制方面存在的不足和问题，针对企业的具体情况，提出解决措施：提高企业管理者的成本控制意识、做好采购成本控制、注重隐性成本、完善企业财务管理制度等。来证实中小企业成本控制的重要性，旨在促进企业健康良好发展，从而促进中国经济的发展，提高中国综合实力。
