1型班用单帐篷（迷彩）使用说明书秦皇岛天恩帐篷有限公司（原中国人民解放军第三五二四工厂）二零零七年四月1用途主要供野外条件下住宿、办公用。
2主要结构形式81型班用单帐篷系底部为正方形，篷顶为四坡尖顶的支杆式帐篷。
前后围墙上各有一个门和两个窗，前后坡顶上各有一个可任意开关的天窗，两侧围墙各有两个窗。
篷身为一整体，靠一根中柱（4节）、十根围墙柱（2节）十根拉绳、十跟地桩支撑和拉紧的联合作用将其牢牢地固定在地面上。
围墙四角用套绊连接，需要时可以解开套绊把围墙撩起。
3规格尺寸及使用面积长4.8m、宽4.8m、围墙高1.6m、中心顶高3.2m。
使用面积23.04m2。
包装运输总质量45kg，体积0.128 m3。
4主要材料4.1 篷身：采用400D X400D涤纶沙漠迷彩防水帆布及210D X 210D丛林迷彩防水牛津布。
4.2篷架：中柱为© 2篷架：中柱为© 38X焊接钢管，边柱为© 25 X焊接钢管；拉绳：© 6mm草绿色涤纶包芯绳；地桩：全部为30X 30 X 4角钢，长450mm。
5帐篷的零部件及分类包装每顶帐篷所有的零部件分类包装后，共计2件。
详见表一。
-1-表一帐篷的零部件及分类包装6架设与撤收6.1 架设6.1.1选择地势较为平坦的地方，清理帐篷预定架设地面的杂物，使场地平整6.1.2打开所有包装件，清点核对零部件的品名、数量。
6.1.3先将分为三节的中柱插接在一起，将柱顶管插入篷顶洞眼内。
将天窗钢丝框取出装入袋形天窗盖内，扎紧袋口扎带，试拉天窗拉绳，看天窗是否开关自如。
然后由一至二人将篷布用中柱支起，其余人员在四周把篷布拉住，并把围墙柱插入围柱洞内，把拉绳套在围墙柱顶管上，再用地桩把拉绳固定于地面上。
地桩位置应使拉绳与地面成60°〜45°角为宜，四角拉绳对准篷顶脊线。
帐篷支起后，如地桩位置不合适，应进行调整，拉绳松紧以帐篷平展为宜，风大地区可适当拉紧些。

（一） 架设 1 选择地势平坦，较为隐蔽的场地，清理帐篷预定架设平面位置范围内的杂物，积雪和突 出地面的碎石等。 2 打开所有包装件，清点核对零部件的品名、数量。 3 将铺地布取出展平放在地面上。
4 将 4 榀人字架全部呈三角形展开，卡上水平拉筋杆，立于铺地布有缺口的相应位置，四 人分别站在脊点处扶稳。另四人迅速将 6 根用于檐口处的檩条卡进人字架对应的卡口板内， 然后手持吊顶脊套将吊顶置于 3 根脊檩相应的位置处，把 3 根脊檩顺次插入脊套并卡进设 在人字架脊点的卡口板内。 5 将设在吊顶二端的 6 根捆扎带系好，并将吊顶上通过脊檩的 8 根拉筋带牢牢地扣在檐檩 上（注意这 8 根拉筋带是与人字架配套，起联合作用的结构筋，此时一定要扣好，否则不 得继续进行下一步架设程序）。 6 四人将篷顶覆盖在已呈空间状的人字架上，并以脊线和中间二榀人字架的轴线为准调整 好位置，与此同时另四人把 9 根立柱和 9 根地桩分别放在相应位置的地面上，随即快速轮 流打好地桩。 7 八人右手各持一根立柱，左手将顶架同时抬起并迅速将立柱插入人字架檐口端的套管内， 然后将拉绳挂在地桩头上，适当拉紧。 8 将篷顶、吊顶上的拉筋带逐一扣紧在边檩上。 9 安装前、后围。篷围上端环套与篷顶檐布上的铝篷圈的连接方法见“环套与铝篷圈连接 方法示意图”。安装前应注意有门洞的是前围，应放在南面中间跨正中位置，后围应与两山 墙正中与前围结合处开始穿套连接。 10 将篷围下方双层埋土布的内层压在铺地布下。 11 安装前、后吊围。此过程连接件为折钮和尼龙搭扣外，其余注意事项与安装前、后篷 围相同。 12 在外层埋土布上压土并修简易排水沟。在安装前后吊围的同时，剩余人员即可提前进 行此项工作。 13 调整篷布、立柱位置和拉绳松紧度，卷起门窗帘，装上玻璃板，使帐篷舒展平整，至 此，帐篷全部架设完毕。

