设备维修中心神东设备维修中心拥有三厂一公司、1400多名员工，是集设备维修、机械加工和新装备研制为一体的大型专业化维修企业。

本次大赛开闭幕式、项目在这里举行。
维修三厂位于马家塔矿复垦区，建有2.52万平方米的维修车间，并在保德矿及金烽设有维修站点，年维修能力60万工时。
主要承担公司各矿井和生产辅助单位国产化设备的大项修和新购电气类设备入库前的检测工作及井下支护产品的制作。
内蒙古皮带机有限公司位于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗工业园区内，主要生产、销售带式输送机及大型钢结构件。
目前年加工制造1米以上皮带机30部、皮带托辊30万个，5年内有望分别达到150部和80万个。
产品除满足神东需求外，还销往周边伊泰、榆神、宁煤等企业。
编制设备大、项修流程和工艺，统一维修工单，建立设备3D模型档案库，自主修复率达到90%以上。

维修三厂 位于马家塔矿复垦区， 建有2.52万平方米的维修车间，并在保 德矿及金烽设有维修站点，年维修能力 60万工时。主要承担公司各矿井和生产 辅助单位国产化设备的大项修和新购电 气类设备入库前的检测工作及井下支护 产品的制作。
Maintenance Plant 3. Located in the reclamation area in Majiata Mine, this plant has a maintenance workshop covering 25200 square meters. With an annual maintenance capacity of 600000 working hours, it also sets up maintenance stations in Baode Mine and Jinfeng Mine. It is mainly responsible for maintaining domestic equipments of company’s each mine and the production auxiliary units, detecting the new electrical equipments before storage, and manufacturing underground supporting products.
内蒙古皮带机有限公司 位于内蒙古 鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗工业园区内，主要 生产、销售带式输送机及大型钢结构件。 目前年加工制造1米以上皮带机30部、皮 带托辊30万个，5年内有望分别达到150部 和80万个。产品除满足神东需求外，还销 往周边伊泰、榆神、宁煤等企业。
Inner Mongolia Belt Conveyors Company Limited. Located in the industrial parks of Yijinhuoluo County in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, this company mainly produces and sells belt conveyors and large steel structures. Now, it has an annual manufacture capacity of 30 belt conveyors over 1 meter in size, 300000 belt rollers and the number of the products is expected to reach 150 and 800000 within 5 years respectively. Their products not only meet the demands of Shendong but also are sold to nearby enterprises such as Yitai, Yushen, Ning Mine and so on.
Shendong Equipment Maintenance Center, with three plants, a company and more than 1400 employees, is a large-scale professional maintenance enterprise combining equipment maintenance, machining and new equipment development.
维 修 二 厂
维修二厂 位于内蒙古鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗工业园 区内，下设4个专业维修部，已形成年维修液压支架2250 台、综采设备20台(套)、连采设备12台(套)、综掘设备12 台(套)、矿山机械2万吨、矿山电气2.7万千瓦、单体支柱 6万根的年维修能力和3万吨加工生产能力。本次大赛开闭 幕式、 项目在这里举行。
维修一厂 地处陕西省神木县大柳塔镇， 厂区占地面积6.5万平方米，拥有6个专业 维修部，分别承担引进及国产采煤机、连 采机、掘锚机、梭车、液压支架、刮板运 输机、转载机、破碎机、胶带机、移动变 电站等设备的大项维修。
Maintenance Plant 1---Located in Da liuta Town, Shenmu County, Shaanxi Province, this plant has an area of 65000 square meters and six professional maintenance departments which are respectively responsible for complicated maintenance of imported and domestic equipments, such as coal –winning machine, continuous miner, digging anchor machine, shuttle car, hydraulic support, scraper conveyer, reversed loader, crusher, tape machine, mobile substation and so on.
