1.作业前准备Preparations before operation:
a.检查不相容作业，消除危险因素；

In accordance with China Laws and Regulations, the following plan has been developed for employees of Yantai Raffles Shipyard Co. Ltd. This plan has been established to provide guidelines for employees of the firm to meet requirements of the followings:

公司的安全、健康、环保部门负责打磨作业程序的执行和管理。安全、健康、环保官员负责实施加强此计划的各方面。
本程序适用于所有手持式机械打磨作业，以及从事安全管理的人员。
This procedure applies to grinding workers and safety management staffs.
Ⅱ
依据中国法律法规，针对烟台莱佛士船业有限公司特制定以下规则，此规则目的在于提供指导，以求满足以下作业要求：
g.应避免打磨作业产生的粉尘碎屑直接飞向他人，砂轮转动的切线方向不得站人；
Avoid hurting people by flying scraps and the direction of tangent should have no person.
h.砂轮机运转异常时，必须停止作业，进行检修
When grinder works abnormally, must stop working and to repair.
公司致力于使所有的职工都熟知作业规则，能够认识到一些常见的危险，配备合适的劳保用品，并且遵守执行规则。
The company is committed to ensure that all employees are familiar with applicable regulations, can recognize the common hazards, are provided the appropriate personal protective equipments, and follow the procedures.
f.在有限空间及舱室打磨作业必须使用气动砂轮机，其它打磨作业优先使用气动砂轮机；
Grinding in confined space or cabins must use pneumatic grinder, and other grindings firstly should consider using pneumatic grinder.
d.必要的通风布置、电器照明设施。

2.监督打磨作业达到安全卫生要求
Supervise grinding operation to meet the safety hygiene requirements
a.作业前必须对重要设备进行粉尘防护；
d.作业人员的个人防护用品必须佩带齐全，必须使用防冲击护目镜；
Must wear PPE, and wear goggles against impact.
e.设置必要的通风和照明。
Set necessary ventilation and illumination.
2.安全与卫生Safety and Hygiene
e.所有使用的直径60mm以上的手持砂轮机上必须装有砂轮防护罩，其露角不应大于150°；
All the portable grinding machines with its diameter longer than 60mm should be fixed with grinding wheel covers, and its angle should not exceed 150°

烟台莱佛士船业有限公司十分重视全厂职工，包括各外协队的职工的安全与健康，尤其重视预防打磨作业中存在的隐患和危险。公司希望所有员工能够遵守本条例中打磨作业程序和规则。
Yantai Raffles Shipyard Co. Ltd is concerned with the safety and health of all employees including all sub-contractors. The hazards and risks involved in grinding are of specific concern in this plan. The Company expects that all employees shall follow the procedures and rules set forth in this grinding safety operation procedure.
d.砂轮孔与主轴或轴套之间应留有最大不能超过1mm的间隙，不允许紧配合；
The maximum intervals of grind wheel hole to principle axes or axes cover should not exceed 1mm, tight integration is not allowed.
b.检查工具设备防护完好，运转正常；
Make sure tools and equipments are protected well and operate normally.
c.对重要设备或部位进行防护，避免打磨粉尘影响设备运行；
Protect important equipments and parts, and make sure operation of the equipments do not affected by the grinding dust.

1.打磨作业Grinding
仅指利用手持式气动或电动砂轮机，对金属工件表面、边缘或焊缝进行的光滑整形处理。
Refers to the process of glaze to the surface of metal parts, edges or welding slots using portable pneumatic or electromotion grinding wheel.
Must prevent important equipments from dust before work
b.作业区域应停止不相容作业，并消除遗留的危险因素；
Should stop irrelative operation in the working area and eliminate the rudimental dangerous factors.
a.车间空气中砂轮磨尘的最高容许浓度为10mg/m3；
The highest allowed grinding dust concentration in workshop air is10mg/m3
b.砂轮片在安装前应仔细检查，有裂纹、缺陷或因雨淋潮湿严重的严禁安装使用；
Check the wheel of the grinder before setting, if there are cracks, flaws or serious dampness, we should not use that.

1.对打磨作mit to Work and prior to issue Permit to Work must check the following contents

c.作业人员必须始终佩带必要的防护用品进行作业；
Workers must wear necessary PPE all the time.
d.应避免打磨作业产生的粉尘碎屑直接飞向他人；
Avoid hurting people by splashed scraps produced by grinding.