二、主要性能简介：“ 81型班用单帐篷”系底部为正方形，篷顶为四坡尖顶的支杆式帐篷。

其防霉性能，防水性能优良。
支杆为焊接钢圆管，每顶帐篷包装2件，详见包装明细表。
五、支撑与拆卸：1.选择平整场地，清除地面的杂物。
2.将篷身展开，先将四角边柱支起，在拉绳对应的地面上呈45°角打好地桩，拉绳套在地桩上，拉紧拉绳。
3.再将分为两节的中柱插接在一起，柱上方顶管插入篷顶洞眼内将篷布支起。
4.调整四角立柱的位置，支起其余边柱，拉紧拉绳。
5.进行适当的调整，使支起的帐篷平展、美观，并修好排水沟6•拆卸方法与架设呈反序进行。
六、注意事项：1.选择平整场地，切勿拖拉帐篷。
2•不要使帐篷接触腐蚀性和油污物品。
3•启用、包装时清点零部件。
4.帐篷支起后，四周修排水沟。

1、产品检查
大家要先将产品包装打开，取出里面的所有配件并将配件分类摆放好，一般产品包含量三通、扎带、伸缩杆、长杆、压脚、床帘、蚊帐等等。
大家根据清单对其进行清点。
在清点配件时我们还需检查配件有没有存在质量问题。
2、框架拼装
我们将伸缩杆中间部位拧松后再拉长，将伸缩杆根据床的宽度和高度拉到一定长度之后，再将伸缩杆拧紧将长度固定好。
然后我们将长杆、小高杆都拼装好。
大家将长杆和宽度杆摆放成一个长方形，然后用三通将它们组装在一起，接着我们将四个三通的另一个接头插入依次插入4根高度杆，并把压脚装在高度杆上，压脚的方形要朝内。
我们将拼装好框架翻转过来摆放，在框架顶部中间位置再安装一个横杆。
3、床帘、蚊帐安装
我们将挂钩挂在框架上，一般框架两侧的宽度杆上挂4个挂钩，靠外面的长杆挂8个挂钩。
挂钩挂好之后，我们将床帘上的圆孔依次挂在挂钩上。
最后我们取出帐纱将其从顶部套入，在套入帐纱时有开口或拉链的一面要在正面。
蚊帐窗帘一体式安装好之后，我们将其抬到床上放好，产品的压脚要压在床垫下方，并用扎带将高度杆和床杆捆绑，将产品固定好。

Tie the rope to the tab located on each corner of the canopy top then attached the rope to the stake.Repeat on all 4 corners.Striking InstructionsNOTE: The Pronto Fast Shade top may remain in place for easier subsequent set-up. However, to prolong the life of the fabric, we recommend that you remove the top when storing your Fast Shade.Before storing your Pronto Fast Shade, be sure the top is not wet or damp. Grab the top of the center frame section where it forms an inverted “V”. Lift slightly and walk towards your partner as the frame folds in. Keep walking until the frame is about halfway closed. Be sure to avoid pinching your hands or fingers. Hold the outside legs and continue closing the canopy as you walk towards your partner. The folded canopy should stand on its own.5. With the canopy standing, unzip the roller bag and place the top / frame in the bag. Carefully zip the roller bag, being sure to keep the zipper free of the top as this could result in damaging the top.For maximum life of Celina fabrics, Celina recommends hand washing with a soft brush using mild soap and water. Thorough rinsing and drying is required before storing the fabric. Never use harsh detergents, abrasives or bleach. Do not machine wash.To improve the opening and closing action of your Fast Shade frame you may spray a small amount of silicone lubricant on the legs (silicone not included).Things that will cause premature degradation and may reduce life expectancy of a tent:• Improper handling during installation/dismantling on rough surfaces will create pinholes and abrasions.ALWAYS USE A DROP CLOTH/GROUND CLOTH DURING INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING.• Walking on the fabric during installation/dismantling will create pinholes and abrasions.• Extended use of the tent without cleaning.• Storage of fast shade that has not been dried thoroughly. Even a slightly damp product can promote the growth of mildew when folded and stored. Mold and mildew may require harsh cleaners to remove, which may cause premature wear. The best solution is to take every precaution to keep mold and mildew from growing in the first place. 其在抗撕裂、耐老化、防霉腐、防雨等方面的性能优异。
因此使用寿命长，可连续使用2年以上，正常使用可达3～5年。
4、帐篷设有保温层，冬季密闭、夏季通风，保温隔热性能好。
兼有南北地区、冬夏通用的特点。
当采用“SNYJ95－40暖风机”（供热量为40KW）采暖时，冬季可使篷内、外温差保持在45°C左右。
夏季篷内1.5m以下工作区环境温度接近室内外气温，无明显地辐射烘烤过热现象。
5、帐篷结构合理、安全可靠。
可承受自重80㎜积雪和9级风力荷载的作用。
6、帐篷构造简单、架设与撤收方便、速度快。
无需扶梯进行登高作业及任何辅助工具。
1小时／15人即可完成架设或撤收。

配有地布，门窗设有纱网，住用舒适。
8、篷内四角处的专用工作室分别由四片分隔吊围形成，悬挂、拆除方便。
四、架设与撤收1、选择地势较为平坦，隐蔽的地方，平整场地后，消除碎石、杂物、积雪等。
2、打开所有包装件，清点核对零部件的品名、数量。
3、将地布取出展开防在预定架设帐篷的地面上。
4、按图三示意图位置将篷架所有零部件平放在地布及地布四周。
5、按图四、图五将6对12根1＃主跨斜梁分别插入相应的通头内，使之呈人字形状，垂直于地面。
再用5×3=15根3＃檩条（端架垂直杆）将其联系在一起，组成空间人字架。
6、空间人字架托起，迅速插入7＃边跨垂直杆。
7、按图四、图五将2＃边斜梁和4＃边跨水平杆插入相应通头内，使之呈三角形状，然后与7＃边跨垂直杆上下两端插接在一起。
再用5×2=10根3＃檩条(端架垂直杆)于2＃与4＃杆交汇处将其联系在一起。
8、挂上主跨拉筋，转动螺旋扣，适当收紧至拉筋不下挠为止。
9、按图五所示分别将1根3＃檩条（端架垂直杆）2根3＃端架水平杆插接在两端架相应位置。
至此帐篷顶架形成。
10、调整顶架，使之纵横平直，并使顶架四周落位于地布四周的小圆孔上。
11、将篷顶展开，覆盖在顶架上，并使篷顶内的纵横布筋与对应的篷杆重合，然后从篷脊开始，沿两坡将篷顶上的所有扣带与顶架连接在一起。

三、帐篷的零部件分类包装与标志：每顶帐篷所有的零部件分类包装后，共计3件。
详见表1。

4•六人将篷顶抬起覆盖在顶架上，以脊线和中间一榀顶为轴线调整好位 置。
然后在拉绳对应位置打好地桩。
5•六人每人各持一根立柱，将架子抬起后，将立柱插入顶架两支点的插套 内。
调整篷顶适当拉紧拉绳（拉绳要对称位，不可在帐篷单面用力拉，以免损 坏帐篷）。
若遇大风天，可由三人将一侧的篷顶拉住，余三人将另一侧拉绳调整好 长度挂在地桩上后，迅速抬起这一侧，插上柱子，适当拉紧拉绳后，再到另一 侧，六人一起以同样的方法拉起柱子，拉紧八根拉绳。
帐篷说明书
1. All poles and stakes must be placed in the storage bag to prevent damage to the fabric items placed in the carry case. 2. Make sure tent is clean and dry before placing in carry case. 3. Remove rainfly, spread out on floor of tent, then unzip door & vents before taking tent down for storage. 4. Neatly fold tent to width of pole storage bag, place on tent, roll tightly, and place in carry case. 5. Store in a clean, dry area.
Things You Should Know:
t Under certain conditions (cold weather, high humidity, etc.) condensation will form on the inside of your tent. Condensation is caused by water vapor from your breath, perspiration, or any wet clothing inside the tent. It is NOT LEAKAGE through the tent fabric. It can be minimized by removing wet clothing from your tent and by providing good ventilation through the tent.

《98—10班用棉帐篷》使用说明书
一、用途：
主要供野战条件下寒区部队住宿、办公等使用。
二、主要性能简介：
1.帐篷为双坡面框架式结构。
展开状态全貌见图一。

四、架设和撤收：
（一）单顶帐篷架设

系好内部系带。
将顶篷内的拉筋和弦筋位置调整好，拉紧固定。
6.系好内部钢绳弦筋，并将钢丝绳上下弦筋拉紧固定。
7.将前、后山墙安装在篷顶上（有门的为前山墙）。
上端的铝蓬圈与篷顶檐布上的环套的连接方式如图三所示。
对准山墙与围墙的正中，开始穿套连结，套结完毕后系好各柱的困柱带，装好窗玻璃。
8.在压土布上压土，并修简易排水沟。
9.调整篷布、立柱位置和拉绳松紧度，使帐篷舒展平整。

（二）撤收
1.撤收方法、步骤与架设呈反序进行。
2.按照包装尺寸，将篷布叠好，按照前述帐篷零部件分类包装明细表将篷架捆好。
3.按照帐篷零部件分类包装明细表，清点各种包装件内零部件，核查无误后，依次放入包装袋内，适当整形后，包好包装袋。
（三）两顶帐篷组合使用时架设、撤收。
1.按前述单帐篷架设1、2、3、4、5的步骤将两顶帐篷的篷顶，各自上好后，后山墙对后山墙将两顶帐篷并拢，解下这两山尖的拉绳。
将一顶帐篷的滴水檐搭在另一顶的滴水檐上，并使该处的尼龙搭扣互相压接，同时将穿套篷顶两檐处的拉绳移至临近的三角环上。
在相应位置打好四个地桩。
2.六人站到一边，每人一根立柱，按前述步骤6的方法立起这一边立柱，再到另一边以同样的方法立起另一边立柱，调整帐篷位置使两帐篷山墙间距为13cm左右靠拢。
适度拉紧拉绳，注意两帐篷结合处的拉绳为交错位，以此将两顶帐篷并拢在一起，两端山尖的拉绳不要用力太大。
3.按前述单帐篷架设6、7、8步骤以此完成。
五、注意事项：
1.架设或撤收时，切勿在地面上拖拉篷布，以免弄脏和撕裂篷布。
2.使用过程中，要注意保护，以保持内外篷布的洁净。
3.雨、雪及大风后要检查篷顶及四周地面有无积水、积雪和拉绳松弛脱落的情况，若有须及时清理和调整，以保证帐篷处于正常使用状态。
4.受潮后的帐篷不允许长期存放，须及时晾晒干燥后，再打包存放。
5.帐篷零部件不得挪为它用，更不允许将檀条等篷架受力构件作为撬、抬杠使用。
6.帐篷的包装袋、铁锤等应随帐篷妥善保存，不得丢失，以备下次再用。
